Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 3/ 20 /25![]() Greenpeace Loses Dakota Access Pipeline Trial, Faces Bankruptcy and Extinction Energy Transfer named three Greenpeace entities — Greenpeace USA, Greenpeace International (based in the Netherlands), and Greenpeace Fund — as the organizers and funders of this sabotage. And on Wednesday, a North Dakota jury found that the infamous non-profit must pay the price for its actions. The nine-person and two-alternate jury deliberated for two and a half days before arriving at its unanimous verdict. . . For its part, Greenpeace has attempted to frame the lawsuit as a First Amendment issue with a dash of racism thrown into the mix. . . There will doubtlessly be an appeal — Greenpeace's Senior Legal Adviser, Deepa Padmanabha, said, “We know that this fight is not over.” But at any rate, this is a great day for Americans and people everywhere who are sick to death of environmentalists, BLM, and other disruptive, violent, and destructive Marxist mobs upending their lives under the guise of the right to protest. You might recall, also "Former Greenpeace Founder Patrick Moore Says Climate Change Based on False Narratives." And now, a dose of realty in that Evil never rests. And I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, or Molotov Cocktail to toss. Well, sadly, as we all know all is not sunshine and lollipops, so long as Leftists and the Democrat Party still exist, as you instinctively by now are aware and as most of the links will confirm. I assume the High Court in Hawaii, with it's Super-chief justices of Buch M. Danno, Mac A. Damia, Tai Nee Bubbles and Zulu As Kono will invoke the 11th Commandment of Marbury Maliki MAGA and declare this verdict null and void. While the 9 jurors who voted to convict are busy putting the flames out on the backs of their children. Well, there's this not unrelated item: Along with all the others in the Domestic Affairs section. A federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama ruled Tuesday evening to block the Trump administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from terminating $20 billion in grants doled out through a Biden-era program. Federal D.C. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled that the EPA could not currently revoke money that the agency parked in accounts at Citibank in the final days of the Biden administration. The judge wrote that the Trump EPA “gave no legal justification for the termination” of the agreements with the recipients while the administration “vaguely” outlined its initial concerns with the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). While Chutkan did temporarily block EPA from moving forward with its push to claw back the funds, she noted in her filing that the ruling does not permanently prevent the EPA from recovering the money. . . In a statement responding to Chutkan’s ruling, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said he will do all he can to regain control over the funds in question despite Tuesday’s developments.Ah yes, Tanya (Russian name!!!!!!) Shitcan, the judge who was persecuting Trump in that trumped up insurrection case, nyet?! Absolutely disgusting how the Left wraps itself in the Constitution while simultaneously ripping it to shreds and tossing it into a fire. If only the Left would do like their hapless asshole foot soldier at that Tesla dealership and set themselves on fire with their own Molotov Cocktail. That, or as Ace would so poetically say "go fuck themselves in the heart with a steak knife." Satan sez "I like my Filet of Donald Manes well done." Along with corrupt courts, all the Democrat Left have is thuggery and violence. Meh once you have the former you have a green light for the latter. When you believe you are the defenders of democracy, then you're a red nether hair's breadth away from the Einsatzgruppen. And this is their mindset. Make no mistake. Have a great day. I came to the conclusion I’d much rather live next door to a Logger or a Miner than an “environmentalist”. Bunch of hypocrites, trustafarians, whack jobs, the usual suspects. Watermelons. I wonder if Democrats are hoping to force a confrontation between the judiciary and President Trump, setting the state for impeachment, when Democrats retake the House and Senate?* *I don't believe Democrats will retake the House and Senate in the off year election. CBS News: Trump to sign order to begin dismantling Education Department on Thursday. Hours after Linda McMahon was confirmed by the Senate, she issued a memo with the subject line "Our Department's Final Mission."
Another very sad day in the history of the US. The end of the public school system. Trump ACTUALLY SAID: "AND I LOVE THE UN-EDUCATED, I REALLY DO, I LOVE THE UNEDUCATED" A true FUCK YOU moment at the winning of the election. And the crowd of illiterate, trailer park trash, cheered and smiled. Democracy demands an educated, informed populace. Trump, Putin, the GOP know this. Education must be destroyed. Dismantling the DOE by executive order is illegal and requires congress to pass a law to approve it but Trump is going ahead anyway setting up another court battle. It will take more than a decade to rebuild all that they've ruined. What takes time to build can be brought down extremely fast. I was surprised at all the folk in here still convinced that Oswald killed JFK. It's right in the video - JFK's head jerks back, and his brains scattered all over the trunk. So the kill shot came from the FRONT (not where the Book Depository is).
The video also shows JFK slumped over - from being shot in the BACK. Two shots, from two completely different directions. Not something a lone gunman can do. Doesn't everybody know by NOW that the government lies to us? Oswald had no gunpowder residue (until somebody said "wrong answer" and insisted they do it again, wink, wink, when they still "found" very little) and witnesses said he was downstairs at the time. "Yes, Trump Should Ignore Rogue Judges"
As I read the Constitution the Executive Branch doesn't have a check and balance on the Judicial Branch. The Founders must not have envisioned a need. The checks and balances in the Constitution - voting, impeachment, non-passage of bills by Congress, veto, and veto override - don't apply in a direct manner to the Executive vs Judicial Branches. And here we are, with as many possible propaganda 'Constitutional Crises' of Trump ignoring orders from Federal Courts as the Left can manufacture with the aid of Leftist judges. Except that deserts tend to have lots of sand and dust. Dust coats the solar cells and limits their productivity. Sand destroys them. Posted by: I used to have a different nic at March 20, 2025 08:14 AM (ExV1e) 77

