If it's a time thing you could connect with Berserker - I know that would spoil the anonymity a bit. He and his wife drive down from NJ in about 4 hours. If you have problems traveling at high mach speeds it might not work though.

Snack after class- apple and almond butter 215 calories

Snack between lunch and dinner- smoothie with greens, aloe, spirulina, mango and unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 200 calories.

I taught 2 classes - 2 hours, and did my own workout 1.5 hours. Plus random walking the dog and house work. I probably could have another snack, but I ate a ton of food today that totals about 1700 calories (see above) and am not hungry. You can eat real food and be healthy. Xoxo

I was in a similar situation with my wife or a long time. There was literally nothing I could do to change things. This went on for years. I was beginning to really suffer, drinking too much, losing friends, etc.
