Antifa Assassin Who Shot ICE Agents Arrested, Along With Two Other Antifa Terrorists Who Aided and Abetted Him

Andy Ngo:

Breaking: Texas Antifa gunman fugitive captured

North Texas Antifa member Benjamin Song has just been captured, and two more of his comrades have been charged for allegedly abetting his escape

Armed and dangerous North Texas Antifa gunman fugitive Benjamin Song has just been captured, and two more of his comrades have been charged for allegedly abetting his escape.

Benjamin Hanil Takeshi Song, 32, had been evading arrest from the FBI following the ambush shooting on the Prairieland Detention Center, an ICE facility, on the Fourth of July. Between 20 and 30 rounds were fired at the agents and responding police in Alvarado, Texas. One local officer was shot in the neck and survived.

11 members or associates of the heavily armed cell have been federally charged so far with attempted murder and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence. They also face local terrorism charges. At least 14 firearms have been recovered in the investigation, in addition to a cache of ammunition and body armor.

Democrats tried to shut down a hearing on the border because reporter Julio Rosas accurately stated that Democrat rhetoric was encouraging violence from Democrat supporters and voters.

"I'm here testifying today as a proud Latino, but most importantly, I'm here as an American citizen!"

"The rhetoric coming from one side of the aisle...They want to view Latinos simply as a underclass, to siphon votes and fear-monger from every time that there's an election."

"It is DISGUSTING to see them criticize that recent raid in Ventura County, where they found unaccompanied minors working alongside convicted sex offenders at a cannabis farm!"

"Now we got to keep them there or else are we gonna get high, If we can't have unaccompanied minors harvest our weed?!"

Democrats are increasingly dog-whistling for assassinations.

Axios recently published a round-up of House Democrats saying their constituents at town halls and in one-on-one meetings are telling them "civility isn't working" and to prepare for "violence ... to fight to protect our democracy."

Voters told one Democrat, who wished to remain anonymous, "what we really need to do is be willing to get shot" [when visiting ICE facilities or federal agencies]. "Our own base is telling us that what we're doing is not good enough ... [that] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public."

We're increasingly seeing far-left extremists, emboldened by the rhetoric they hear from Democrats, take matters into their own hands. Last month, we watched the anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles quickly spiral into violence, for example. Then, on July 4, 11 individuals carried out a "preplanned" ambush on law enforcement officers at the ICE Prairie Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas. The Department of Justice has charged 10 of the 11 individuals with attempted murder.

Last week, a left-wing lunatic targeted law enforcement officers at a Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas. In a recent news release, ICE reported that assaults on agents have increased by 700% "as activists masquerading as immigrant advocates continue to impede operations. On July 2, a man repeatedly rammed an ICE vehicle with his car in Linda Vista, California, before three activists attacked agents."

Related: Border crossings fall to historic lows.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported the lowest number of border crossings in recorded history in June.

Nationwide, there were 25,228 CBP encounters, the lowest monthly number the agency has recorded, including a "historical low" of 8,024 apprehensions. Encounters include legal ports of entry, whereas apprehensions are arrests of those coming into the United States illegally.

At the southern border alone, there were only 6,072 apprehensions in June, which is "15% lower than the previous March record." June also brought along the lowest number of apprehensions in a day on June 28 with just 136.

"From shutting down illegal crossings to seizing fentanyl and enforcing billions in tariffs, CBP is delivering results on every front. Under this administration, we are protecting this country with relentless focus, and the numbers prove it." CBP Commissioner Rodney Scott said in a press release Wednesday.

Like May, there were no parole releases, compared with 27,766 in 2024.

Declaring them a domestic terrorist group would not be difficult at all to defend legally and open them up to prosecution in ways that only the local and state governments have available (and won't use).

28 Yeah, I’ve had a team working on this over the past few weeks, and what we’ve come up with can be reduced to two fundamental concepts. One: People aren’t wearing enough hats. Two: Matter is energy. In the universe there are many energy fields which we cannot normally perceive. Some energies have a spiritual source which act upon a person’s soul. However, this “soul” does not exist ab initio as orthodox Christianity teaches; it has to be brought into existence by a process of guided self-observation. However, this is rarely achieved owing to man’s unique ability to be distracted from spiritual matters by everyday trivia.

That's what you are saying.

Because every single shitbag illegal in FL can go home any time they want if they walk up to the nearest guard and say, "I'd like to go home and I'll waive my hearing."

"whose going to clean your toilets if we deport all of the illegals?"

What else could they possibly mean by that other than these people are essentially slaves doing the "shitty" jobs "Americans" would be too proud or lazy to do.

But no less than the FBI Director said Antifa is just an idea, how can that be?

