Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 5/ 1 /25![]() A federal judge ordered that the suspect behind the firebombing of a Tesla dealership in Kansas City, Missouri, be released from federal custody ahead of his upcoming court date. . . . . . McIntire’s lawyers also argued that he be released, noting his “medical and mental health needs.”McIntire has reportedly “been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder,” Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, and gender dysphoria, according to court records.Even if this cupcake doesn't firebomb other Tesla dealerships before he shows up to court, that is IF he ever shows up for a court date. The message this judge sent is quite clear. As clear as the red flag waved by Jamie Raskin: Union workers are much like activists — they do the bidding of their slave masters. The “master” in this instance is Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.). Journalist and conservative commentator Jack Posobiec was assaulted by a bunch of union cowards on Tuesday after Posobiec asked Raskin two questions during a “Democrat union workers rally,” according to The Post Millennial. “Jamie, why did you lose the popular vote?” Posobiec asked before following up. “Why did you lose every single swing state?” Once Raskin pointed Posobiec out and began non-sensically chanting “USA! USA!” multiple union workers engulfed Posobiec, began swearing at him, and assaulted him, also knocking his camera phone out of his hand.Well, cancer is as cancer does. And F*ck Cancer. Literally. And then there is plain old insurrection. Police in Florida have been ordered to stop enforcing immigration law in that state, a federal judge ruled this week. U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams ruled that an order blocking police from enforcing state immigration law applies to all local authorities. According to Fox News, Williams also told “attorneys for the state during a hearing in Miami on Tuesday that she planned to issue a preliminary injunction against a statute that makes it a misdemeanor for undocumented migrants to enter Florida by eluding immigration officials.”Over to you Governor De Santis. Why have you not directed your state agencies to ignore this judge and why has US AG Pam Bondi not had this hack in black sacked, arrested, defrocked and appropriately charged with dereliction of duty or whatever the crime may be. This is how the civil society breaks down. And the Democrat/Leftists are loudly and proudly embracing it, as their party, causes and worldview are being rejected by more and more Americans. Despite this as we discussed on the latest episode of the podcast, they are choosing to rally around terrorists and illegal alien thugs while putting the most radical/insane people out there as the face and future of their party. Bernie Sanders, an ancient old white communist and the big bombed booby barmaid Titty-Caca Ocasio Cortez. And yet, Little Shitler David Hogg the co-chair of the party is about to be sacked. Either the Dems aren't bust out radical enough or they can't bamboozle America effectively enough to convince us that they're the sane choice. On a different note, for those of you in Ohio and Pennsylvania, where severe storms moved through on Wednesday, causing several deaths and major power outages, we're hoping you and your loved ones were minimally affected and that you're back to normal routines this morning. And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

It’s at this point that I really do begin to wonder if there’s a Juris-list like the Journo-list that became famous during Obama’s first election.
Because it sure does seem like a coordinated effort by federal judges to prevent the enforcement of federal immigration laws, and now state laws as well. Meanwhile, Congress and SCOTUS just sit back and watch. Posted by: SpeakingOf at May 01, 2025 07:17 AM (6ydKt) 11

------- I don't know what DeSantis will do, probably nothing, but in a general sense - people need to stop asking "where is the GOP on XYZ?!" Yes, I know the GOP is infuriating and it makes people indignant. So what? We all knew from bitter experience what would happen. The GOP hates Trump, and us, and will never work for his our agenda - ever. Luckily the GOP is finally dying, and is rapidly being displaced. But as of now, it's still the GOP, and it won't be any less cunty and smug and worthless in its death throes than it was in its vigor. The administration and its surrogates, etc. can only disregard them, and shouldn't waste even one second looking to those criminals for help, or gnashing their teeth when it never materializes. It's annoying. It's like a dad complaining that his junkie son who steals from his wallet didn't mow the lawn - AGAIN!! Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at May 01, 2025 07:25 AM (BI5O2) 22

