Good morning kids. Where to even begin this morning. So yet another Democrat/Leftist brainwashed goon was once again "Just Following Orders" from the constant stream of anti-American, anti-Trump rhetoric blasted 24/7 from the filthy sewers of Democrat/Leftist pols and pundits at full volume on their house propaganda broadcast and print organs.

The tragic if not hilarious irony is that in firing on an ICE facility in Houston, instead of killing the moral equivalent in the Left's alternate reality of SS death camp guards, that is ICE agents, this happened:

We still don't know who the victims were. They were listed as 'detainees,' meaning, they almost certainly were here illegally, and they were shot while being unloaded from a detention van in front of the ICE offices. They might have been awful criminals. They might have just been lower-middle class men of Latin America or another developing region looking for better economic opportunities, who ignored official warnings to self-deport.
The worst the U.S. would have done to them would have been to send them back to their homelands.

Considering a psychotic literal transexual-loving hardcore Democrat gunned down Charlie Kirk despite the media's failed attempt to label the assassin a MAGA Republican, I fully expect the media to claim this as a combination TPUSA/MAGA/Mossad false flag operation at any moment.

Meanwhile, California governor Gavin Newsom last night continued the Democrat Party’s vicious rhetoric that has encouraged this behavior by saying on Stephen Colbert’s leftwing propaganda show that ICE is President Trump’s “private domestic army.” Nor did Newsom stop there. The Democrat spewed the rhetoric during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night as he blasted the Trump admin’s “authoritarian tendencies” and said the “ICE issue is alarming beyond words.” “People ask, ‘Well, is authoritarianism you being hyperbolic?’ [@#$%!] we’re being hyperbolic. If you’re a black or brown community, it’s here in this country… These are not just authoritarian tendencies; these are authoritarian actions by an authoritarian government,” he said during a lengthy rant. …“That’s happening in the United States of America: Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process, no oversight, zero accountability,” Newsom said. “This can’t be normalized. None of this can be normalized.”

This on top of 10 straight years of nonstop shrieking that Donald Trump is literally Hitler and the GOP and conservatives are white supremacist Nazi fascists hell bent on committing genocide and creating the Fourth Reichhhhhhhh-uh. And people wonder why our President was shot at twice, police stations and ICE facilities along with churches and synagogues are firebombed and on and on and on.

But wait, there's more from this greasy, sleazy degenerate power-mad criminal scumbag . . .

On Tuesday, during an appearance on CBS’s “The Late Show,” Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) expressed concern that President Donald Trump was attempting to “rig” the upcoming elections. . . “So, look, I just I think it’s important to have those civil engagements. I think it’s important to dialog. It’s important to learn from your opponents, and it’s important to reconcile your weaknesses. As the Democrat Party, we have a lot of work to do to make up for our failures in the past.” Newsom added, “We got crushed in this last election, and now we’re in a position where we are struggling to communicate. We’re struggling, to win back now, the majority in the House of Representatives. And that’s a big part of what I’m doing. Not just today in terms of the work out here, raising money, but also raising awareness around how Donald Trump is trying to rig the midterm elections and how I fear that we will not have an election in 2028. I really mean that. And the core of my soul, unless we wake up to the code red, what’s happening in this country, and we wake up soberly, to how serious this moment is.”

YOU HAVE NO SOUL. YOU ARE A MONSTROUS INHUMAN GHOUL. Period full stop.

The fucking unmitigated chutzpocritical gall of this evil bastard is off the charts. Aside from being the source of all politically motivated violence and bloodshed for the past 200 years, the Democrat party's stock in trade is election rigging and interference as we have seen in 2020 and 1960 on a national level and who knows how many times on state and local levels, especially where Democrats have reigned supreme across multiple generations. All things considered, as of this writing, my gut tells me the the GOP is going to maintain and perhaps expand its majority in both chambers of Congress and win in 2028.

And unless and until the Democrat Party and whoever is organizing and funding their paramilitary arms in Antifa, BLM and elsewhere are utterly destroyed root and branch, the aftermath of those victories will make the summer of 2020 look like a day at the beach.

