Yup, been noticing that myself.

Two things cause me to steer clear of businesses offerings (products, services, or stock on the markets):

1) DEI/ESG

2) AI in business processes, specifically the use of LLMs to aid in decision making. (Older "expert systems" which are nothing but predictable decision trees based on state machines are not an issue because... they're predictable and based on facts.)

It was fun revisiting the show, as I haven't seen an actual episode in years. I stand in awe of Jason's performance as George, Julia's Elaine, and Michael's Kramer, and how Jerry let them all shine. They knew even early on, I suspect, that they were creating something special. In the book I read on Saturday Night Live, Julia was quoted as saying that working on SNL was often difficult, but by comparison, "Seinfeld was pure joy."

My local outlet is not showing them in order, though. The engagement episode was on first, and then they jumped to one from a later season, not the next in the same year.

For audio and video playback Plex is my go-to solution. I am currently running a Plex server on my Synology NAS and I can stream music and video to my TV-Home Audio. This setup, using a. NAS for storage and Plex server for playback also allows me to stream my audio library to my cell phone which I can then play back in the car at near CD quality.

It's curious. "It", being the sum total of all the collected data about you out there in other people's databases, surely already knows how old you are. It knows how tall you are. It knows how many times in the last ten years you've used the word "antimacassar", in speech and in text. They don't need an act or a law. They just need a subpoena.

My hunch is that if they're pushing this hard to get data "they" can already easily get, then it's because they actually want data, or something else, they don't already have.

What a shame too. My grandparents lived in Virginia City for a while when I was a teenager. I love Montana. Such a beautiful state. Like all the others, I guess it's slowly being ruined by leftists.

This appears to be the new normal. Congress exists to only to engage and direct money laundering, grift and corruption.

The courts exist to basically define foreign, domestic, social, economic, technical, medical and environmental policies.

its interesting that hundreds of billions of dollars goes to purchasing a Congressional seat, that only about managing plunder, but next to nothing towards electing the gods who rule every aspect of human life.

There would be a cutout for those applications.

People seeking privacy is the major problem.