---------- If you'd like to hear AG Bondi's "status report" on her first 100 days go watch Trump's cabinet meeting video from yesterday. It's basically a staff meeting where each cabinet member/appointee tells the President what their accomplishments were thus far. It's on YouTube. Various sources. Runs about 2 hours. TL;DR version: lots of cheerleading and chest thumping. Some interesting tidbits did come out, specifically RFK Jr's statement about *biden's Health and Human Services department being involved with child trafficking. Rubio's revelation about the State Dept. having dossiers on people they believed were passing 'misinformation.' A current Trump cabinet member is one. As for Bondi, her focus at this meeting was on the DEA. My take. General "we'll get you" comments on the Tesla bombers and a single "we'll win in court" comment on the lawfare. =========== These judges are out of control. It’s so ridiculous that it’s clearly time to start ignoring court orders and state openly you’re doing so. WTH… can’t even fathom the logic behind such an order Posted by: LinusVanPelt at May 01, 2025 07:32 AM (6RwsA) Back during the Biden Administration (IIRC), Arizona decided that they would check citizenship and, when illegals were found, hold illegals for the feds to come pick up. They were sued and the courts ruled that immigration is entirely and uniquely a federal matter and if the feds choose to ignore the law there's nothing the state can do about it. I would assume that it's some derivation of that. It's the same basis on which Texas was being sued over the razor wire at the border. SCOTUS has managed to duck the issue so there are a hodgepodge of ruling depending on what Democrat was miraculously assigned the case this time. This new judge is bad enough, but the one from California, yesterday, who ordered that the Border Patrol couldn’t arrest illegals without a warrant is truly flat out nutzo.
Congress could write a law limiting judges powers to issue restraining orders today, pass it, and Trump could sign it next week. I don’t see any other way around it. And if you go with that option imagine the amount of stupid things the next Democrat administration can do with no way to hold them back. Hey, toots, let me give you some advice. Most Americans aren't racists. But they like people who share their values. It doesn't make any difference what race, color or creed they are. If you're black and you maintain those silly bourgeois values and behaviors you were taught were repressive - stuff like stable marriages, taking responsibility for yourself, going to church, being polite and friendly - those white people are the same who you thought hated you will think well of you. But sit in a pile of your own midden, whine and screech about how nobody loves you and fly your freak, they'll avoid you at all hazards. I am amazed on how fast these anti-Trump illegal invader deportation cases are heard before a "judge". Almost instantaneously. Now you go down to your local courthouse and file a case, any case, and see how long it is before you get a hearing before a judge. Months, maybe years. Shows how corrupt the federal judges really are fast tracking these based on politics.

> As for Bondi, her focus at this meeting was on the DEA. My take. General "we'll get you" comments on the Tesla bombers and a single "we'll win in court" comment on the lawfare.
So, Bondi, who oversees what might be the most corrupt agency in the federal government, and who has to deal with not only internal corruption but constant harassment and interference from the judiciary isn't moving fast enough? --------- My take on the substance of her report to the President. Go look at one of the videos and make your own decision on whether she's moving fast enough. I don't have an opinion on that particular aspect of her job performance right now. It's a an elaborate parody site but ironically it's got more insight than what you'll find in official media. Basically the NSA hoovers up everything on the internet and stores it in Utah. I mean everything. Batman had his own version you'll recall. Put on your tinfoil hat and it connects into FISA. SCOTUS Roberts has outsized influenced at FISA, just sayin' Now imagine you could use modern AI to sift through those oceans of data to connect dots to show that a sitting Senator was on NGO boards and got lots of fees for a no-show position. "The Modern Corruption of Separating Church from State"
The thesis of this article is not supported by the facts it presents. It even quotes Thomas Jefferson coining the phrase "separation between Church and State" as his interpretation of the religious part of the 1st Amendment, but then goes on to say that it's some sort of modern Leftist idea. The Geo Washington quote, he actually says that INDIVIDUALS (including politicians) should be religious and moral - not the STATE. In the 1st SCOTUS quote, it says govt can't interfere with "traditional religious practices" and gives Biblical references as an example, but that does not mean the govt is REQUIRED to SUPPORT Biblical religions. In the 2nd one, SCOTUS gets it right, banning KY schools from implicitly ENDORSING Biblical religions. It also uses the dishonest "public square" terminology, which tries to make it sound like you can't do religious things "in public". Religious endorsements are prohibited on govt property, so as not to imply any religious endorsements by the govt. That's NOT "the public square". The Founders didn't say "biblical religions" were essential - several key Founders were Deists, for cryin' out loud! Posted by: MrExcitement at May 01, 2025 08:00 AM (hOOi9) 98

