Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 6/ 4 /25![]() Yunqing Jian, 33, and Zunyong Liu, 34, citizens of the People’s Republic of China, were charged in a criminal complaint with conspiracy, smuggling goods into the United States The FBI arrested Jian in connection with allegations related to Jian’s and Liu’s smuggling into America a fungus called Fusarium graminearum, which scientific literature classifies as a potential agroterrorism weapon. This noxious fungus causes “head blight,” a disease of wheat, barley, maize, and rice, and is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year. Fusarium graminearum’s toxins cause vomiting, liver damage, and reproductive defects in humans and livestock. According to the complaint, Jian received Chinese government funding for her work on this pathogen in China. The complaint also alleges that Jian’s electronics contain information describing her membership in and loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party. It is further alleged that Jian’s boyfriend, Liu, works at a Chinese university where he conducts research on the same pathogen and that he first lied but then admitted to smuggling Fusarium graminearum into America—through the Detroit Metropolitan Airport—so that he could conduct research on it at the laboratory at the University of Michigan where his girlfriend, Jian, worked.Meh, Anthony Fauci was given government funds to work directly with the Chi-Coms in a laboratory on their soil to develop the Franken-virus that ran rampant across the world, with the "cure" perhaps already in the pipeline of big pharma ready to come to the rescue, or in the event cause more misery, death and illness than the virus itself. Can this be construed as an act of war, the precursor to an act of war, or state-sponsored terrorism? The Ci-Coms and indeed their globalist friends here in the USA knew back in 2020 the threat that a Donald Trump re-election posed to their geopolitical plans and voila, a global pandemic that gave the cover they needed to rig and steal the election from him and us. As lethal if not more than a biological pathogen are the intellectual saboteurs plying their trade in our colleges and universities under the guise of Confucius institutes. Beyond pimping anti-American and anti-Western propaganda to young skulls full of mush (pace Rush Limbaugh). Of late, they have been implicated in helping foment pro-Hamas anti-semitism on campus as well. Beyond that, Chi-com agents are actively engaged in stealing scientific research at colleges as well as industrial espionage up to and most especially in our defense and IT sectors. If only Harry Truman let MacArthur cross the Yalu River and perhaps nuked Beijing, world history might have gone very differently. No Vietnam War and subsequent killing fields, perhaps no Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union sooner than it did? And America not being reliant on Chinese slave labor and keeping our industrial base here at home. Meh, what's done is done. It is here and it is now. What are we, that is what is President Donald Trump going to do about this? What should he do and what can and should he do? Well, yes there is a fungus among us, and it's not just foreigners but the homegrown variety of self-hating America-hating miscreants that pose just as great if not an even greater threat than any external enemy ever can. Apple heiress Laurene Powell Jobs, Google founder Eric Schmidt, and the George Soros-backed Tides Foundation are among the Democrat heavyweights bankrolling the anti-Israel charity of activist Kamau Franklin, who called Elias Rodriguez’s alleged assassination of two Israeli diplomats in Washington, D.C., a "morally righteous" act. Franklin runs Community Movement Builders, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that promotes "liberation" ideology for black Americans, Palestinians, and other groups. The organization embraces radical rhetoric in support of those causes, referring to police as "pigs" and calling the state of Israel "the result of a war crime." The Heising-Simons Foundation, funded by prominent Democratic donors Mark Heising and Liz Simons, gave $100,000 to Community Movement Builders. The Tides Foundation, supported heavily by Soros, gave around $100,000 to Community Movement Builders for "equity" programs, tax records show. Franklin also serves as treasurer for the Black Voters Matter Action Fund PAC, the Washington Free Beacon reported. Soros has contributed $2.4 million to the PAC, which spent heavily in support of Harris and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D., Ga.). New Georgia Project, an organization by Warnock and professional Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams, gave $50,000 to Community Movement Builders in 2021.Wonderful and long overdue that the Muslim Brotherhood will be at long last officially declared a terrorist organization, unless the Democrats can actually summon the balls to publicly vote "NO" on the resolution and explain to the American people why. But President Trump and the GOP must declare the Tides Foundation, and every other organization and private citizen who supports Hamas, the MB and other groups that threaten not just Jews but all of us as terrorist or terror supporting organizations and move to dismantle them completely. Well, on a positive note, completing the grade school thought of there's a fungus among us, the penis between us is at long last being addressed. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the United States Navy to remove the name of slain gay rights leader Harvey Milk from oiler USNS Harvey Milk, according to several reports. A memorandum from the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, which was viewed by Military.com, showed that the Navy was preparing to change the name of the ship, and a “defense official” confirmed to the outlet that Hegseth had ordered U.S. Secretary of the Navy John Phelan to change the name of the ship: A defense official confirmed that the Navy was making preparation to strip the ship of its name but noted that Navy Secretary John Phelan was ordered to do so by Hegseth. The official also said that the timing of the announcement — occurring during Pride month — was intentional.Oh the humanity! PRIED off the fantail and right at the start of PRIDE month. And thank you Mr. President!!! White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Tuesday that there are “no plans” for a “Pride Month” proclamation. . . The Trump White House is doing a complete 180 from the Biden junta's focus on LGBT issues. While Trump celebrated “Pride Month” with a tweet in 2019, he never issued a presidential proclamation for the LGBT festivities.Seriously, what is there to be "proud" of. at the risk of ruffling the feathers of any homosexuals out there (including a number of good friends and family members), If fornication with someone of the same sex is your kink — and from a purely biological standpoint — it is not normal since sex first and foremost is about procreation, regardless of Michelle Obama's theories on the matter. And Harvey Milk was a pedophile and sexual predator. To defend him let alone honor him is despicable, period full stop. On another front, something that kind of puzzles me is this Big Beautiful Bill BS. I kind of don't understand the sanity of more debt and raising the debt ceiling while at the same time pushing DOGE. I think both Rand Paul . . . and Elon Musk I think are right to be upset about this. Frankly, I;m not interested in Government Efficiency. I want Government Reduction and Elimination. That is the anatomy of a race hoax: allegations with flimsy supporting evidence get taken up by the media in a frenzy with a desire to validate the allegation. When the allegations are proven wrong, institutions and individuals accused still get stuck holding the bag, still are branded as morally corrupt.

