Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 3/ 7 /25![]() The Biden [alleged] presidency might have been the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the American people. A shocking investigation by the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project has revealed that virtually every document bearing Joe Biden's signature during his presidency was signed by an autopen — except for one. What makes this revelation particularly damning is that the only document confirmed to have Biden's actual signature was his letter announcing his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race. Let that sink in for a moment. Remember when House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) revealed his discussion with Biden when Biden couldn't recall signing the executive order halting LNG exports? Now we know why — he probably didn't. The real question is: Who did? Who was running the country while Biden was not all there? The use of the presidential autopen dates back to the 1950s, and there's been much debate about its legality. In 2013, Barack Obama became the first president to sign a bill into law using an autopen. He was vacationing in Hawaii at the time. His office relied on a 30-page memo from President George W. Bush's legal team asserting that the president's presence was not required as long as said president had authorized the signature. What's not clear, in the case of Biden, is who was running the autopen and whether Biden was aware it was happening. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is demanding that the Department of Justice investigate whether Biden's obvious cognitive decline allowed unelected bureaucrats to essentially run the government without presidential oversight. If this is true — and let's be honest, all signs point to yes — every executive order, every pardon, and every official action taken under Biden's name could be constitutionally void.Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants was non-compos mentis well before the 2020 campaign began, and as time went on his dementia was more and more evident. He served as VP only in the role of being the old white man supposedly representing the fictitious reasonable/respectable/rah-rah-rah pro-American Democrat party as opposed to the purple-lipped dog-eating Muslim son-of-a-Stalinist Obama whom Biden's presence as Veep was supposed to counterbalance and help allay whatever hesitancy the American people had about Mr. Clean and articulate black man who only spoke Jive when he had to. Dementia or not, Biden's role between 2020 and 2025 was only as a puppet for Obama's third term of fundamentally transforming America into a socialist hellhole. For which Biden was able to grift and graft who know how many multi millions. On top of the millions he made selling access to every office he ever held for over 50 years. PSaki-Psircling back, Will Pam Bondi and Trump actually be able to declare everything Biden enacted as null and void? And what would be the blowback. It'll be interesting considering the Democrats have been whipsawing between distancing themselves from Biden after Chlamydia Harris' disastrous failure as well as the dementia revelations and how either no one knew about it or everyone knew about it but covered it up. And speaking of Pam Bondi, now all of a sudden the Epstein files are going to be redacted with gallons of Sharpie Marker black ink because of national security concerns? Look, I'm no Intel honcho, but something here stinks to high heaven. How does revealing which Democrat, Republican or celebrity was engaging in pederasty risk our national security? And on a completely different note, perhaps, at least for me, the sine qua non of Leftist bestiality and degeneracy is the eruption of the worst abject Jew hatred since the Muslim invasion and pogrom of 10/7 from Gaza. I mean, really? No sooner had Israel lowered the bodies of the two murdered Bibas children into their graves, than radical leftists began accusing Jews of “white supremacy” for mourning them. The Empire State Building and a number of other national landmarks had changed their colors to orange to honor the two redheaded children, 9-month-old Kfir and 4-year-old Ariel, and people of conscience, Jewish and non-Jewish, had adopted orange to memorialize them. “This is just white nationalism,” accused ‘Séamus’ Malekafzali, the son of an Iranian Marxist, who is published at The Nation. . . . . . Socialists, national or democratic, who tear down the posters of murdered children, desecrate their memorials and denounce Jews for mourning their own children have labeled any opposition to the murder of Jews as “white supremacy”.Only killing Jews isn’t white supremacy. Their new definition of “white supremacy” is opposing another Holocaust. The ultimate Jewish crime in Israel is not any of the catalog of lies, smears, conspiracy theories, historical revisionism and ceaseless moral inversion that form the case for ‘Palestine’, a fictional entity consisting of a genocidal population of colonists, it’s the Jewish refusal to be murdered. It’s not about red hair, but about red blood. Have a great weekend. And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. Biden's competence now won't matter - no one will be able to prove his actual mental competence at the time of his EOs and proclamations unless a medical test was done then. Free trade versus mercantilism
NY Post: Treasury's Scott Bessent defends Trump tariffs for putting America first https://tinyurl.com/48ad4vmj I broke with orthodox free trade doctrine long ago and became a mercantilist. America first, baby! Pure free trade says I should be a Nietzchean monad and always buy cheap for my own benefit, fuck my American neighbor. But when my American neighbor doesn't have a job, I wind up paying in all sorts of ways. We've implemented policies over the years that have hollowed out our industrial base with adverse consequences for huge swathes of Americans. It's like upstate versus downstate New York writ large. Inflation adjusted wages for our working class have been flat for over 50 years, while everyone else has gained. C-suite executives especially. Things you don't learn in microeconomics. The poster child for this is GE's Jack Welch, who led the charge to outsource. Hey Jack, you want to save a dime on making a light bulb, build your own navy. [Jack's success at GE was actually about "leveraging light bulbs"-- more on that later] Posted by: Ignoramus at March 07, 2025 07:42 AM (Gqoy+) Posted by: scottst at March 07, 2025 07:43 AM (qcvs8) 32