How can an idea carry guns, stash ammo, shoot at law enforcement, wear body armor?

Also, just after this happened, DU was trying to downplay it as, "there probably weren't even any guns and the officer misreported fireworks as gunshots."

PS: imaging if one, just one of the hundreds of "white supremacist" witch-hunts under Biden had turned up a stash of guns, ammo and body armor.

I don't have much hope these domestic terrorists will get true justice. Because even if they are convicted and tossed in federal prison, the democrats have set precedent that when THEIR terrorists get jailed for life, and they get a little bit of power back, they pardon them. (Thanks, Clinton!)

Clinton pardoned a bunch of murderers and Capitol building bombers, including Susan Rosenberg, who then went on to get her claws in the Black Lives Matter Movement. Or the FBI "botched" their evidence and they get let go, like with Bill Ayers, who then went on to get his hooks in Obama. And ALL of them are completely unrepentant of what they did. That being said, for ordinary individuals, survival, evasion, escape are better than the Resistance part if you are at all able. Thus situational awareness training trumps all other options because it allows time to figure out what the optimal strategy is before you run out of time.

Yeah, I don't know how many of our fellow commenters are paid commenters, how many are just hyper political people trying to steer conversations, and how many are true believers, but I think all of them are out of their minds if they think this Epstein thing will not be a huge problem for Trump.

It's not even so much that we don't get the Epstein files. I'm as cynical as the next guy about this stuff.

It's the lying, gaslighting and insulting that's really getting to me.

Maybe I was naive when I was younger, but I do not remember this level of narrative steering in blog comments (or across the entire internet / right wing media for that matter) being just the way things have always been.

Yes, Laup Nor people showed up during the primaries and all of that, but they were pretty honest about who they were and what they were saying. And people have their preferred candidates, etc. And that was fine.

But this?

But really the goal should be to not do anything to get you thrown in jail. Like, for example, violating a countries immigration laws to illegally move there then get arrested for driving on that countries roads without a valid drivers license.

Those are things that land you in jail. Where the food sucks and there are a lot of people.

My biggest issue is more cultural than political, I guess. And I think the biggest reasons our culture is collapsing (outside of smart phones and social media) is immigration and forever wars.

So on that front, obviously I support Trump over D's. That said, other than Trump (or before Trump), pretty much every R was just as on board with unlimited immigration as any D. So I'm not sure where I go in a post-Trump world politically.

That said, as someone who has supported Trump since 2016, this is the first time I feel like he not only lied directly to my face (as a supporter), but he also insulted my intelligence by making the lie so stupid, then he followed up with calling me "stupid."

So... I don't know. For all of the people who don't want to talk about Epstein, I suspect this is what we'll be spending a lot of time talking about for the coming few years.

And it's a complete self-goal by Trump and team.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, U.S. Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.), the Senate’s only former federal public defender, joined U.S. Representatives Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR-01) and Kelly Armstrong (R-ND-At Large) in introducing the Federal Public Defense Commission Act of 2024, bicameral legislation that would establish a new Federal Public Defense Commission to address current structural concerns within the federal public defense system. The Federal Public Defense Commission would function independently from the Administrative Office of U.S. Courts and oversee federal public defense programs, including the federal defender system and private appointed counsel. This new commission would streamline funding, organization, and leadership of the federal public defender system.

226 The opening line of Nickelback’s Photograph functions as both thesis and dagger, an invocation of nostalgia disguised as sentimentality. But it’s more than that. Much more.

When Chad Kroeger delivers that refrain, croaky, elongated, agonized, it’s not laughter he's referencing. It’s regret. It’s subtextual grief. It’s the laughter of a man who is laughing not with joy, but at his own youthful foolishness. This isn’t Bruce Springsteen's Glory Days. It’s suburban Götterdämmerung.

In fact, it looks like a positive bonding experience:

Because nobody was sitting here with trying to lie, with a straight face, and somehow defend Epstein and the obvious FBI cover-up that started with a total loss fire two weeks after they took control of the island. The closest we had were those who still wanted to defend the FBI because "back the blue".

But now, because its the God Emperor, we've got people - including you - trying seven ways from Sunday to sell the same message ... "Move On". Your tactic is "it would just be too messy to let out the truth that we all know but can't prove".

I can't speak for our new friend, but a lot of people were talking about Epstein for years.

First, the files couldn't be released because Epstein was going to face trial (fair). Then because Ghislaine was going to face trial (mmm.. okay...). Then because "shut up".

Which is why so many people were asking Trump about the Epstein files when he was running.

Because many people have wanted to see those files since Epstein was first arrested.

This, by the way, is the same game the media plays. "There's nothing to see here" morphs in to "well, sure there might have been something, but that was a long time ago, move on"

Like COVID coming from a lab. Went from a conspiracy theory to eventually "eh, probably, who cares, it's old news. Not worth looking in to" overnight.

