A lot of this money, no one ever was "taxed" to get it. They just say "hey, DOJ needs money to give to the Florpydorp Foundation for Creative Urban Buttfuckery", so DOJ goes to Treasury and Treasury goes to the Fed, and hey presto there's money in the FFCUB's accounts.

323 I worked in campaign finance compliance back during the Obummer years. It was VERY clear back then that ActBlue was a thinly-veiled shill/straw donation platform and was shot through with corrupt dealings from the very start.