I never expected we would find a smoking gun document in the Kennedy files that would name a person or persons who either aided Oswald or participated but that doesn't mean the documents show nothing. They do.
They show clearly that Kennedy had a deep mistrust of the CIA and they didn't like him either. Of particular interest to those of us who believe the CIA is an out of control agency that has largely been running our foreign policy for years are things like the memo Kennedy aide Arthur Schlesinger wrote to Kennedy calling the CIA a "state within a state". There are also indications that Oswald was on the CIA's radar for years before the assassination. The CIA has been out of control almost since its founding and has largely managed to fly below the radar. That's what they do. But that doesn't mean they aren't corrupt right up to and including the idiotic Russia hoax and the war in Ukraine. Posted by: JackStraw at March 20, 2025 08:16 AM (LkLld) 87

Solar electricity is very expensive compared to electricity generated by natural gas or coal. Unsubsidized solar electricity costs about $150 per megawatt hour. Using natural gas, one can generate electricity for as little as $20 per megawatt hour -- over seven times less.

“Democracy” is never mentioned one time in the Declaration of Independence, nor the Constitution nor the Bill of Rights. The founders went to great lengths to preclude it, that was rather the point.
They didn’t trust Kings, Queens, Dictators, Religious Theocracy, they understood the human condition very, very well. That’s why it is ironic in my mind whenever they try to attack the founders or constitution as “archaic” or “outdated”. Technology advances, that’s true - but human nature does not. The exact same problems they had 250 years ago, nay 2500 years ago - we still have today. Democrats for their part never believed in Democracy, it is merely a tool or mechanism to gain power, and then discarded. As one wag put it: “Democracy is like riding the bus. Once you get to your destination, you get off.” Posted by: Common Tater at March 20, 2025 08:31 AM (d42j3) 149

I saw somewhere that the Haitians flown in on Biden's watch as asylum refugees, are being shipped back.
True? What about the hundreds maybe thousands of plane loads that slipped into secondary airports all over the country, direct flights from countries other than Haiti, and direct from secret fields in TX and AZ to "settle" those that the cartels brought across the border. Will those "asylum refugees" be found and shipped back? I'm getting sick of hearing about how we are deporting the killers, the child traffickers, the rapists, the TDA goons. We have over 50 million fucking illegals here that will never ever assimilate and pecking away at the edges shipping a few hundred a week is just a sideshow. >>Democrats for their part never believed in Democracy, it is merely a tool or mechanism to gain power, and then discarded.
It's a tell because the "democracy" cry has always been used when the US was instigating a color revolution in another country. It's a term of art meant to deceive, because (as we all well know) their definition has nothing to do with the concept of democracy we learned as kids. As said above, the particular use of "our" democracy is both revealing and disgusting. Posted by: Lizzy at March 20, 2025 08:36 AM (Cki93) 166

I stopped recycling when Canada turned me into a second class jogger for refusing jabs. Tearing up Amazon and other cardboard boxes, bagging them in garbage bags and putting them in the bin is catharctic.
No, no, no....the proper way is to save your amazon boxes until you have a nice, neat stack about 4 feet high. Then comb your neighborhood for a few dumped tires here an there, check where the illegal invaders live and you'll find plenty. Make a mini barn fire in the back yard with the boxes and tires, maybe add some tiki torch oil and set ablaze in honor of Mother Earth and Algore. Crack a beer and enjoy. Your welcome! HOLY SH#T (from jj's link):
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) occupied a nine-story office tower on D.C.’s K Street for only 60 employees, many of whom actually worked from home, prior to the pandemic. Its managers had luxury suites with full bathrooms; one manager would often be “in the shower” when she was needed, while another used her bathroom as a cigarette lounge. FMCS recorded its director as being on a years-long business trip to D.C. so he could have all of his meals and living expenses covered by taxpayers, simply for showing up to the office. FMCS is a 230-employee agency that exists to serve as a voluntary mediator between unions and businesses. As an “independent agency,” its director nominally reports to the president, but the agency is so small that in effect, there is no oversight at all — and it showed, becoming a real-life caricature of all the excesses that the Department of Government Efficiency has alleged take place in government. . . . These people need to be named and shamed, they need to be the poster children for DOGE cuts. This makes me ill. Posted by: Lizzy at March 20, 2025 08:45 AM (Cki93) 193

