The Morning Report — 5/ 21 /25

JacksonandVito.jpg

Good morning kids. Honestly, is it really all that surprising that the Democrats and their accomplices in the media/propaganda complex covered up Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants' stage 4 cancer, on top of his obvious dementia/Alzheimer's disease cognitive impairment on top of his decades-long career as a venal influence peddler selling his office and the national security of this nation to the highest bidder, including our greatest foreign adversaries and enemies. Of course not, because his criminality is their own.

On a number of levels, the adage of "the coverup is worse than the crime" is in full effect. I'll try and peel back the layers of the onion, so to speak, of my thought process on this. First, why did they decide to run him in 2020 in the first place, especially after the Hillary debacle of 2016? Her candidacy then was only because she was forced out to make way for Obama in '08, and Biden's role as VP was to put lipstick on the Stalinist/Muslim/Pig that was and still is Obama to try and reassure the low-info and middle-American crowd that Joe Biden, an old white guy, was a baseball hotdogs apple pie and Chevrolet influence that would prevail in an Obama Oval Office.

Yet with Obama gone, and Hillary by that time seemingly political kryptonite, surely the Democrats had some candidate that both checked off all the correct ethno/sexual political boxes and could fake normalcy in front of the cameras and while pressing the flesh at middle American state fairs when he or she had to?

So why Biden? Did they really think American wanted a return to the Obama years and that Biden represented that? Or even with the election-rigging machinery in place courtesy of the COVID lockdowns and Democrat amorality firmly ensconced in the key swing states and districts on top of it, did they still fear a Trump re-election and did not want to waste a future potential Democrat standard bearer and made Biden a sacrificial lamb? Of course, his "victory" so-called in 2020 still left all of Obama's henchmen and acolytes firmly in control.

Even still, between Burisma, the stolen.mishandled document revelations, the Afghanistan bug-out debacle, click here for news on that, his obvious stumbling and getting lost in the Rose Garden and at World Summits and all the other personal and political disasters that we all saw with our own eyes, To get rid of him in 2024 would have been tacit admission that his 2020 candidacy and Presidency in the first place was an absolute farce, and worse, one of the most monstrous crimes and frauds ever perpetrated against the American people.

He could not be replaced by Harris or whoever, and demented as he was, as everyone saw with that disaster of a debate performance, he knew he had his party by the short hairs. And so Trump destroyed him last November and the rest is history.

And to be an optimist, All the Democrats have are the very people and policies that are the absolute antithesis of President Trump and the MAGA agenda that so far, especially vis a vis illegal immigration/invasion are proving wildly popular not only with sane Americans and the MAGA base/faithful but even eroding some of the traditional support from key Democrat constituencies. Despite the propaganda, even President Trump's trade and economic policies are starting to bear fruit, in people's wallets and in their perceptions as polls also indicate.

That leaves the Democrats with two of their key options, political violence/terrorism and sabotage.

. . . the resistance has come from the federal judiciary, some 844 active members of the Article III branch of the American government. Except for the chief justice of the Supreme Court, all such judgeships have been created by and remain subject to the jurisdiction of Congress, while the judges themselves are appointed by the Executive. They're not referred to "inferior" courts (relative to the Supreme Court) for nothing, and the notion that the judiciary is "independent" is a rank fiction. . .

. . .the unconstitutional power grab of Marbury v. Madison (1803), which created out of whole cloth the judiciary's "right" to meddle in absolutely everything the president or Congress does. The current crop of Resistance judges has taken that parlous doctrine to its logical conclusion. But the Law is only as valid as the men who write it and enforce it and defend it. The laws of the Weimar Republic were instantly invalidated by the National Socialists' Nuremberg Laws, and all the lawyers in the Reich couldn't save a single Jew, gypsy, homosexual, Catholic prelate, or Communist once the new Law came down on them. .
. . . Thus far, the Trump team has played it smart, avoiding provocation, fighting lawfare with lawfare and not overtly refusing a court order while at the same time punting it for all the right reasons of state. The president has every bit as much right to "interpret" the Constitution as John Roberts does, or the lowliest federal judge in Honolulu, and every bit as much right to ignore them, as both Jefferson and Jackson and even Biden did. But when the time comes, as it will, Trump will simply have to quote Andrew Jackson, who is supposed to have said to Chief Justice Marshall (the author of Marbury): "John Marshall has made his decision. Now let him enforce it."

