Anti-ICE Terrorist Kills One, Shoots Two More in Sniper Attack on ICE Facility

This morning just before 7am local time, an individual fired multiple rounds at a Dallas, Texas ICE facility, killing one, wounding several others, before taking his own life. FBI, DHS, ATF are on the ground with Dallas PD and state authorities.

While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an idealogical motive behind this attack (see photo below). One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase "ANTI ICE." More updates will be forthcoming.

These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off. We are only miles from Prarieland, Texas where just two months ago an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility targeting their officers. It has to end and the FBI and our partners will lead these investigative efforts to see to it that those who target our law enforcement are pursued and brought to the fullest extent of justice.

Thankfully, no law enforcement personnel were injured. Please pray for the injured and deceased.

Is this a plausible motive? Two days ago the ICE facility at Dallas detained a "beloved local Muslim leader."

Beloved Dallas Muslim community leader detained by ICE after decades of service in North Texas

A well-liked Dallas Muslim community leader was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Monday, according to the Muslim Legal Fund of America (MLFA).

Oh he's "well-liked" among Muslims. Well obviously then Sharia law controls this case and he can commit any crimes he likes in the lands of the infidels.

MLFA said Marwan Marouf, a leader with Muslim American Society's Dallas chapter, was stopped by ICE agents early Sept. 22 after dropping his son off at school and heading to work.

In a statement, MLFA said it has represented Marouf for more than six years as he sought lawful permanent residence in the United States. The organization stated that Marouf arrived in the U.S. more than 30 years ago as an international student, later marrying and raising a family in North Texas.


Can't wait to see the TikToks celebrating this, and the Democrat-Media Party continuing to insist that antifa doesn't exist and even it it does Trump would be a "dictator" to arrest the people killing us.

30 This isn't even a straight up detention facility. This ICE location is the main customer service location for green cards. People go there for various reasons - green card interviews, correcting paper work, finger printing. I have not seen any video of this horrible attack but it really frightens me. I had to go there many times 15 years ago with my wife. The facility is like a DMV. It can be first come first serve unless you have a special appointment. People will wait in a long line outside until it opens in the morning. There could have been way more damage to really innocent people.

They are not 7.62*54 or 7.62*39 the stripper clip is not the standard Russo/Soviet one... it is too thin. That looks like it was designed to eject from the bottom of a weapon once used up hence the Mannlicher, the Schmidt-Rubin, or the Steyr.... the Steyr is a larger round of ammunition with inferior ballistics.

I think the Yugos made a fair number of different weapons using 8x57 Mauser. Including Dragonovs which are a semi auto 'sniper' design which in other Eastern bloc countries were chambered in 7.62x54r like Romania. I think Yugo Zastava m76 which is a variant cross between a Dragunov SVD and an AK was chambered in 8x57 Mauser.

The stripper clip photo on HotGas appears to be a 30.06 5 rd clip for a M1903, or possibly another 8mm Mauser. Either way, it's almost certainly a Mauser-pattern clip. The rounds are brass-cased so I suspect the 30.06 rather than the 8mm, which is mostly available as Russian or Ukrainian commercial production with steel cases (which would be dark gray). 5.56 clips are 10 round clips, and the Russian 7.62x54R clips are much taller.

Either way, it looks like Antifa is going with old C and R rifles which are likely more difficult to trace. That tells me that these shootings are coordinated by a central command structure who is instructing their terror minions on weapons choices.

Yugoslavia used 8x57 Mauser extensively and most of the milsurp ammo floating around, including AP rounds, are brass cased, corrosive and berdan primed.

Movies and tv have people type in the serial number in computer and voila--instant tracing.

IRRL, older weapons went through a number of hands, like all imported milsurps had serials recorded by the importer and when an importer FFL goes out of business, the records go to the ATF facility in Martinsburg, WV. Same for FFLs that cease operations, their 4473s are sent there. And ATF has digitized those records. But a lot of times on milsurps, you have different serials recorded because sometimes the barrel had the serial, sometimes the receiver, sometimes, those two don't match and one or the other was used, and so on. And some have had new serials applied when missing because the rifle was made from parts. SAMCO and Interarms did that quite frequently.

Then you get the private sales gap or inheritance gap. As a practical matter, most firearms over 10-20 years old are almost impossible to trace beyond one or two steps using old records.

I have watched a ton of these videos of cops vs arrestees where they are screaming at the cops that they are filming and recording them and the cops tell them that yes, they are being recorded as well as they are wearing body cams and they still act badly and it never ends well for them. The body cams really make a difference as well as for the occasional bad cops who make the wrong decisions.

We have been here before back in the late 1960s. We had bombings by anti government groups on a weekly basis along with massive race riots in almost all major cities with body counts in the dozens. And other than Kent State the government did nothing to stop them.

That's how it was when they actually stamped passports with entry and exit visas - it was SOP for immigration to check length of stays on individual's passports, and if there was evidence of extended stays or multiple extensions, incoming applicants were supposed to be denied entry and repatriated. That stopped a long time ago, sadly.

Good guess--cannot tell from the picture whether the baseplate is milled or stamped. FWIW, most M48s have stamped steel baseplates, the older Yugo 24/47 used milled and importers willy nilly swapped shit around. Same as 1903s and mag followers. The stamped steel follower from the 03a3 design is actually better feeding than the milled ones of the older 1903's. So a lot of folks swapped out followers for better feeding. The stamped steel trigger guard/mags for the 03a3 will also fit the older 1903's but they look shittier and so fewer people do that.

Kent State was just a blunder by the NG. Was ordered to march about almost at random, got pinned against a fence and tried to march out followed by the mob and a small movement of the mob triggered the guard to turn and shoot. None of the other colleges had any particular issue with the NG being there to keep order.

A good proportion of the killed were just walking by at the time.
