Democrat Fundraising Organization "ActBlue" Is Coordinating Violent Protests Against Elon Musk and Tesla

Gentlemen -- start your lawsuits.

It's time to bankrupt this corrupt grifter organization -- which deliberately allows foreign donors to illegally donate to Democrats, and which allows the fraud of "smurfing," whereby foreign donors, or donors who have already maxed out their donations, donate under an assumed name -- once and for all.

Open their books. Open their books. Open their books.

Here's one flier being passed around by Democrats, but not necessarily ActBlue.

And the DOJ needs to start investigating criminally.

There is a massive campaign to destroy Tesla through terrorism, going after both Tesla showrooms and Tesla drivers. There are mutterings about assassinating Elon Musk, a media campaign to ostracize and demonize him, and normal people want it to stop, as they should.

They aim their ire at Musk because he is an easier target than thousands of activists. If only Musk were compliant we can get back to "normal," even if normal is a pattern of corruption that is bankrupting the country. Bankruptcy is in the future; the low-level civil war is right here and now.

I look at this coordinated campaign and react with outrage at the people doing it and funding it. Many ordinary people look at it and see that convincing the protesters to act like adults instead of throwing tantrums and expect the authorities to stamp out illegal and disruptive activity. The former are like parents who keep giving children candy and an iPad to shut up their brats in exchange for temporary peace and quite, and those of us who want to impose order as adults who are socializing the children to participate in society.

ActBlue is a criminal organization, engaged in wide-scale money laundering from foreigners, including foreign governments, and of course in all likelihood USAID through the NGOs they fund. We already know that BLM was funded by USAID, and we have only scratched the surface.

makenazisdeadagain.jpg

In addition, Democrats are vandalizing Tesla dealerships and even Tesla's just parked on the street.

On Friday, it was reported that ActBlue is in "turmoil" with top executives resigning.

Are they fleeing the criminal enterprise as they realize it's gone too far and there will be consequences?

Charlie Kirk
@charliekirk11

The NYT reports that ActBlue is in "turmoil."

Mysteriously, seven top executives have all left in the past three weeks, several of whom had all been there more than a decade. None of them will explain on the record why they left.

The last remaining lawyer at ActBlue's general counsel's office has been locked out of his email and put on leave after sending internal messages that "we have Whistleblower Policies for a reason."

Two unions representing ActBlue employees are openly questioning the group's stability and call the situation "alarming." They're demanding the hiring of an independent investigator.

More than $16 billion has passed through ActBlue in the past 20 years. What could they possibly be hiding?

From the NYT:

he departures from ActBlue, which helps raise money for Democrats running for office at all levels of government, come as the group is under investigation by congressional Republicans. They have advanced legislation that some Democrats warn could be used to debilitate what is the party's leading fund-raising operation.

The exodus has set off deep concerns about ActBlue's future. Last week, two unions representing the group's workers sent a blistering letter to ActBlue's board of directors that listed the seven officials who had left. The letter described an 'alarming pattern' of departures that was 'eroding our confidence in the stability of the organization.'

What prompted so many longtime ActBlue officials to leave is not clear -- none of the former officials agreed to be interviewed on the record.

Lawyers and executives resigning en masse.

That won't be enough to protect them from prosecution.

29 It's easy to try and associate USAID with every nonsense program out there in the ether. HOWEVER, I strongly suspect that ActBlue was one of the major beneficiaries of USAID money. I think it went something like this:

Agency grant money is sent in bulk to a Foundation Depot. The purpose of the depot is to then distribute the grant in pieces to designated non-profits. The grant is now private as opposed to public money. These non-profits take their cut and pass it down the line to the next non-profit. The amounts distributed are worked out in advance. Towards the end of the process a significant amount is turned over to Act Blue. Act Blue, then breaks down the amount in small donations to politicians that are not reportable to the FEC. Act Blue sends these donation using unaware donators who don't have a history of donating, and never even fight out that money has been distributed in their name.

Muslim politicians and their left-wing enablers have seized control of Paterson, raised Palestinian flags on government buildings, and are openly boasting about transforming the city into an Islamic stronghold!