And then of course the question remains, How many divisions do Roberts, and the so-called "resistance" have and more to the point how many do We The People have?!

We are heading in the same direction as South Africa . .

And instead as some have postulated, Trump being added to Mount Rushmore, giant Jasmine Crockett Eyelashes will be welded onto Lady Liberty, while her dress is removed and a tranny phallus welded on, with a patina'd Rules for Radicals in her outstretched hands.

I have a nightmare today...

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

27 I think one of the biggest mistakes we make is overestimating how powerful the left actually is instead of focusing more on how weak our side was before Trump. One of my favorite Trump quotes that he put out before entering the 2016 race was something along the lines "Republicans don't know how to win. I will teach them.".

He then proceeded to lay waste to the Republican field not to mention the Republican establishment before schlonging the inevitable Hillary despite never running a political race before and having a number of obvious flaws. He did it by going right at them and never backing down. That was never the Republican way. But it worked. Multiple times and only "failed" when they cheated so big it could be seen from Pluto.

We can beat them if we run on sane policies and fight, fight, fight no matter who they run. They aren't nearly as formidable as we often give them credit.

Most make Roland Freisler look like a moderate in their devotion to party and race. Even so called "conservative" judges (as if any actually exist outside of Justice Thomas) lean more left than right on most issues. Just look at Kunta Kinte Jackson. Hateful racist and she will be on the bench making "law" until she croaks. Which is hopefully soon.

35 This no tax on tips is not going to end the way most people think it will. It sounds very good but it is going to backfire down the road. I have bartenders that make more in tips than they do in their hourly rate. If those tips are not taxed they don't count towards their social security earnings. 47 Zelensky to Trump: ‘Ukraine Is Ready for a Full and Unconditional Ceasefire’

--------

This should have been on January 20. His war effort was 100% created and funded by the DC regime, and that regime was at least temporarily sidelined. The new guy had made it clear for months that he was not going to keep up the fight anymore.

That left Ukraine in a militarily hopeless position. At that point, defeat was no longer likely but inevitable, and every passing day of continued conflict just meant more wasted Ukrainian lives and lost Ukrainian territory.

Zelensky's only logical play was to go hat in hand to his new master in the swamp and say "I'm ready to sue for peace. PLEASE negotiate with the Russians to secure the most advantageous disposition for my country that you still can, and I will give you whatever you want in the deal, and THANK YOU."

That's it. It's not a good play, but it's the only one he had left with people like Nuland and Blinken out of the picture.

Instead, he dragged this out for four long months to say what he should have said on day one. What a piece of trash. He's nearly descended to the level of an American politician. Almost. I guess they taught him well.

There's a bit of a rope-a-dope mechanic playing out, it almost seems like. Flat out ignoring the courts and telling them to piss up a rope would be over too quick. Dragging shit out, playing the game, filing reams upon reams of paperwork, obeying here, stonewalling there... The longer this dance goes on, the more ridiculous "The Courts" start to look. The more emboldened and desperate they get to have their face on the news, the more absurd their "rulings" become even to normies, and the more they will lose in the only battlefield that matters, the meme war.

If Trump's second administration is even moderately successful and remains popular, then I think in the summer of 2027 he should announce that neither Party serves the American people and that he's founding a new populist one, with a named successor to lead it into the elections. Of course he'd have to quietly convert his campaign and funding apparatus into a party central committee beforehand, probably starting this year.

But I think that would give nearly every Republican and a whole buttload of Democrats both the excuse and mechanism they need to peaceably overthrow the American regime.

80 I enjoyed the Michael Walsh article a lot.

Good read, and eventually Trump might have to follow Walsh’s advice and Jackson’s lead, so this country can finally determine whether the SCOTUS has as much power as Marshall thought they had.

I’ve heard it mentioned in various places over the years that the executive branch has just as much power to interpret the constitution as the judiciary because the executive branch is tasked with enforcing the law and must, by its very nature, be allowed to interpret the law for that very purpose.

This debate needs to be had.
The three branches should all get back in their specific lanes because each has gone so far out of their lanes over the years that they’ve all now crashing into each other trying to win the race for power.

This wouldn’t be a problem if the radical left hadn’t taken over so many of our institutions in the past several decades.

