I'm reposting this because the Vatican went OT and pope-stomped me.

This is wonderful.

As the "now it can be told" books are coming out, the Biden grifters have a serious problem. They can't follow the Clinton model of post-presidency--Clinton was still a young man, and Hillary looked to have a bright future in politics. A US Senator, Secretary of State, and a real shot at the presidency.
The Bidens? They only have Slow Joe, and he is on his last legs.

Beau Biden was Biden, Inc.'s only hope of a successor, and as you all know, he was famously killed in combat with a Burn Pit in Iraq.

Their business is selling influence and they no longer have any influence. Even among Democrats, they're despised. The Democrats gave them graft money because they were politically useful. Now they're the opposite of that.

Downside: the much-dreaded Hunter Biden Gay Porn Career is now 80% likely.

Tulips are a terrible investment, you have to go big to get any decent return on initial investment, and that means land, it means taxes, equipment, sales and employees, and then you have to find the best way to ship that won't leave it in a semi parked in the sun.
You are also required to engage in breeding, which is specialized, or go for some sort of cloning to keep your varietals straight, and then engage in crossing to create new varietals. If you don't you are just buying stock from another grower, and then you are just competing for the same market everyone else is. Not a bad strategy, but not one that puts you at the top, and if any of your costs go up relative to the competition, then you are sunk quick.
Then there is ag inspections, labor inspections, water and soil district inspections.

Yep. Biden, Obama, and even Clinton judges are showing exactly what sort of 'law' they rule upon.

Statutes are clear with no Orange Man Bad clauses--employee dismissal cases go to the Merit Board unless probationary (no due process for them) and contract claims must go to the Court of Claims as it has been for well over a century now.

District courts have no jurisdiction over these types of cases.

Something similar with the Alien Enemies Act and the deportations--district courts are using the Orange Man Bad doctrine to reject even Scotus and statutory powers trying to keep the illegals here.

However, certain types have NO expectation of continued presence in the US-aka short term visa holders (tourists for example) that overstay their visa, enemies of the US, etc. which is why due process is minimal for them. Basically a notice to get the hell out and if you fail, then a brief send off at the airport.

Yes. The Alien Enemies Act jurisprudence leaves it strictly up to the President and can and has been applied outside of a War unlike what an addled district court judge just held.

In application, due process is minimal as in you get to say to the arresting officer that I am not a foreign gang member from Argentina and the officer says "I do not believe you" so you leave at 7:15 PM tonight on a C5 listed as cargo.

For Operation Wetback by Ike, there was no such thing as individualized deportation hearings either.

Basically, deportation is not looked as an offense necessarily by the court unless the Administration seeks to formally prosecute. You are being sent back to your home country which is not considered a 'punishment' but rather your illegal presence in the US is considered something like 'unjust enrichment'.

The human trafficking operations of NGOs has basically ruined refugee status by coaching all illegals to recite a mantra to try to get an individualized hearing so that they can claim refuge