"Paterson is the capital of Palestine in the United States of America." — Mayor Andre Sayegh
"Paterson is the fourth holiest city in the world: Jerusalem, Mecca, Medina, and then Paterson, New Jersey." — Mayor Andre Sayegh
Because of our unity, we have three (now four) Muslim councilmembers sitting on the council at the same time. And because of our unity, one of our brothers, who was the councilman of the Sixth Ward, is now representing us in the 35th legislative district." — Councilman Shahin Khalique
At their government-backed Ramadan event, officials bragged about Islamizing New Jersey, boasting that over 60 municipalities have followed Paterson’s lead by erecting massive Islamic crescent moons—an unmistakable show of dominance.

89 I'm sure Elon and his teams of network forensics types know all about that, and how to track the actual sources through the obfuscation.

When you own or have control of the network backbone that carries all that traffic bouncing back and forth, you can figure a lot of that out.

There is no way around it.

Well, the NSA can probably get around our consumer level VPN's, if only because they've hacked the back end of those companies.

But all Twitter will see if the public IP address I use to login and post.

Which, again, I can change with one click to anywhere in the world (more or less. North Korea is not an option, unfortunately).

And if I were going to do a public DDoS against Twitter / X, I would not be using Express VPN. I'd set up my own series of VPN's to completely hide my origin. Which is pretty easy to do. Certainly easier than coming up with a big enough web of DDoS bots to take down Twitter.

How? A VPN is me connecting to a server in, wherever, Zurich.

My traffic is end-to-end encrypted between me and that server. Theoretically, no one can see that traffic.

Then, that server randomizes all traffic coming through it, to hide the origin.

Then that server sends my (now randomized, but end-to-end encrypted) packets out, in this case to Twitter.com.

As far as Twitter can tell, that information came from a server in Zurich.

That's a very basic, consumer level version of a VPN.

Sophisticated hackers would be jumping through many servers in many countries, likely using a bot army of Smart Devices (webcams, for example), library computers, and other hacked devices to better hide the origin.

It's designed to be impossible to unravel.

If you, one person, or a few people do this, yes. But for something like a massive DDoS attack, there is a sanctified shit ton of network traffic involved.

So, a bunch of IP addresses in Ukraine start sending tons of encrypted VPN packets to various VPNs and similar. That shows up as traffic coming from Ukraine.

That's not how DDoS attacks usually work.

Early DDoS attacks were done with university computers, since colleges had lots of computers and people didn't really understand DDoS attacks. As long as you could gain access to the network, you can turn the computers in the library in to "bots". All these bots typically do is try to access the webpage. But if you have 1,000 machines all trying to go to twitter.com at the same time, and reloading like a horde member waiting for a new thread, it can overwhelm the web server hosting the webpage.

It's not that sophisticated of an attack, and twitter will have all kinds of filters to block that from happening.

To get around that, you need a LOT of machines. Internet of Things (people having a fridge on their wifi) has allowed for hackers to use IoT machines instead of computers (less security), dispersing the origin of the original DDoS even more.

And there isn't THAT much traffic going on here. It's not like streaming video, it's literally just a computer constantly refreshing a webpage.

DDoS attacks that have any affect on large websites like X.com are usually botnets. Botnets can be sort of regional (with major caveats). They might be attacking from certain cheap IoT devices that are more prevalent in a general area. Eastern Europe and SE Asia can often be hosts of this sort of thing because of their pirated software culture or their cheap connected devices.

OTOH, had he done this to an abortion clinic, he would have been held without bail after the first time.

162 How do you think the feds look into hacking attacks if a simple $9.99/month VPN can foil everything?
Posted by: JackStraw at March 10, 2025 05:17 PM (LkLld)

I'm not aware of any FBI or other cops ever solving a case by being able to backtrack through a VPN. They usually try to forensically analyze the hack itself, but even that is very difficult since you can buy someone else's software on the dark web pretty easily.

That's why the vast majority of hackers are never caught.

That's also why I don't believe the story about the DNC being hacked by Russia or whatever. They said the same thing there "the origin of the IP address was Russia."

Now, I do believe that the NSA has a backdoor to the major US VPN companies, despite those companies swearing up and down that they keep no logs and it is impossible for them to comply with a court order showing the traffic since they don't track the traffic, its all encrypted, and they don't keep logs.

If they have a suspect, they can subpoena your ISP records, which would show you were using a VPN, but not the contents of what you were doing.

