Not a fatal hole, by my reading. The underlying technique - called Fiat-Shamir transforms - has been proven to be secure if the random numbers used are truly random. The trick here is that if you know how the random numbers are generated, a malicious program can use that information to "prove" things that aren't true.

If you require that the program code be less complicated than your random number generator, though, this attack is foiled.
Speaking of leaks, there are some in Zen 3 and Zen 4 chips. (AMD)

Severity is ranked as "medium" and BIOS updates are on their way.

There are also two low-severity issues that leak data that technically should be leaked but which doesn't really matter. Only the low-severity leaks affect older Zen 1 and Zen 2 chips.

Apparently Zen 5 is unaffected.

I'll take a look, CT. Kaywoodie, as I understand it, was a premium American brand once upon a time, reckoned to be higher quality overall than Dunhill was at the time. In my small collection of vintage pipes I don't have one yet. I do have two of the older Dr. Grabows, and they are good pipes.

Macron sent out police in Calais earlier this week to knife the rubber dinghies the illegals use to cross the channel before the boatloads could get offshore.

It only took the French a decade to get this serious about stopping the flow.

Elsewhere in the EU, many countries are putting border controls back in place to stop migrants, effectively ending the Schengen Agreement.

The elite globalists are finally starting to figure out how much they’ve screwed up over there.

The Democrats here still haven’t gotten the memo.

Biden had Border Patrol and ICE doing the opposite of their job description for the past four years while starving their budgets to pay for all the illegals.

The BBB has just given both agencies so much money they’re about to be better funded than every other federal law enforcement combined, including the FBI.

If what’s being said is true, and they stick to the plan, the Trump administration is about to put ICE everywhere, and you’ll notice.

If they can get the court cases settled and get a system in place to start mass deportations, we should start seeing a lot more going home soon.

That’s a lot of “ifs” but they now have the money to do what Trump promised so we’re going to have to wait and see on this.

172 Yesterday would have been my 20th anniversary. So I called my best friend, from 10th grade. He was at the wedding. A friend of his answered. My friend had passed away unobserved the day after I last called him. A wellness check found him.

We can go from hanging on to out so fast these days.

There is no family left. He outlived them all.

They don’t want to go any more than necessary into debt transitioning to AI. Since nobody has found the real “killer app” using AI that justifies spending billions of dollars, they need a path to “plan B”, even if they don’t know what “plan B” will be.
