How could they possibly know this to that degree of certainty? Even if you think he did kill himself (I don't), you have to admit there are a lot of weird circumstances and unanswered questions surrounding his death.
I mean, if they were gonna kill him and stage a suicide, how would they have done it any differently? Cameras were turned off or mysteriously didn't work. The multiple safeguards and protocols in place to prevent inmates from killing themselves also miraculously weren't followed, etc.

2) The night Epstein killed himself it was just a coincidence that the guards were not paying attention and the cameras failed
3) Epstein then hung himself in a way almost impossible for an individual to do without anyone telling him how to do it or helping him

I get saying that there is no evidence that someone else killed Epstein. That I believe. It is certainly possible that Epstein, realizing his scam was over, opted to kill himself. Saw Kraven the Hunter last night. While it’s not the total train wreck the critics claim, it was still ungood.
The most surprising thing about the movie was how it ever got made. How did Sony think this movie had any chance of making money? It’s a relentlessly bleak, depressing mess where everyone is miserable. There’s literally not one single second of comedy, humor, or any reprieve from the misery.
There are no likeable characters to root for. Kraven is some kind of mash-up of Tarzan and Spider-man (Spizan?) who is supposed to be some kind of hero, but he’s basically a psychotic who brutally murders people because … he has daddy issues? The lesbian black girl is in the movie because reasons. Who is the “Foreigner” and why is he in the movie? The only somewhat interesting character is the Hulk … err, the Rhino. And he’s the bad guy.

Making a statement like this serves no purpose. It's a coin flip choice. There are plenty of issues that make the ruling of suicide suspect (more so than in most suicides). Short of new evidence actually showing Epstein doing so is just conjecture and speculation (from a perspective of suicide and murder).

At my son's baseball game yesterday, the dad next to me, who I don't know much but is a nice guy and avid sports dad, starts grumbling at something on his phone.
He's a doctor (but more of a research guy than MD I think), and he tells me a colleague of his lost some grants through Harvard because of Trump. I think he wanted me to sympathize and probably assumed, since we are both Jewish, that I'm liberal.
I wanted to tell him that maybe Harvard should stop practicing racism and get its anti-Semites in line, but I didn't want to turn a kids game into a political debate.
Maybe it's because I am in Massachusetts and people assume they are on safe ground grumbling about Trump. In Texas, on the sidelines, do people curse Biden under their breath and assume others agree, or do they keep their mouths shut and not let politics intrude?
It seems to me conservatives can keep their politics separate from other activities but liberals don't know or don't care where their politics begin and end.
What does the group here say?

On a less stupid story, I've only seen brief clips of the Mexican tall ship incident. Appears the ship has lost power and is drifting backwards - so of course it never passed under the bridge or thought it could, its masts are far higher than the bridge roadway. Is this what happened?
Don't know the situation on the East River, assume there are tidal flows at least at the peak hours, so the ship being carried north into the bridge seems possible. There is a tug visible in the imagery, close by. Also wondering what role it had, if any.

I've said for a few years that the next Republican president, after getting undercovers and informants to safety should dump the entire FBI database into the Web. I know I am going to get set on fire here, but I think it’s odd to take people who just 2 days ago we thought were amazing and trusted, but now are “bought” because they are saying something not in alignment with personal theories. This is their opinion based on reviewing the files- Bongino said he would look at it and tell us what he thought. He did. Maybe he is wrong and Epstein was Clintoned. But maybe he is right. It is sometimes BUT NOT ALWAYS an irrational act. With mine, my mind was very clear - the pain of living outweighed anything else. Only the last time was it more or less spontaneous. The previous times I hoarded pills. I researched hanging myself from the handicapped bar in the men's room.
I have no doubt that had I succeeded, my family would be searching for reason out of chaos. Trying to find patterns. Blaming themselves. Looking for answers to unanswerable questions.And so on.
I think the social taboo about suicide informs a lot of the reaction. "No one of sound mind would kill himself, so he must have had help." That isn't true.

Someone mentioned Frankie Five Angels from Godfather II, but in Mean Streets (which came out a year earlier) there was a similar scenario. A restauranter ran off with "protection money". In the end, he apologized to his elderly mother before he blew his brains out in the bathroom. The implication is that he was discovered by his creditor and given two options - with suicide being the nicer one!

The choices were between:
1) The Deep State killed him
2) The govt faked his death, in exchange for his cooperation
These two insisting that he killed himself (which is not one of the choices) tells us that it's #2.
As supporting evidence, I point out that neither offered any detailed explanation as to why they supposedly think he killed himself. That includes Bongino, who has made a VERY good living recently being extremely animated and verbose.
They're telling us this because it's their job to tell us this.
