Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | On Eve of Trial, NBC Settles $30 Million Defamation Suit With Obstetrician That Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Niccole Wallace Repeatedly and Recklessly Defamed as a "Uterus Collector" Who Butchers Women and Steals the Uteruses of Immigrant WomenNote that this was settled by NBCUniversal. Yes, they're spinning MSNBC off, but they haven't sold it yet.NBC defamation settlement with Georgia doctor finalized in court following MSNBC's 'uterus collector' coverageOf course not. One again, the leftwing media teaches us the right response to media inquiries-- silence and stonewalling. Give them nothing. Everyone, take notice, NBC "News" is telling you what to do when "journalists" email you: Tell them to f*** off with all deliberate speed. Why would they have to prove actual malice? "NBC investigated the whistleblower letter's accusations; that investigation did not corroborate the accusations and even undermined some; NBC republished the letter's accusations anyway," Judge Wood wrote last year in a 108-page summary. ... Judge Wood previously ruled that multiple statements were proven false, noting "undisputed evidence has established" that "there were no mass hysterectomies or high numbers of hysterectomies at the facility," "Dr. Amin performed only two hysterectomies on female detainees from the ICDC," and the doctor is not a "uterus collector."By the way, only Fox and conservative outlets are covering this. The Protection Racket Media that claims to be Servants of the Truth who report the facts without fear or favor are, get this, suppressing the story. What do you call an industry that covers up for known bad actors in that industry? You'd call that industry "corrupt" and in need of congressional investigation, wouldn't you? Below, Megyn Kelly discusses this latest proof of the media's utter corruption, derangement, and viciousness. She plays audio of Maddow claiming, WITHOUT EVIDENCE, that this doctor with a good record is a Mengele-esque "uterus collector" stealing the sex organs of immigrant women at 1:04.

Reading the grisly details and seeing how Gosnell truly didn't see what he was doing wrong, and the national abortion people saying "well, this would all be legal and fine if he just injected the babies hearts with poison BEFORE delivering them instead of snipping their necks after they were delivered" kind of changed my thinking. There's more to this story. The (false) allegations shouted by partisan retards like Maddow were taken from a "whistleblower" report from a nurse working with Dr. Amin.
The report makes shockingly allegations about Amin, including that he was gutting "every patient he saw," taking out the wrong ovaries and organs, and flat-out calls him a Mengele. The "organ collector" quote is from the report. All Maddow and the others were doing was duckspeaking the report (apparently without any investigation into whether it was true or not). So ... who is this nurse?? She was Ground Zero for the whole entire thing. It's clear she was just lying about the doctor, almost certainly for political reasons. Or does she even exist at all?? And some men have an appetite for violent revenge movies. Posted by: Carlos Garcia at April 11, 2025 12:30 PM (2qXmI) 94

I mean, there are lots of people sort of in charge, but I highly doubt there's a wizard of Oz behind the curtains. But that makes as much sense as anything. Like I can both believe that I doubt W had anything to do with 9/11, but that it's very likely that there were American citizens who had some involvement in either the act or the ensuing, ahem, cover-up. Could have been as simple as "we don't want to rock the boat with the Saudis", or could have been "we needed a pretext to keep the military industrial complex going after the fall of the Berlin Wall." Or, maybe none of that happened and 9/11 was what it seemed to be. But I don't believe there's someone planning all of this out in advance. Posted by: PabloD at April 11, 2025 01:00 PM (qJtN/) They will actually put a mark on you where they're supposed to do surgery. They did this to both my wife and daughter in their respective situations in the prep room awaiting surgery. Posted by: Sponge - F*ck Cancer at April 11, 2025 01:01 PM (Zz0t1) Then the surgery nurse assistant wipes it away with an alcohol swab, to sterilize the area. And promptly forgets if it was on the left or right arm, leg, side of torso, whatever. Posted by: Gref at April 11, 2025 01:09 PM (aBgBM) 236
Like I can both believe that I doubt W had anything to do with 9/11, but that it's very likely that there were American citizens who had some involvement in either the act or the ensuing, ahem, cover-up.
Could have been as simple as "we don't want to rock the boat with the Saudis", or could have been "we needed a pretext to keep the military industrial complex going after the fall of the Berlin Wall." *** Probably both. We know Saudi intelligence within the U.S. was paying for some of the hijackers. Probably not to attack us, but it would have been inconvenient for the truth to come out. Also, “Able Danger”, where DIA basically figured out there was an attack coming and got told to eff off by the CIA. GWB is still a traitor for covering it up. I don’t think he knew an attack was coming, but he moved to protect the intelligence agencies and our Saudi “friends” instead of being forthright with the public. Gabriel Sherman did this to our family when writing his book on Roger Ailes. My father had previously hired Roger Ailes. He ended up smearing my father.

Real estate agents are pretty useless. Their only value is access to MLS. And now post court ruling you no longer need to pay 4-6% for that access. A couple of thousand will do it.
Then hire an attorney for $2k to do the paper work. $4k instead of 4-6% of a $500k home sale. Posted by: Its Go Time Donald at April 11, 2025 01:07 PM (xHYkz) _____ Depends on the jurisdiction, the housing/rental market, etc. In big cities it's often hard to sell or buy -- or even rent -- a place without a realtor. It's a cartel and the cartel favors the cartel. Posted by: Elric Blade at April 11, 2025 01:10 PM (iFTx/) Posted by: Its Go Time Donald at April 11, 2025 01:10 PM (xHYkz) 241
Thinking back to the 1950-1990 era, was there as much defamation by the media?

202 Seems some are celebrating DOJ's response to Boasberg as some kind of butt-kicking, which just confirms how completely off the rails the judiciary is WRT their constitutional role and legitimate powers. Basically the response says no, we're not ready to do what you say, and insist on briefing you on the situation before we respond. And, BTW, the subject of the case is a foreign national in the custody of a foreign sovereign state.

About half a century or so ago it was common in some American cultures for women in their 40’s to have a hysterectomy mainly as a form of birth control [popular with Catholics to avoid angering the Pope] for either fibroids or dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The docs who seemed to perform the majority of these were well known in their respective communities, some with a bit less than high approval from other OB/GYN, who usually weren’t catholic, for some reason.

For those not quick to see my point, I would be interested to know the religious status of the hysterectomized illegals. I assume all the patients wanted a hysterectomy. Who knows, maybe they came in and got caught so they could get one for free. Now say 3 Hail Mary’s.

Interesting how the Left will call a doctor who does his job "Dr. Mengele," but when a doctor who tortures beagles for fun and creates a devastating respiratory virus in a Chinese lab, then lies about its origins as he promotes himself as Savior, the same media light candles and genuflect in his honor.