Well the Canadian doctors tried to cauterize the foreskin for circumcision and well destroyed the infant's penis. His twin brother got lucky. Dr. John Money of Johns-Hopkins somehow gets involved, uses his credentials to convince the parents the child can be raised as a girl. Except the child kept wanting to play with toys meant for boys. And so on. But Money kept telling the world how it was all a success. After learning what really happened when older the child tried to detransition. Even managed to find a girlfriend but then she left him. He killed himself. His twin brother had also killed himself. It seems the Doctor was forcing the children to act out the sexual roles he thought they should have during their sessions. Sick bastard. Posted by: Anna Puma at March 20, 2025 08:46 AM (KgD/S) 197

Shit is collapsing and being exposed all over the world now that DOGE has uncovered Democrats illegal funding network using NGO’s. Clearly that and auspices like ACTBLUE were money laundering operations that used illegal contributions and laundered taxpayer funds to finance a global network of anti American and anti democratic causes. There was a raid earlier this week in India of all places that uncovered a vast Soros funded network of orgs working to undermine their government. There was another in Eastern Europe. Planned Parenthood is “restructuring” mostly because the laundered government lifeline you were paying for has been exposed. The list goes on and even includes the illegal immigrant network program run by Catholic Church associated organizations in violation of federal law. Heck, you were even paying for lawyers to defend illegal immigrants from being deported.
No small wonder why liberals are getting violent and trying to undermine our government. The music stopped playing and they don’t have a chair. Posted by: Vengeance at March 20, 2025 09:05 AM (7TdnZ) 270

Yeah, I remember Andrew Sullivan (I know) ~ 5 years ago writing very long piece ever so delicately challenging the trans stuff because his identity as a gay man was based on men being different from women. Their claims that men and women are indistinguishable - and yet also somehow fluid - erases his very specific attraction to MEN. At the time I expected there to be a strong reaction to it, that they would demonize him for betraying the LGBTQ movement with this LGBTQ insider's very effective dismantling of the trans movement's conflicting claims or . . . something. But there was nothing. It was effectively ignored, the movement just get right on rolling. Oh yeh...
Happy Spring everybody!! It's currently 30 degrees and raining on my hill in Indiana. My daffodils are blooming and getting slapped around by the wind. Not as bad as yesterday with the wind absolutely howling out there. And today is the "due date" for my grandson. Hopefully he will take the hint and get moving. Tim Walz has a lot of masculinity.
He's like the guy already at one of the urinals when you walk in to drain the tank, standing there more or less patiently, trying not to be noticed, with nothing happening, while you step in next to him and take of business... ...and is still there after you've finished. As you head over to wash your hands, you glance up to the mirror, taking note, and think: "Poor bastard, bad prostate..." Then you notice his body movements and you realize he's actually trying to fish his minimal masculinity out of the grime encrusted folds of his excessively masculine dad bod. "..." All from the Inflation Reduction Act’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which was signed into law on August 16, 2022, doesn't have a single, blanket expiration date, but many of its provisions, including tax credits and funding for the IRS, are set to expire or phase out at different times, some as late as 2032. (AI, accurate) Congress simply created another open money pit among the many already in existence. And it goes well beyond the EPA. For example, Utility Dive, 'Pennsylvania Gov. Shapiro sues Trump administration, citing frozen IRA funding.' The state's agencies have limited access to over $3.1 billion in funding for activities including distributed solar deployment, well plugging and weatherization, according to the lawsuit. Published Feb. 13, 2025 Defendants named are the U.S. Department of Interior, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U. S. Department of Energy, U. S. Department of Transportation, and the Office of Management and Budget, as well as the head of each department or agency. And it's also not 'just' 20B but there's another 7 billion on top of that! The award if about $490 million more than the award Beryl Howell gave to the mother/daughter team that oversaw the corrupt Fulton County Election in 2020. Apparently these nobodies had their reputations tarnished, so they were each awarded $75 million for their actions on election night.