Their last redoubt is the courtroom, which seems to have been captured nearly wholly by those who will twist the Constitution to mean whatever they need it to mean to continue the left’s political agenda unimpeded by any executive action.

85 I still say Biden was one of the epicenters of foreign corrupton and influence, with the Clinton's being another.

Remember how they touted Biden's "foreign" bona fide from jump. What was he doing with all this "foreign" activity. We found out eventually, or at least part of it.

When Obama "picked" him it was a signal to our enemies to not be afraid of the new black guy because America was still open for business in all the ways they had been paying for.

So I think that had a lot to do with Biden being installed for 2020 when perhaps Plan A (Kamala) didn't work out. It was also a way to shoehorn Kamala in, hence the weird advance promise from Biden that he was picking a black woman which left her as one of like two possibilities, providing a salve for everyone when it ended up being her for no other apparent reason.

105 So why Biden?

Because the Dems' focus groups and private polling indicated he was the best bet in the remaining candidate field in March 2020.

Son, the Democrats don't take a dump without poll and focus group data. When an election season begins, from then to the election the Democrat-Media Complex focuses its messaging on poll results. Being a front-runner sways the perceptions of too many people. Racetracks count on it. The Media automatically latches onto a front-runner. No one in that pack of clowns wants to be left out of being on the front-runner's bandwagon.

Need good poll results to boost your candidate's media coverage and sway voters? Get you pals in the polling business to run a nation-wide or state-wide poll with leading questions to get the results you want. Robby Mook is kryptonite in the campaign boss industry because he was certain his internal polls were right. Kamala was declared ahead in the polls for a long time to keep the Media Pack onboard the bandwagon. Using cooked 'public' polls.

Posted by: I used to have a different nic at May 21, 2025 08:16 AM

The most Ukraine could hope for, from the very beginning, was to keep Russia from conquering land to the west of the Donbas,

There was never much hope they could ever push the Russians out of Crimea, which they’ve controlled since Catherine the Great. This is evidenced by that fact, which Trump brought up a few weeks ago, that the entire peninsula was annexed back in 2014 without a shot being fired.

The Donbas is majority Russian-speaking, so even if the Ukrainians could have recaptured that land they’d never have a stable peace there.

The best Ukraine will get is what they’ve got now.
Which is why the frontlines have barely moved over the past two years.

It’s a complete stalemate which can only be solved diplomatically at this point, and the lines on the map aren’t going to change much from where the lines are drawn now when that settlement is finally completed.

The problem is that Z won’t accept this reality because he doesn’t want to be the man that lost a third of Ukraine.

228 The longer this dance goes on, the more ridiculous "The Courts" start to look
____

In the recent 7-2 ruling that required the lower court to determine how much notice is needed to meet some undefined due process requirement, SCOTUS said the clock on the 5th circuit appeals court started at the time the appeal was filed, at 12:40am, which was 14hrs before SCOTUS took the case from the lower court and not the 42 mins that the court stated it became aware of the filing and started working on the case. Alito noted this mis-statement of fact in the majority opinion. The 5th circuit court judge Ho, in a nice lawerly way, stated, (paraphrasing) "12 am? Courts are now supposed to be open 24hrs? What are we, a Denny's?"

I'd like Trump's DOJ to abuse this new standard set by SCOTUS relentlessly.

I've thought the same - the only exception to consider is that FDR was counseled to 'keep your allies close and your enemies even closer.' With Russia, he had Stalin.

Just 10 days until Pride Month, so you should know:

In 2013, an activist designed the intersex flag using yellow and purple to contrast with blue and pink, which have traditionally been seen as binary, gendered colors. The unbroken circle represents being whole. The chevron on the pole side also includes black and brown.

Posted by: Jonah at May 21, 2025 08:42 AM

Yeah, I’m afraid you think too little of Putin and too much of the Russian people.

Putin is doing this because:
A. He will never give up the strategic position of the Crimea.
B. He will never give up the Donbas in order to access Crimea from Russia.
C. He will never allow NATO to build bases right up to his front door.

Leave out everything you think you know about Putin and put yourself in his shoes, from a familiar perspective.

What is going on would be akin to if the U.S, had lost the Cold War, broke apart into several nations, and then the USSR decided to not only have Canada and Mexico join the Warsaw pact but also a separated California, Oregon & Washington.

