The State Department Has Revoked Another 6,000 "Student" Visas for Crime and Supporting Terrorism
The State Department has yanked more than 6,000 student visas in 2025 for overstays and law violations -- including support for terrorism, Fox News Digital has learned. The Trump administration has launched multiple initiatives aimed at cracking down on immigration and revoking visas of those attending academic institutions in the U.S. Those who've participated in pro-Palestinian protests have faced heightened scrutiny, as one example, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in May that the administration was reviewing the visa status of those students. The roughly 6,000 visas that were pulled were primarily due to visa overstays or encounters with the law, including assault, DUIs, burglary and support for terrorism, the State Department told Fox News Digital. "Every single student visa revoked under the Trump Administration has happened because the individual has either broken the law or expressed support for terrorism while in the United States," a senior State Department official said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "About 4,000 visas alone have been revoked because these visitors broke the law while visiting our country, including records of assault and DUIs."The Democrat Party, the Party of Foreign Terrorists, objects, claiming that foreigners have some kind of right to come to America to raise money for Hamas and that taking away their visa is a denial of due process. Communists are objecting to the USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Service) now looking at applicants' social media history to determine if they're anti-American, pro-terrorist, or criminally-inclined. They seriously believe that criminals and terrorists have a right to come to America just because they're f***ing foreign and therefore superior to American citizens.
Those who had their student visas yanked due to assault -- roughly 800 students -- either faced arrest or charges stemming from assault, according to the State Department official. Those whose visas were pulled due to support for terrorism -- between 200 people to 300 people -- engaged in behavior such as raising funds for the militant group Hamas, which the U.S. State Department has designated as a terrorist organization, the official said. Altogether, the State Department told Fox News Digital that approximately 40,000 visas have been pulled in 2025, in comparison to the 16,000 that were revoked during the same time frame under the Biden administration.
"Even if the previous administration was doing less, they were still revoking visas," the State Department official said. "It's not something that just started on January 20 ... So this has happened for years." Rubio told lawmakers in May that he estimated "thousands" of student visas had been rescinded since January. "I don't know the latest count, but we probably have more to do," Rubio told lawmakers on the Senate appropriations subcommittee overseeing foreign affairs May 20. "We're going to continue to revoke the visas of people who are here as guests and are disrupting our higher education facilities."

Visas are entirely, by statute, at the whim of the Secretary of State who has very wide latitude, including for national security reasons, to deny and revoke visas.
People think we need laws because the government simply stopped enforcing laws.

There is a huge cultural push to get women in college (and STEM especially). It used to be a good spot for young women to find a husband ("getting their MRS degree") so women would go largely to get a college-educated guy and get to know them without dating in the usual sense. Honestly, a better system than most.
Now the push in every single medium is for young women to go to college to get a degree and they don't need no man.

The Kentucky judge who was shot by a sheriff is accused of having s*x with inmates from the jail in exchange for more lenient sentences.
"I was part of it. I was one of them," said accuser Tya Adams.
Judge Kevin Mullins was shot at a courthouse, allegedly by Letcher County Sheriff Shawn 'Mickey' Stines, back in September.
Stines and Mullins knew each other for years. On the day of the incident, the two men, along with some others, had lunch together.
After lunch, Stines asked if he and Mullins should meet privately, which is when the incident occurred.
Stines is currently awaiting trial. He pleaded not guilty to one count of m*rder.

She had been seeing an Oncologist in Plano, Tx that even the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston referred patients to him. After two years, the chemotherapy is no longer working. Actually, it was doing more harm than good. The oncologist wanted to pause it for a couple of weeks to let her body try to heal from the effects of the chemo. We put her on Hospice on Friday, August 1st, 2025.
We thought we'd have more time, but God had other plans. I guess our infant granddaughter needed her grandmother more.
At 10:20 Central Time, she went Home to be with her father, brother, granddaughter and our Lord.
I've been talking to Sponge for months since his wife had her troubles.
I'll be in and out as time permits.

I actually don't think it is, that pushback is becoming increasingly inevitable.
The higher courts are generally following SCOTUS's lead, leaving smaller and smaller pockets of district court resistance that ultimately don't matter that much.
Take Maryland Man. Brought back to TN to face criminal charges because of judicial coup stuff while...300,000 other people have been forcibly deported using all of the same statutes and procedures used to deport Garcia.

Groundswell doesn't matter when the DOJ is still just following the appeals process all the time, and the appeals process keeps backing the DOJ up.
And I don't see a groundswell. I see sudden upticks in frustration that go away once the newest little wrinkle is out of the news fifteen minutes later.
And those wrinkles are becoming fewer and further between. What we're mostly seeing is the remnants of suits filed months ago that are just steadily dying out while we're also getting final judgements on things like...Trump having the power to fire CFPB personnel like what happened last week in the DC Circuit.

I think it is an administrative thing, but they are called “Absconders” or something like that, when the government claims have no idea where they are. There were several hundred thousand absconders, and that was 20 years ago. My first inkling that out government wasn’t serious about anything was realizing millions of illegals pouring across the border unmonitored made a mockery of public health, immunizations. We have a system where the “natives” are harassed endlessly, but foreign invaders are allowed to do anything, at least up until they kill someone. This too, is our fault, somehow.

What makes me lean that way is that the press all were tipped to show up to this kind of small event unlike most of Trumps other campaign events, and the Secret Service was even more incompetent than usual, and intentionally did not work with local law enforcement. Then there's the repeated ignoring of multiple warnings of a guy on the roof of a building with a rifle.
I think that they knew something was likely to happen, put their worst, lowest end people on it, and told the press that something exciting might happen that day.

Corporate debt is a major issue in enshittification and financialization of the US economy. Fair tax treatment would be allowing corporate deductions for dividends and disallowing it for debt incurred buying and destroying rivals/stock buybacks.
Preferred and common stock based on dividends in the end is healthier than one based on incurring debt for M&A or stock buyback activity.
