The Morning Report — 5/ 23 /25

ChuyZoot.jpg

Good morning kids. So, you will recall this story from last month making news:

The parents of a teenager who carried out a deadly school shooting in the US state of Michigan were sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison on Tuesday in an unprecedented and closely watched case.Jennifer Crumbley, 46, and her husband James, 47, were the first parents of a school shooter convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the United States for the actions of their child. Their son Ethan, who is now 17, is serving a life sentence for the November 30, 2021, shooting which left four students dead and seven other people injured at Oxford High School, 45 miles (70 kilometers) north of Detroit.

“Parents are not expected to be psychic,” Matthews said at an emotional sentencing hearing in Pontiac, Michigan, attended by parents of the victims.

“But these convictions are not about poor parenting,” Matthews said. “These convictions confirm repeated acts, or lack of acts, that could have halted an oncoming runaway train.”

If the parents of a school shooter can be arrested and tried for the acts of their child, can we not arrest and charge the parents, Imams and professors of those who inspired this bastard who gunned down two Israelis in DC? And their political mentors and boosters:

Chew on that. Or should I say Chuy! Just axing the questions as my classmates from the hood might put it:

The father of the terror suspect accused of gunning down two soon-to-be-engaged Israeli Embassy staffers at the Capital Jewish Museum was honored by a far-left member of Congress with an invitation to President Trump’s joint address this past March, The Post has exclusively learned.

“Eric Rodriguez was our guest during the President’s Joint Speech to Congress, but we don’t know his family,” Rep. Jesús “Chuy” García (D-Ill.) said Thursday night.

In March, he hailed Rodriguez as “an outspoken advocate against attacks on veterans’ services and the rights of unionized federal employees.”

“Eric represents the very best of our community — someone who has served his country, continues to serve his fellow veterans and fights every day to protect the dignity of working people,” the congressman said in a statement at the time.

Rodriguez also appeared in a Service Employees International Union video that same day, and said he was an Iraq War vet and an employee with the Veterans Affairs Department, the New York Times reported. “I’ve been with the VA for three years, and the reason why I’m in Washington, DC, is because I’m concerned about what Donald Trump Elon Musk and DOGE are doing to the VA system.” On Thursday, Rodriguez’s son, Elias, was charged in federal court with two counts of first-degree murder and other charges in the cold-blooded slayings of Yaron Lischinsky, 28, and Sarah Milgrim, 26, as the Israeli Embassy employees left an event at the Capital Jewish Museum.

He was an Iraq War vet. Lest we forget the usual anti-Semitic tropes coming from all quarters about nefarious Jewish plotters controlling American foreign policy on behalf of Israel. His SEIU membership and ties to Democrats of the latter-day variety who are notoriously anti-Israel regardless of foreskin status.

Chuy Garcia is a rabid anti-American communist radical, open borders racialist. And here's this little nugget from his Discover the Networks dossier that has significant cromulence to our story:

On October 25, 2023, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 412-10 in favor of H.R. 771, a resolution titled “Standing with Israel as It Defends Itself against the Barbaric War Launched by Hamas and Other Terrorists.” The resolution stated, among other things, that the House of Representatives “reaffirms Israel’s right to self-defense”; “calls on all countries to unequivocally condemn Hamas’ brutal war against Israel”; “reaffirms the United States’ commitment to Israel’s security”; “condemns Iran’s support for terrorist groups and proxies, including Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad”; and “urges full enforcement of United States sanctions against Iran to prevent Iran’s funding of terrorist groups.”

. . . The 9 Democrats who voted “No” to the resolution were: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Jamaal Bowman, Summer Lee, Cori Bush, André Carson, Al Green, and Delia Ramirez.

And the 6 Democrats who voted “Present” were Jesús “Chuy” Garcia,  Ayanna Pressley, Joaquin Castro, Nydia Velázquez, Pramila Jayapal, and Greg Casar.

Over the course of his political career, Garcia has been endorsed by an extensive list of far-left and Communist Party USA figures. Among his more prominent backers have been such notables as Senator Bernie Sanders, former Democrat Congressman Luis Gutierrez, Illinois socialist David Orr, CPUSA vice chair Scott Marshall, CPUSA activists like Pepe Lozano and Abdul-Aziz Hassan, and the Progressive Democrats of America. Conversely, Garcia has supported known members of the Communist Party, the Democratic Socialists of America, and other left-wing organizations. He even campaigned with CPUSA member Rudy Lozano, Jr. in 2009, when the latter ran, unsuccessfully, for a seat in the Illinois House of Representatives.