To add insult to injury Hawaii wants to join also, along with Pearl Harbor.

The remnant U.S. says “Screw that!” and takes Hawaii and Pearl Harbor, after warning the Russians for two decades that was a red line not to be crossed.

That’s what’s essentially happened in the eyes of the Russians, and I’m hard-pressed to disagree with their beliefs.

297 >>"He's Gone" is a fine Grateful Dead song. I bet Jack Straw has listened to it a time or two.

The week Jerry died I was on Nantucket with my ex, my BF and his wife. We had rented a Jeep and were driving up the beach listening to WMVY, a great radio station out of Martha's Vineyard.

Announcer gave the breaking news update that Jerry had passed and then played He's Gone as the kickoff to a non-stop 2 days of Dead and JGB music. Went from a very sad week to a bittersweet party.

Even if federal income tax were eliminated (dream on) the Social Security tax is still paid, which, by the way, is a transfer payment that goes straight to those drawing Social Security checks now. If not gone at the end of this month, it will be at the end of next month for sure.

(I don’t mind federal income tax; I resent having to do homework to figure out the rate. Congress should be hamstrung to charge no more and no less than 10% income tax, and the tax code should be about one or two sentences long.)

361 While nearly everybody gets to loan money to the federal government and get it back at "tax time", it is important to remember that half of all taxpayers don't pay income taxes in the end.

362 Congress should be hamstrung to charge no more and no less than 10% income tax, and the tax code should be about one or two sentences long.)

363 Good morning, all. Thanks, J.J.

So why Biden? I can think of 2 reasons why.
#1. Back in 2007, I had known many high echelon feds and others with influence from the NE Amtrak corridor. Many were intrigued by, but not comfortable with, Obama in a position of U.S. leadership. After all, he was known primarily as an organizer from Chicago & had only 3 years in the U.S. Senate prior to running for President. Despite my own longtime opinion of JB & family, so many times during conversations with the NE corridor crowd & before the 2008 presidential election, I heard Obama was 'different' (fresh, I guess) & with the old White guy with so many years of experience in Congress by his side, he'd probably be just fine for 4 years.

Joe had the unions in his pocket. And remember the stories of Biden being hesitant when he, himself, wanted to be President? But it was ultimately spun by sis, Valerie Biden Owens, into, "We have the chance to elect the first African American as president, and you have to even think about it?'" (said their mother Catherine Finnegan Biden.) Of course, she did. 🙄

Lastly, Beau was present when Biden Inc. signed the deal for VP with Plouffe & Axelrod.

364 Now Obama owed Biden & even Biden's people outside of his immediate family (i.e., Ted Kauffman, etc. with him for many decades & also the "DE Way" corporation offices sitting in Wilmington) weren't going to let Biden Inc. go by the wayside.

#2. Ballotpedia, Federal Courts.
In part, "During his one term in office, President Joe Biden (D) nominated 252 individuals to federal judgeships on Article III courts. Biden made 241 judicial appointments.[1] Of those appointments, 235 were Article III judges.[2]

On February 28, 2022, President Joe Biden (D) nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to the United States Supreme Court to replace Justice Stephen Breyer..."

The ^ majority took place during his 1st two years in office.
---
Then look at his administration's staffing - NOT just the handful - including his wife and Harris - getting attention in articles such as, "Meet the Biden ‘politburo’ accused of running the country in secret,' The Times, by Katy Balls, May 20, 2025. Or Jake Tapper's Philly theatrics distracting from much bigger concerns.

Where's Mike Donilon, Jennifer O'Malley Dillon, Gene Spurling, Topher Spiro, Annie Tomasini, Juan Gonzalez, Kurt Campbell who left 2024?

365 How about Remi Yamamoto, Kate Bedingfield and so many others who left during 2023? Bruce Reed, Steve Ricchetti who stayed to the very end? Then there's John Podesta who isn't even listed as among Key Staff on some listings.

Those people just didn't saunter in & sit down, nor did they leave for jollier working conditions without taking personal & other information. They have extensive political history & knowledge of multiple administrations both from inside & outside of the government.

Once the former long-term loyalist have baled, and/or the administration ended, how to prove what they actually know, when they knew it & what they did? 🤷‍♀️