Dozens of pages of ranting and raving. You can practically see the spittle flung as he shouted his dictation. On and on, all full of grand pronouncements about how the President isn't a king, how the Executive isn't above the Legislative, how they are co-equal. Unless a judge-king decides otherwise, that is. This judge-king has decided that, when the Legislative passes a law, the Executive is required to follow that law, and the Judicial can force the Executive to follow that law. Co-equal, see? They are so blinded by their rage at Trump, they have no realization how insane and dangerous they have become. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at March 07, 2025 07:52 AM (Fsn05) 57

It has to be the stroke. Personality changes are not unknown following stroke. This is certainly not the man so many of us routed for. Makes me sad that we lost him. This is why Democrats can't have nice things. So many posers. We need to primary him out with a replacement Democrat. But as long as he is a registered Democrat we need the number count. Either Connor Lamb or Malcolm Kenyatta could replace him. anytime there is an abrupt 180 in politicians it makes me wonder how they got to them. Anyone supporting trump is either a sociopath, being blackmailed, bribed, or all of the above. He usually votes with Dems, and then when Putin pulls the strings things change. It is imperative that Trump tell them to go to hell, immediately. Let us recall that his first administration was derailed, in large part, by precisely this tactic of the Left. The judiciary went rogue decades ago, and has frustrated all attempts to rescue the country from the neo-Marxist mob. There is no basis in law for what these "judges" are doing. They must be stopped, and pay a price for their treason. They fear no consequences. Posted by: AWOL Civilization at March 07, 2025 07:59 AM (ZQ3a+) 75

Regarding Epstein, the only thing I can think of if it implicates someone very high up, like a head of state, which might cause some security concerns. Hard to say. I don't trust anyone. But that said, you no for damn certain that Trump isn't on that list because it would have been released years ago.

If The Supreme Court Is Going To Ignore The Constitution, Trump Should Ignore The Supreme Court
It is long past time for a Constitutional Crisis. Have Trump give an address to the nation. Lay out what's going on and how judges have usurped power. Tell the American people that he will ignore these rulings which he believes to be unconstitutional and explain that the proper avenue to deal with the issue is impeachment if the Congress feels so strongly that judges should run the country. Murray is largely correct about Ukraine. I don’t agree with his entire analysis, but that said many things he’s stated are truths. I also firmly believe the unwillingness to at least consider a contrarian view is both foolish and dangerous. Especially aspects regarding Russia starting the war, their continued thirst for conquest, ethnic cleansing campaigns and their continued offensive military efforts against our country.