Gonna disagree. Nuclear explosions were known. Not a secret that could be bottled up. Science and tech made it possible. To stop the Soviets was to fight a land war in Eurasia, with a much smaller, war-weary US military. We did not have enough weapons to nuke the Soviets into submission. From the article about Ohio looking to get rid of property taxes:
While the proposal has garnered support from homeowners, critics warn of potential consequences. Local governments rely heavily on property taxes, which generated $18.5 billion in 2023, to fund public services. Let me guess: Women and minorities hardest hit? A mass launch of Russian missile holdings would involve 700 missiles. No way can more than a handful be stopped. Not enough Patriot missiles in Ukraine. An alternative is to pick a segment of the front line, with whatever reserves the Russians can gather nearby. Vaporize Ukraine defenses with that firepower, then exploit. There have always been ulterior motives for this war and the forces pushing them seem to be willing to risk a much larger conflict to get their way. Reading the story of the development of the U2 spyplane is interesting. Kelly Johnson and the skunkworks is amazing. We came a lot closer to a nuclear “exchange” than might be known. A U2 was shot down, and the pilot killed. Kennedy called his blockade a “quarantine”, a nice euphemism since a quarantine was technically an act of war.

In a segment titled, “Ukraine burns Putin, but also schools Trump with surprise drone attack,” MSNBC hosts Nicolle Wallace and Rachel Maddow chatted giddily after a paradigm-shifting operation by Volodymyr Zelensky that left the world on the edge of nuclear exchange. Rachel first plugged Wallace’s new podcast, The Best People, then they bantered about Wallace’s husband, then moved on to Ukraine’s “audacious” Sunday drone attacks, said to have destroyed a third of Russia’s “strategic carriers” in an operation widely dubbed “Russia’s Pearl Harbor.”
“I feel like you’re, you’re one of my friends who understands how my brain works on this sort of thing,” Rachel asked, beaming. “Like, it is an incredible war story about Ukraine’s capability and their resilience and their creativity and the way they have just done this, you know, like David versus Goliath… But it also does have international strategic implications for every country in the world… In Russia’s position, in terms of thinking about its own defenses, thinking about its own nuclear deterrence…” Posted by: SMOD at June 04, 2025 08:18 AM (S5sH6) 78