238 204 So why doesn't Trump? I can't understand with ICE agents being not just assaulted but shot why Trump hasn't reached the point of naming "Antifa" by name and declaring a policy to prosecute them/'

That's really the duty of someone like Bondi, who was surprised that her own department was investigating a pharma exec for fraud. But yeah Trump could order it. Probably a low priority as he has a ton of stuff on his plate.
Posted by: Christopher R Taylor

-------------

That's what I mentally come back to, but Antifa seems pretty meaningfully engaged in the full spectrum of domestic issues Trump is spearheading. And as you say, they are homicidally violent. I realize it doesn't connect to anything international, but still seems like it'd be higher on his list. Again, esp after the ICE agent getting shot, and he's so apt to talk about ICE's work and the nasty people they're fighting (without naming Antifa, ugh)... Things are going great, but I'd much rather see Antifa named and on the record mainstream than progress on Epstein. Or theater about the autopen (which is outrageous but if this won't advance pass simple hearings, let's move to something that will make progress...)

He's not playing "Nth Dimensional Chess". He's stepped in shit, most likely because he doesn't like who will get exposed, and now he's caught. If the press digs and this and exposes it ?

Great. A political loss for Trump ? Sure. But if johns in high places get exposed ? A win for society.

299 Because many people have wanted to see those files since Epstein was first arrested.

Posted by: Harry Paratestes
======
COVID is ultimately more important worldwide as a small band of scientists infected the world via using ChiCom assistance with a man made disease. Killing a lot of people by doing so.

Then compounded it by releasing horrible vaxxes killing more along with authoritarian shutdowns of everything.

And again, the putrid tentacles of the IC are involved but this time along with our Public Health authorities and health care providers.

So what do we do about that? In comparison, the Epstein crap is a piker compared with releasing a world wide epidemic and nasty vaxx.

So why here and why now? Smacks of manipulation of topic by fixing upon the easy scapegoat and every parent's (at least should be) nightmares--child predators.

It’s the laughter of a man who is laughing not with joy, but at his own youthful foolishness. This isn’t Bruce Springsteen's Glory Days. It’s suburban Götterdämmerung.

Because if what we suspect is true (and the actions of the government from Acosta to Biden to now Trump seem to suggest they're at least SOMEWHAT true), then this is as big, if not a bigger scandal than COVID.

And I would wager that if we knew the full truth of the Epstein situation, it would point fingers at a lot of the same people that we could point fingers at for COVID and the censorship and everything that came out of it.

Or the Epstein thing could be nothing, in which case -- why the hell didn't Trump release the files Day 1? Why is this even a thing? If Epstein is just a lone wolf, he's dead, release everything the CIA, FBI, NSA or anyone else ever had on him.

Because the longer this shitshow goes on, the more it looks like this Epstein thing is exactly what it looks like, and that very prominent members of our society have been being blackmailed by the CIA / Deep State for decades. If that is true, that is a pretty big deal, I would think.

375 >>> This is an excerpt from a "How Democrats lost" lament from Ezra Klein and Jon Stewart.

Ezra is Ezra, but I did like an interview he did with Sarah McBride, the new DE Trans congresswoman that had the bathroom fight with Nancy Mace.

Listening to it helped strengthen how to talk about my own stances on Trans rights. And how I'm an "imperfect ally" of the LGBT movement. I love that term. Sarah totally admits that the trans movement did such a good job of purging allies that agreed with them on 90% of issues (like me), and the purity tests killed the trans movement.

But I can't tell if Sarah is an old school dem, and someone I can grudgingly like, or a wolf in sheep's clothing. Because she seems to admits she WANTS all the extremist trans positions, she just thinks the trans community messed up in not rolling it out slowly like gay marriage was rolled out slowly, and eventually accepted. She gets the long con, that being well spoken and polite and gracious to the Nancy Maces of politics will get her the throne someday. And I think that terrifies me, that she ACTUALLY understands how to play the political game, versus the loudmouths.

Lol, what? The initial hysteria, as you call it, came from Americans talking about American politics and had nothing to do with Israel.

And if Mossad is implicated, then it's not anti-Israel to call that out. It's anti-truth to avoid talking about an issue because you think Israel may be implicated.

And not for nothing, but if a foreign government in the middle east is kidnapping american children and pimping them out to American and British "elites" so that they can blackmail American politicians and all of that was going on under the eyes of our own intel agencies, well, that's something we should be talking about, no?

That said, it seems much more likely CIA was running this operation with MI-6. I find it very unlikely Israel would be able to pull this off, especially on US soil.