"The Modern Corruption of Separating Church from State"
This article also has that stupid painting of George Washington kneeling in prayer at Valley Forge. The story behind that is that sometime in the 1800s, a farmer in the Valley Forge area claimed that his gt-grandfather witnessed this. It should tell you something, that this is apparently the only time that Washington was ever seen praying. Except that it was a hoax. The family didn't even live there when George Washington was there. They try to make Washington out to be some sort of Bible-thumper, but the truth is that he was disinterested in organized religion altogether. There are all kinds of writings by Washington, and none of it says anything about his religious beliefs - otherwise they wouldn't be clinging to this ridiculous story of the ONE TIME Washington supposedly prayed. The Constitution literally says "no religious test" for POTUS. The idea that the Founders that wrote it thought that "biblical religions" were essential is a load of BS. Look, I get that a lot of people don't like her. She's insufficiently pro-gun... she made a poor theatrical choice... fine. Say you don't like her and move on but the daily shrieking (not, necessarily, by you) that she hasn't done a bunch of illegal shit because we fantasize that Garland would have done the opposing illegal shit in her place is tiring. People will get emotional about an issue and say "why hasn't Bondi had these people executed in the streets!" Well, because it isn't in her purview. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." - John Adams "Virtue or moralisty is a necessary spring of popular governance" - George Washington "No government can continue good but under the people's control; and … their minds are to be informed by education what is right and wrong; to be encouraged in virtuous habits and deterred from vice." - Thomas Jefferson Posted by: Unknown Drip Under Pressure at May 01, 2025 08:26 AM (a4flb) 145

Europe's Problem With Trump Is That He Tells Them the Truth

Look, I get that a lot of people don't like her. She's insufficiently pro-gun... she made a poor theatrical choice... fine. Say you don't like her and move on but the daily shrieking (not, necessarily, by you) that she hasn't done a bunch of illegal shit because we fantasize that Garland would have done the opposing illegal shit in her place is tiring.
People will get emotional about an issue and say "why hasn't Bondi had these people executed in the streets!" Well, because it isn't in her purview. I try to remain rational on all this shit and will respond accordingly. I don't particularly care for Bondi but I doubt any other Republican could have done much better. I haven't heard someone called a pud since high school. I went to school with a family that had 5 boys, the oldest was a year ahead of me and another was a year behind. The youngest of the 5 was a pretty good kid but he was always trying to tag along with his older brothers and that got annoying at times so they nicknamed him Pud. Even his parents started calling him Pud. I don't even remember his real name, he was just Pud. He probably became an ax murderer. Posted by: JackStraw at May 01, 2025 08:34 AM (viF8m) 170

What was the alternative? Matt Gaetz? Could he have done any more? So, Bondi, who oversees what might be the most corrupt agency in the federal government, and who has to deal with not only internal corruption but constant harassment and interference from the judiciary isn't moving fast enough? Don't forget - literally HALF her department has quit (see the Civil Rights Department article with Harmeet)...and the feds have a hiring freeze. Judging by the reaction of leftists they don't care for her much. Her gutting of the DOJ Civil Rights division seems to have really upset them. Congress still hasn't confirmed many US Attorneys indulging Ed Martin in DC. Her visions seems to include a complete overhaul of the most corrupt agency in DC. Will she pull it off? We're impatient and have every right to be. We've been conned, lied to, betrayed and double-talked for half a century. The country is at the brink of bankruptcy and cultural ruin. Conservatives are mostly patient, reasonable and civil people, but those virtues don't seem to have led to the changes we, and the nation, require. So I understand and sympathize with the sentiments around Bondi (or others who appear to be dancing and weaving rather than taking action) and the urge to err on the side of frustration.

This kind of shit happens daily. It's why I try to give a bit more patience and time to politicos than I do to business folks. I've been on both sides of business reorganizations where a new CEO came in and laid waste to companies with a snap of a finger. No rogue judge or back stabbing senator had a say. If there's one thing we learned from the DOGE fallout with a lot more to come there were a whole lot of people on both sides of the aisle making bank under the old uniparty rule and they are going to fight to the death to keep the graft flowing. They didn't try and bankrupt, imprison and then murder Trump over mean tweets. Posted by: JackStraw at May 01, 2025 08:52 AM (viF8m) 213

The mission team has chosen to defer thrusting while engineers work to understand the pressure decrease. The mission design supports a pause in thrusting until at least mid-June before the spacecraft would see an effect on its trajectory. The electric propulsion system has two identical fuel lines, and the team may decide to switch to the backup fuel line to resume thrusting.

We've been warning here for weeks but, while Trump is right on the law, he is fucking up hard with the courts.
And it's only getting worse. Not immediately firing the attorney that "admitted" the error in the Maryland Man case and filing an amendment withdrawing that statement. F up. Not retroactively revoking that order of withholding--even still. F up. Not aggressively appealing the illegal assertion of jurisdiction and venue by the east coast judges. F up, f up, f up. I'm not going to pretend this is some big-brain multi-dimensional chess. Lawfare was always going to be their strongest fight. And he's still going into their dungeons, playing by their rules--even as they aren't--and giving them wins. Yes, they were always going to get some wins. What's concerning is the loss of momentum, the lack of taking the offensive. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at May 01, 2025 09:12 AM (NwfFc) 259