Unlike the parents of the school shooter, you don't have to be psychic to know that the constant drumbeat that Israel is committing genocide against the "Palestinians" and is an illegitimate colonial occupier of "Palestine" which must be liberated "From the River to the Sea" with the dismantling of Israel might have had just the tiniest bit of influence on the subhuman scumbag who blew away that innocent couple in DC the other night. Ditto every other person prevented from attending their classes at universities and or threatened, spat upon, beaten up and so on.

And so, is Chuy Garcia along with this subhuman's father culpable in these murders too? What about every imam in America who quotes from the Koran about rocks and trees coming to life and imploring passerby Muslims to slit the throats of the filthy Jews hiding behind them? What about the liars at the UN spreading the blood libel about Israel depriving "innocent" so-called Gazans of food and water and using the "G" word, Genocide.

Lest we forget, as the stormfronter trolls will no doubt remind me (as if I need it!) that this is more than just about Jews. This is about all of us, not just Israel and Jews.

The same colonialism occupier bilge has been used as a cassus belli of the Left to dismantle America as founded, by any and every means necessary.

Thursday on MSNBC’s “All In,” Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) called President Donald Trump a “dictator” while discussing his actions against Harvard University. . . He continued, “This is all a part of the authoritarian playbook that Trump has been seeking to execute right from January 20th on. The problem that he has and that he’s been running into all along is that we do have a United States Constitution that, in the Fifth Amendment, requires due process with regard to any charge which is brought against any individual or institution. We actually have immigration laws in terms of the protection of international students as well. And by the way, these students do have First Amendment rights of free speech, which they are also seeking to circumscribe. So all of those are going to be protections which ultimately will result in Harvard winning this case but it’s really meant to send a chilling effect to academic institutions all across this country.”

This would be the same MSNBC (NSDAP) that regularly features Al Sharpton as a voice of reason and reconciliation, despite having literal blood on his hands from the Crown Heights pogrom/riots, to the incineration of Freddies Fashion Mart and the vile incitement of "Diamond Merchants" and White Interlopers."

Ditto Chuck Schemer threatening the Supreme Court and voila, a psycho thankfully gets arrested on Brett Kavanaugh's front lawn ready to murder him and his entire family.

Of course as we all know, their violence and language are speech, our mere existence, let alone voices are violence.

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

Have a great Memorial Day Weekend, God Bless the Memory of all who gave their lives in service. More on this on Monday.

40 If something or someone is evil, it’s not only permissible to loathe, detest and try to destroy them. It’s a moral obligation to do so. If Israel, Zionism and the Jews are evil, then it’s a moral obligation to loathe, detest and try to destroy them.

To the Western liberal, for whom Zionism is racism and Israel starves babies to death, antisemitism is therefore not just the shield behind which the Jews sanitize Israel’s crimes. It’s no longer a uniquely murderous and deranged creed that all people of conscience must oppose. Horrifyingly, for the Western liberal, antisemitism has become a moral obligation.

"According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE! Maybe Twilight is real and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security," Musk posted, adding a couple of rolling on the floor laughing emojis.

His post features a chart indicating there are more than 20 million listed with ages 100 and higher, including more than 3.9 million in the 130-139 age range, more than 3.5 million in the 140-149 range and more than 1.3 million in the 150-159 range.

164 Yesterday's 6-3 ruling is huge.
It doesn't directly over-rule Humphrey's Executor.
But, it goes far enough that the Left Bloc thought it did. They want Humphrey's Executor to remain a magical incantation, where the mere recitation--regardless of facts--invokes invincibility from employment termination.

But the key holding of that case, "exercises considerable executive power" has been gutted. Prior practice made this phrase a fig leaf, where "considerable" was elevated to a level just short of that of the actual President. So courts would never find a "for cause" protection unconstitutional.
"Considerable" is now a more reasonable "any."

And, "independent" agencies are, ab initio, unconstitutional. Our Constitutional order rests on "consent of the governed."
And consent doesn't exist without accountability. Independent agencies are not accountable to the people.
Making an agency "independent" violates the Constitution no matter how well intentioned by Congress, or how "bi-partisan" or qualified the appointees are, or how many decades of courts precedent and Presidential acquiescence.

Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at May 23, 2025 08:14 AM (Dw2ZY)

165 The current order is a Rube Goldberg machine constructed to evade, eliminate or obviate any attempts at accountability to the people.

So much of the consternation (and pious pretextual contemplation by Roberts and ACB) is not over actual Constitutional concerns but, rather how to maintain the existing cogs, levers and slides of the current order without too much upset of that intended evasion of accountability.

Much of my objection to the various rulings to spite Trump are not just that they are wrong on the law, mis-state the facts and hide the real issue.
My biggest objection is that, in every one, the one party who should have the biggest say--the people--is shut out, ignored or barely mentioned as an aside.

In every question--should the President be able to cut agencies and staffing, expel visitors and deport illegals, etc.--no where in any of the decisions is there any consideration of will of the people now. Not those who passed the laws--those living now.

The people whose taxes are being spent.
The people whose sustenance is being eaten.
The people whose life and property are being taken.

The people living and suffering under the current order ... are last.

168 What is Walmart supposed to do? Walmart isn’t arbitrarily raising prices to gouge customers or something.

- William Sullivan, American Thinker

I’ll tell you what Walmart should do.

First, eat the tariffs.

Second, begin the process, which they should have begun years ago, of decoupling their supply chain from China and start ordering product from other countries with lower tariffs, or, God forbid, American manufacturers.

Third, realize which country made Walmart what it is today.

Walmart & Sam’s Club have stores all over the world, including in China.

I wonder how many American brands are sitting on the shelves in China compared to the amount of Chinese goods on American shelves?

Is that because Americans don’t make anything that the Chinese would buy, or because China has used every trick in the book to keep American products out?

WM went along with that strategy to set up shop in China and still made profit.

Now do the reverse for Americans, and still make profit, like you did for decades before you went all in on Made in China.

The world has changed.
Now it’s time to dance with the one who brought you.

The articles make preposterous claims, like how this will reduce plane weights because the standing seats are lighter than regular seats. Well, what the weight of all the extra passengers who will be crammed into the planes on these seats?

And reduce fares? Get the. What the airlines will do is INCREASE fares for regular seats.

Female chesticles are designed for feeding a baby. That's it. That's why we have them. However, they are probably the most noticeable sign of which sex the person is. Breasts are what make us noticeably female. They don't make us female. Just, people tend to think tits = female. Men are sexually programmed to procreate, to spread their DNA far and wide. This not only to continue their bloodline but to continue mankind itself.
Men see breasts, think female, she can take my seed and make a baby, she can feed my baby, my bloodline continues, and humanity does not end.
This is not a stereotype. This is factual, perpetuation of the species.

Yay."

FAA regs requires passengers and personnel to be "secure" during take offs and landing.

There's a reason for this.

Not to mention the potential for unbalancing the plane during turbulence.

Why do people even think this could be something?

Good grief!

Perhaps you should find social venues with the kind of women you respect. They are out there . Woman was getting her hair cut and the woman who did it was cute, young , conservative and single she asked if she could give her number to her son and now he and the hairdresser are a couple. Maybe we should have a dating site for men here with cute daughters or granddaughters who are single and would like to find a nice, conservative guy. Ace could get a commission😉

Very instructive one minute clip:

Jake Tapper says the purpose of his book is to make sure there’s “transparency” with political leaders — then makes it all about Trump and “questions about his health."

That’s where this is going — media is going to use this book as cover to do to Trump what they would never do with Biden — aggressively question his health.

The Mediaite guy then claims that legacy media reporting doesn’t have a political agenda, and is about exposing the truth.

Long ago and far away, when I was in college at UT.

The feminists and hippies of Austin got together and some how convinced the City Council that not allowing women to go topless was sexual discrimination of the worst possible kind, sooooo-

women were allowed to go topless, and-

Barton Springs turned into a kind of variegated Heaven with little oasis of purgatory as there were several young, nubile co-eds going topless as well as the usual fat, floppers.

IIRC it took about a year before the City Council decided that boobs were sexual objects again and should not be displayed in public.

In summary, tax relief for Social Security recipients is happening in part through the $4,000 deduction, but it’s not a full elimination of taxes on benefits, is income-limited, and only applies to those 65 and older, despite Social Security benefits starting at 62. The Senate still needs to approve the bill, and changes could occur.