The ultimate goal of the Democrat Left is absolute permanent power. One man one vote ONE TIME. Or one man, alive, dead, legally registered or not, One vote (in multiples andDemocrat only), one time.

Unless and until their stranglehold on the schools and the media is broken, we are heading for a terrible reckoning. The martyrdom of Charlie Kirk proved it. He was exposing them and cleaving off future generations from their poisonous siren song of socialism, perversion and dissolution. And so, they struck.

Just as with Islam and Israel, there can be no two-state solution. They want us subjugated or dead. The Democrat Left pose an existential threat to the American experiment and the American Dream. We cannot endure this much longer because once they sense that they are headed for oblivion, then all bets will be off and all of us will be in their crosshairs, assuming we aren't already and all things considered, I think we are.

This is not hyperbole. This is based on the most cursory exam of our history as well as human history and sadly human nature.

GOD help us, and give us the strength and wisdom to see the way forward and the courage to do what we must to preserve our way of life and what was the greatest nation and society in history, and truly the last best hope for humanity, from the destruction of the forces of darkness and evil.

And I pray that the LORD in His mercy and wisdom opens the eyes, minds and hearts of those who seek our destruction to see the error of their ways, repent and find their way to salvation and redemption. Amen.

It's about the appropriations process. Budget for the 25/26 fiscal year was the OBBB. Now, because both chambers haven't passed all appropriations bills (12 have come out of committee in the House and 2 in the Senate, none of which have received floor votes), it's a CR based on the OBBB spending levels to get us through another few months.

Once the appropriations bills pass (which, they are working on, just slowly), the budget standoff process is done until about October of next year at the earliest.

So they recouped ~56% of their investment in 5 years and, presumably, got a higher price for their house when they sold it. Personally, I wouldn't have done it if the turnaround time were that short but I don't know what premium they got when they sold.

I liked it for exactly the reason you mentioned. It required more strategy on the part of the manager. I think what ultimately doomed baseball was kids getting more opportunity to do other things.

I grew up a time where baseball was king. We liked the pace of the game and the strategy because it's what we knew. Now baseball is just another option and it seems slow and boring to younger generations compared to other things they can do so they've made changes to increase offense and speed the game up.

I'm not a fan of any of them but I will always love a sunny summer afternoon at the ballpark.

I think solar makes sense for those seeking Green Creds and status. It makes sense if one is really sure of TEOTWAWKI and the homeowner wants to be a target.

I've toyed with the idea considering that ETX suffers occasional multi-day power outages due to the cat's cradle of power lines through the trees.

Hydrocarbons and a reliable generator are much cheaper.

That is the logical and most likely step since too much of the population is completely incompatible to a form of Constitutional Republican government.

I keep seeing "government needs to problem ______" doesn't matter the McGuffin, its the sentiment that the population is incapable of self-regulation, estranged from any transcendent moral and ethics codes, and fully supports the ethos of "SOMEBODY [else] DO SOMETHING".

- You need a LOT of sunny days which correspond to when your electric usage is highest. I question whether solar would be worthwhile even as far south as Oklahoma.

But it has started. There have been reports for months that grand juries have been called in multiple areas, Florida hopefully being one of them, and now we are hearing that both Comey and James are likely to be indicted soon.

If they a really are building a conspiracy case it will be very complicated and they need to have all their ducks in a row. It went on for years and went all the way to Obama. I don't expect he will ever be charged but they are going after his senior team, the highest levels of government for what amounts to treason. We've never had a case like this, I'd rather they get it right than rush it and give leftists a chance to say it was all lies.

But it has started. There have been reports for months that grand juries have been called in multiple areas, Florida hopefully being one of them, and now we are hearing that both Comey and James are likely to be indicted soon.

If they a really are building a conspiracy case it will be very complicated and they need to have all their ducks in a row. It went on for years and went all the way to Obama. I don't expect he will ever be charged but they are going after his senior team, the highest levels of government for what amounts to treason. We've never had a case like this, I'd rather they get it right than rush it and give leftists a chance to say it was all lies.