426 The Cover Up-you're hedging your bet on a supposed list or smoking gun. I'm saying these people can go down for more obvious shit. Shit they've done aside from Epstein Island.

But its the same problem. Because I doubt it was only Dems involved in COVID. Just too many old school, Cold War Republicans on Capitol Hill to not have at least a few involved.

Regardless, what happens when they start getting exposed ? Well, significant parts of the government fall. We lose world standing - bigly. I'm surprised there hasn't already been backlash. After all, we funded it.

So how long before we get the "whig lecture" then ? Politics is the art of the possible, don't be an agent of disruption, mature adults know when to pick between the lesser of two evils, and so on ?

Its the exact same situation. The crime is too big to expose.

434 421 The only reason for Trump to hide the Epstein files is if one of our heroes, like Clarence Thomas or Reagan, were somehow on there. Which I doubt.

And if they were? Drop the names, and I will deal with the goring of my idols. Kids got raped.

I still am too dumb to get why Epstein being a foreign agent means we can't bring pedos to justice.
Posted by: LizLem at July 16, 2025 03:42 PM (gWBY1)

I think maybe the list is bogus, that is, a lot of accusations but no proof. Releasing that is essentially calumny, and could cause more harm than good.

The correct course of action is to find the proof first, and then release the names. Not everyone who shook Epstein's hand is a child rapist, and even Dershowitz said that the list contains a bunch of "hit list" folks that Virginia just added, not that they were really there and doing harm.

She was unbalanced, either before she was trafficked or because she was trafficked. It is perfectly horrible, but I don't think we can necessarily trust her word about who was or wasn't raping kids.

I would advise anyone to actually read read intelligence source report files (you can find them regarding JFK or a number of other topics). Essentially without context, you get a memo from x to y recounting discussions with Z. Z is usually codenamed if a source and other than the codename, you literally have nothing else to identify them. That was both need to know and protection of a source against being reveal to enemies or their own country. In the JFK files, you see reports of a code named source who was an editor level of a regionally important media type. Never enough to identify him unless you had access to gobs of other files and could cross triangulate and narrow the list. Often, handlers, especially as the initial recruiter left, did not even know the real identity of who they were talking to as info came from dead drops, etc. Nowadays, probably random untraceable texts or emails as well as phone calls plus in person meets with no record

Occasionally, you will get reports from someone willing to be named (usually these are walkin or sole purpose assets such business men, etc.).

Outside of the HQ, all mentions of Epstein push the Israel angle hard. Even though it's more likely a US/UK operation. Sex honeypots are a CIA and MI-6 trademark. The Mossad's not been that base. So yes, those of us that also read other sites tend to read posts screaming about Epstein as "CBD wants to sous-vide your children".

I can remember reading the testimony of one instance, Epstein had a major scientific conference on his Pedo Island--including Stephen Hawking as a guest along with MIT and other science big wigs.

The girl testifying had no knowledge if any of those guest even knew what was going on behind the scenes and personally could not relate any stories from other girls about having sex with any of the visitors.

Posted by: whig at July 16, 2025 03:50 PM (ctrM5)

441 My take on it was, as soon as Epstein was arrested, ALL of the 'files' were destroyed and disappeared. The open door to do something with them closed shortly after.

That would possibly be consistent with his "dead man's switch" to protect him from being murdered having been rendered impotent (but only if the feds seized everything and there weren't multiple copies on multiple hidden platforms controlled by multiple trusted individuals).

============
Specifically not true on the honeypots, Mossad views its role as preservation of its country at all costs so it depends more on what will generate blowback.

It is probable that if the CIA was involved, it would be either via false flag types (claiming to be from another agency) or a formal MI-6 type under 5 eyes arrangements for mutually beneficial information sharing.

Ghislaine, very possibly, was Epstein's handler and the actual one dealing with the intel types. She literally grew up with spies and agents of influence as Daddy. Robert was involved in all sorts of crap and there are actually KGB types that wrote about him post Soviet Union. Maxwell successfully cultivated a lifetime friendship with Leonid Breznev over publishing Breznev's books in the West. Counter intel KGB types fumed about it.

Spook world is full of murky people doing mucky things including sexpots, blackmail, financial bribery, false flag, disinfo, and sleazy favors given and returned without much question.

IC Operators always require people with flexible morality swimming in sewage.

444 This was the lie they told you: there is no possible way we can deport 20 million illegals.

The truth is we don't have to deport 20 million illegals. We need to deport 200,000 and make life untenable in the U.S. for the remaining 19.8 million. Untenable means no jobs, no benefits, and a constant risk of deportation on short notice. Suddenly having the feds buy you a ticket on your own timeline, with time to say goodbye and liquidate your assets, and plan for where you will move to in your home country starts to look pretty good.
