That's very interesting. Looks like a reasonable solution to the problem that people bring up about drug runners on the high seas.

There really is no legal authority the President has to bomb the boats, no matter how people try to twist the post-9/11 laws that never should have been enacted.

To beat the drum some more, quaint as it may seem, what should happen is Congress passes a law that designates certain activities that MUST be present, in order to designate any entity as a "terrorist," and that should trigger whatever standards are in place to justify executive action against said entity.

I don't just want Presidents declaring someone a terrorist, and then brutalizing them. As must be said EVERY time it seems, there won't always be a "good guy" in the White House.

She actually gained a little when she was in treatment, probably to keep her strong through it and she wasn’t able to run like she does. She was still teeny tiny, but not like what she has gotten herself back to again.

Son called the vet who said to watch him. Oh, he watched him poop white from the book for two days. They then crated him months longer when they were not around.

I'm fairly certain piracy is defined in Maritime Law. I know those pirates over there pretty much everywhere attacking boats are righteously sent to Davey Jones' Locker. No court. No trial.

These drug boats failed an order to stop based upon that drone footage. Being on the open ocean outside of any countries' legal limit is different. England patroled the seas looking for slave ships at one point, stopping them and freeing the slaves. When you're in international waters, things are different. Plus, that's why we have a Navy, to protect our shores.

Now if you think Congress should be involved in something like this, I'm not so sure. To me, it's like the raid on Iran. It worked because tell Congress, tell the World.

Her beauty never needs big jewelry, as she often wears diamond studs. I also understand the hat on arrival. A hat draws attention to your face. I was told this when I wore a hat with a veil in my wedding with my hair up. Hats are wonderful things, ladies. I have many.

I understand her role in Trump 2 is not to focus on fussy dresses; but she is so gorgeous I wish she'd worn something like Princess Catherine. However, she is the First Lady and has her reasons.

President Trump seems to be behaving. I am glad Secretary Rubio made it as well. Tiffany Trump also looked lovely.

The Clinton toadies in his administration wanted everything treated as garden variety criminal matters, with trials and attorneys and the rest of it.

US and international law is unequivocal, combatants must wear an identifiable uniform and carry any weapons openly, among a great many other requirements (rank structure, assigned unit, ID cards, etc)

If they do not adhere to these requirements , they are unlawful enemy combatants and have absolutely no rights whatsoever. Certainly not a fucking circus trial in Manhattan. Hang ‘em at dawn tomorrow.Washington, DC surrendered decades ago, they never told anyone though
