Okay, one of those photos is clearly of an entirely different man. I assume that DeCarlos was arrested, but they accidentally -- incompetently -- but the wrong man's picture in the file.

I have confirmed that Decarlos Brown Jr. was released on NO CASH BAIL in January of 2025, despite being diagnosed with schizophrenia.
He allegedly called 911 to tell the operators he had,
"A man-made material in his body which was controlling his actions..."
They let him go.

The media suppressed the story for days.

But now that it's become too big to bury, they're shifting to Plan B. More on that later.

The woman is Iryna Zarutska. She fled to America three years ago to escape the war in Ukraine.

She just discovered what Americans all know but have been cowed into being silent about: Our cities are warzones because of "decarceration" and Black Lives Matter's insistence that crime should be legal as a form of street reparations for black thugs and lunatics.

The murder is inarguably traceble to the left's policies. Obviously, if this psychopathic schizophrenic with repeat arrests for robbery with a deadly weapon had been imprisoned after any of his prior attacks, this woman would be alive.

In addition to that: This light-rail line is used as a free moving hotel by the homeless. The city doesn't bother checking people's tickets, allowing the homeless to just use the trains as semi-permanent shelters.

If you haven't seen the video, content warning. It stops just before the lethal butchery but you do see this maniac just about to plunge the knife into this innocent girl's neck.

He was released 14 times to offend again, then murdered an actual Ukranian refugee, Iryna Zarutska. But the Democrat mayor of Charlotte, Vi Lyles, is worried that you might learn an inconvenient truth. Because of 'safety'.

Michael Benz recalls that one of USAID's recommendations for suppressing stories that challenge the woke Regime is "strategic silence" to deprive them of oxygen.

You can google all the media sites and find no mention of the story.

Here's Disney Groomer Corporation "News's" silence of the story, compared to the 65,042 mentions of George Floyd. And that's not just me making up a number for hyperbolic effect, that's the actual number.

Google news shows only two stories about Iryna Zarutska, and they're both from foreign sources. Both of them are the Daily Mail, a right-ish leaning, clickbait-farming rag.

That's not entirely true. We have not made crime legal to spare white and asian dudes prison sentences. We have legalized crime to spare the criminals of only one (or two) races.

So yes, there is a racial angle here. No one would be pushing "decarceration" save for the fact that blacks are commit much, much more crime than other races and therefore are -- or used to be -- arrested and convicted more.

The left wants "equity" in arrests and imprisonments, and that means arresting more non-blacks and not arresting blacks.

While I agree, I do not know what more awareness would have helped her. People say "she should have been armed" how would that have made things turn out differently? While he was still in prison, he showed up again at the front gates, this tie sentenced to a few years for a lesser charge. The admission clerk was confused. "But you're already inside." West said, "No I'm not -- I've never been here before. What are you talking ahout?"

So they took out the 1901 booking photo of William West -- same guy. Same name. He insisted he had never been convicted of murder, never been to Leavenworth before.

So to confirm it was him, they took the new guy's "Bertillon measurements," a technique whereby you measure someone's arm length, ear size, etc. to confirm his ID. And his Bertillon were exactly the same as those on file for William West. So it was the same guy.

Under the old std, M'Naughton, probably easy conviction. Nowadays though, these 14 past times will create the legal framework to plead insanity--then the question becomes whether the defendant can prove insanity where he could not control his actions at that particular instance.

My guess is he will be locked up forever in the state Mental hospital as an embarrasment to the Dem establishment. They don't want him on trial and thus even if culpable, he will skate on the murder 1 charge is my guess.

Under the old std, M'Naughton, probably easy conviction. Nowadays though, these 14 past times will create the legal framework to plead insanity--then the question becomes whether the defendant can prove insanity where he could not control his actions at that particular instance.

My guess is he will be locked up forever in the state Mental hospital as an embarrasment to the Dem establishment. They don't want him on trial and thus even if culpable, he will skate on the murder 1 charge is my guess.

Missouri's state government has taken steps to take over control of the police. They used to have control over it, then somewhere along the line they gave it back to the city.

I am sure Houston would be here if not for TX gun laws. I am not afraid to be critical of the cops, but by and large Houston PD has my sympathies as they have a terrible group of judges to deal with who like no cash bail and the like. I would not be surprised if they roll up on a scene, hoping some Good Samaritan or would be victim (or both) sent the perps to the eternal dirt nap, so they won’t have to deal with the same perp again down the road.

Possible. But dangerous--usually it comes down to the judge who gatekeeps what information goes to the jury and what does not. Same with self defense. Insanity and self defense are justification defenses that depend on being able to give the jury enough information to allow them to make their claims stick. Now, its a gigantic continent with a wide variety of cultures and peoples, but he found that many of the central and southern African people had no real concept of the future. They had now, and the past, and the future didn't exist. So what they did now has no future consequences, and there's no reason to plan or prepare.

That kind of philosophy has pretty destructive effects on development and ideas such as maintenance.

Trump needs to get off the dime and get serious about getting the criminally/mentally insane off the streets and into long term institutions. He needs to make a trial case by getting enough beds and cells for a few broken cities and show how it improves quality of life for the general public and then get the funds to propagate it nation wide.

Google says 100K mentally ill homeless so forecast 100K$ per patient for care and supervision and thats 10B$ a year. Best 10B$ ever spent.