Getting enough fissile material for even a single bomb was insanely slow and took years of 24/7 effort. One of the largest (and expensive) metal castings ever is still located at the Alamagordo test site. Gen. Groves was adamant that in the case of a misfire of the test article, that all that material wouldn’t be lost so he directed this large containment vessel be built. It was never used.
Two different designs were used for the first series of bombs. Rail gun and implosion. The “gun type”, the physicists didn’t need to test. They knew it would work, which is interesting. The implosion type was problematic because all of the “lenses” had to fire at the same time within milliseconds and this was a tall order at the time. Reading the story of the development of the U2 spyplane is interesting. Kelly Johnson and the skunkworks is amazing. We came a lot closer to a nuclear “exchange” than might be known. The ships provide underway replenishment of fuel and limited amounts of dry cargo to United States Navy carrier strike groups, amphibious ready groups, and other surface forces, to allow them to operate worldwide.
Twenty ships are planned for the class. The class is named for its lead ship, John Lewis, which is named for American politician and civil rights leader John Lewis. The remaining John Lewis-class oilers will be named after prominent civil rights leaders and activists. So far, ten have been named including Earl Warren, Robert F. I'm working on an online book: 100 Anericans Who Should Be Famous (But Aren't)
Kelly Johnson is in it. I have just a few villains. Allen Dulles who ran the CIA under Ike and then JFK until the Bay of Pigs is in it. Dulles played JFK into authorizing the invasion by not telling him that it would fail without close US air support. Dulles had US planes ready and expected that JFK would relent rather than see the invasion fail. Dulles wanted a war and when he didn't get one over Cuba he turned his sights to Vietnam. And he ordered the hit on JFK. History can rhyme, no? Posted by: Ignoramus at June 04, 2025 08:51 AM (Gqoy+) 155

When facing the front of the vessel, port refers to the left side, and starboard refers to the right side. "Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few" Churchill on the Battle of Britain Even more true about Midway, no? Posted by: Ignoramus at June 04, 2025 08:41 AM (Gqoy+) Pretty much. Three USN carriers were in the battle: Yorktown, Enterprise, and Hornet. Effectively it was only two versus four Japanese carriers because Hornet's torpedo and dive bombers did not contribute to the destruction of the Japanese carriers. The torpedo bombers of all three carriers were massacred and did not put a torpedo in a Japanese ship, flying the obsolete, very slow, TBD Devastator. Hornet's first strike of over 30 SBD Dauntless dive bombers did not find the Japanese carriers. The Yorktown and Enterprise dive bombers alone - about 70 planes combined at the start of the battle - inflicted mortal damage to the four Japanese carriers: Yorktown - Soryu and Hiryu Enterprise - Akagi, Kaga, and Hiryu. Another hero of Midway was Jimmy Thach, commander of the Yorktown's fighter squadron. He shot-down three Zeros in the first use of the "Thach Weave" tactic, that became widely used by USN carrier fighters. Posted by: Gref at June 04, 2025 09:17 AM (aBgBM) 239

During a recent lesson, 25 kindergartners gazed at the whiteboard, trying to sound out the word “bee.” They’re learning the long “e” sound, blending words such as “Pete” and “cheek” — words that they’ll soon be able to read in this lesson’s accompanying book.
Celestial was teaching something new for Long Beach Unified: phonics. “It’s pretty cool to watch,” she said. “I’m really anticipating that there’s going to be a lot less reluctant readers and struggling readers now that the district has made this shift.” The term phonics during the 19th century and into the 1970s was used as a synonym of phonetics. The use of the term in reference to the method of teaching is dated to 1901 by the Oxford English Dictionary. The relationship between sounds and letters is the backbone of traditional phonics. “Democrats can’t win these folks over if they’re not speaking the language that young men are speaking,” Hogue said. “Most people I talked to, Democratic operatives, have never heard of Red Pill Fitness, which is just huge online.”
One of the central tenets of the red pill mindset is the rejection of what they perceive as societal lies and manipulations. Red pill adherents believe that mainstream culture, media, and even educational institutions perpetuate false narratives about gender roles, relationships, and success. This skepticism extends to traditional relationship dynamics, with many red pill followers questioning the conventional wisdom surrounding love, marriage, and commitment.