And again, that's just for, you know, Express VPN and the like. Serious nerds built their own VPN's

The (NSA?) unraveled TOR (the onion router) at one point. They did this by creating their own servers and measuring traffic -- packet size and timing and then correlating that with different sources and destinations. It is complicated and difficult, but they claim to have done it back when they were going after Silk Road.

It is difficult because TOR involves many servers all passing packets around until they are dizzy. But that is also resource intensive and slow. VPNs do not do this.

I think your average VPN is probably very easy to crack if you have the resources. Musk has a lot of resources, but he does not officially have direct access to all the traffic into and out of the country the was the NSA does.

The big brains think that Powell will cut the Fed rate a couple of times this year to avoid a stalling of the economy, but that will be tightening short term bonds and pulling those rates up higher.

The really smart brains are calling for the official resetting of the "price" of gold to be allowed to float, and revalued (which they claim should have been done at the end of WWI). It is going to be inflationary, but the demand for dollars against the Euro which is going to be fully inflationary through printing and the ECB's proposed CBDC will probably soften the inflation a lot.

Effectively all Party funding is just laundering, theft and bribery.

These efforts, if successful, put the Party in real peril. More than the political tide turning, or closing the border, or shutting down the Ukraine grift, or exposing their connections to Epstein, or any of the other irons in the fire, combined.

If Trump can shut down their funny money financial schemes, they are in actual deep shit, for real. You can't get a Hawaiian judge to order bureaucrats and foreign potentates to launder bribes and steal from taxpayers for them. This is a real consequence.

I'm not surprised that their largest private fundraising arm is attempting to kill the guy who's cutting off the massive spigot of public funds they've been pilfering.

238 I'm still going to give Bondi a break. She is arguably taking on the single most corrupt federal agency we have.

--------

Just a point of order: no agency is more corrupt than the next. The entire US government is a criminal enterprise, and all of it is of a piece... It's an organism, where every corrupt cell is part of the whole corrupt monstrosity.

But DoJ and Federal LE are that organism 's immune system. If they can be brought to heel the organism will definitely just die. The entire world hates it and wants it dead, and those motherfuckers keep it at bay.

Therefore, Bondi and Patel will not be able to reform them. They'll go weapons-free before they let that happen.

Back in the day, most people here hated Unions. Sure, because they didn't vote Republican. But what, exactly, should be the "rules" when groups want to collectively pool money for political outcomes ?

Chamber of Commerce did this for decades. And I can show you exactly, at the local level, how small business would collude via CoC to price fix labor. They did it via "labor surveys". Which was nothing more than the business owners soft negotiating a wage cap.

So what do we do ? If anything - with this ?

I'm sure they do use VPN's. But that doesn't solve the problem of a secure communication platform.

If you need 50 people to be able to communicate with each other, you'd need some kind of tech platform. Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp, whatever. Those are a vulnerability with NSA / whoever backdoors.

That's where the weakness is.

Thus, the low-tech solutions of using couriers, and the only "high tech" communications being beepers.

Every organization had spy groups to carry out their own intel gathering (naval intelligence, Army's OSS, etc.) Often they had different goals and different threat assessments.

It was very inefficient.

The CIA was supposed to be the central depository for all of that info, and they were supposed to bundle it up neatly and fairly and present it to the President.

At least that's what Truman publicly stated about starting the CIA. No clandestine ops or anything else. Just there to be a clearinghouse of intel across the govt. An efficiency move.

Arrests are nice but they do absolutely nothing to stop the process. The left just inserts another drone and the circus goes on. Tear apart the circus is the way. Arrests are a secondary issue if the goal is to get the country back.

Our "buddy" Marc Elias, is in on the ActBlue schemes according to an investigation done by Peter Bernegger (who is worth following on X):

"We got the 20 State Attorney Generals opening criminal investigations last year into Smurfing, especially targeting ActBlue. A US House investigation opened and a US Senate investigation opened all last year.

ActBlue is a criminal enterprise, but just the tip of the iceberg as the saying goes. Attorney Marc Elias and Perkins Coie @PerkinsCoieLLP are part of this criminal enterprise of Smurfing. We have the goods on them.

I really don't think they were. But they thought they were.

And all that is the disconnect. We live in a disconnect. The notion that anybody wants to see two boys laying in bed, and the notion that everything will be OK if you just keep your hands on 10 and 2.

We're stuck in the middle of two dying ideologies. And those that are fixated on them.