Those leaders are Khaled Meshaal ($4 billion), Mousa Abu Marzouk ($3 billion), the late Ismail Haniyeh ($4 billion), and the late Yahya Sinwar ($3 billion)? This is the real coup happening. If any one of these judge-kings disagrees with the actions of Trump, they issue an order upon the chief Executive, who was duly elected by 77 million voters. 1 judge-king > the People. Do they really think we are going to go meekly back into that cage they had us in? After stealing 2020, after all the illegality now exposed, after learning billions and billions of our own money are spent against us, after they nearly assassinated our President, and all the other endless evils, with more being reveled every day, that they visit upon us? Defying the court, any court (which both Obama and Biden did), seems to be a bridge too far for Trump, to this point anyway. I'm not what the legal strategy is, as he doesn't discuss it much. I assume he is hoping to bundle some of these cases for the Supreme Court and find vindication there. Whitney Webb takes a deep dive into Epstein and his connections with Israeli intelligence...
One thing I’d like to clarify is that my books do not make the claim that “Epstein was Mossad,” the book instead argues that Epstein was an important part of a network – though arguably middle management – for a group composed of transgenerational organized crime interests (most of whom are the remnant of the Jewish mob component of the National Crime Syndicate and who promote ethno-fascist policies including via their ethnically focused philanthropy, among other activities) and major factions within both American and Israeli intelligence. They are not synonymous with either intelligence agency but arguably dominate the leadership of those intelligence agencies. https://tinyurl.com/ycmfjetz Posted by: Mister Ghost at March 07, 2025 08:13 AM (TGPs7) 105

The absolute inability of Democrats to consider a contrarian point of view is not just their hallmark, but one of the main elements of their destruction. It would be wise for people to consider that fact. Some of the attacks on people who represent the contra-MAGA view on Ukraine remind me of that.
Republicans came to power largely because we rightly consider and litigated all points of view until we came to veritable truths. It would be a substantial mistake not to go through that intellectual process and simply shout down those we disagree with. That is the essence of every insidious thing we have fought against. More from author/researcher Whitney Webb...
Evidence for Epstein’s ties to Israeli intelligence links him with Israeli military intelligence as opposed to Mossad, which are different parts of the Israeli intelligence apparatus (For example, it would be like confusing the DIA with the CIA). However, as noted above, Epstein was ultimately working for a network that greatly influences and exerts significant control over both the US and Israel (among other places) and that network is more loyal to itself than any one nation and also involves multiple intelligence agencies. While many people do casually use Mossad as a catch-all term for Israeli intelligence, I don’t agree with that and not making the accurate distinction creates an opening for dishonest actors to discredit the work that I and others have done on this topic when not framed properly. To identify the outlines of why the left is in an utter panic, and why things are going to get even more dangerous:
Trump: 1) has dismantled their embezzlement network. Billions and billions of taxpayer money that directly and indirectly funds every facet of their organization. 2) is rooting out their embeds, spies, agents and operatives throughout the intelligence agencies. Entire networks built to spy on Republicans, conservatives and Americans. 3) has started the assault on their final bastion of power, their fortress of last resort against the People: the courts. They can rebuild #1 and #2, as long as they have #3 to choke out and restrain the People. To overturn their laws and their votes. So yeah, if you thought the stakes were high before .... Posted by: Quarter Twenty at March 07, 2025 07:49 AM (dg+HA) Nothing. Some court would have to rule that, in the face of questions about whether Biden actually knew these people were being pardoned in his name, none of them are valid and that won't happen.
Posted by: Marcus T The ethnic cleansing in the region was being done by Ukraine. Ukranian troops were shelling cities in the Donbass for years before Russia intervened. Hopefully when it comes back to the SC with the lower courts finding that X specific 'contracts" exist and have to be paid , Roberts and Barrett will have come to their senses. >>Well, in fairness, the alternative would be granting the Executive a Line Item Veto. Perhaps, but in this specific case, congress allocated a bucket of money to an executive agency, it did not appropriate funds for the particular organization suing the government, the executive agency disbursed the money as a grant, there is no contract, there are no goods or services being rendered or exchanged, grants are not and have never been viewed as contracts, and traditionally any disputes such as this would have been argued in a different venue, one that deals with claims of non-payment, and the government traditionally has sovreign ammunity form contract disputes with non-governmental entities such as this, what SCOTUS has decided is that the Government no longer enjoys sovereign immunity in contract disputes, grants are now contracts, grant money cannot be rescinded once a grant is approved and the Unitary Executive does not run the executive branch, instead it's run by district court edicts. The Russia collusion hoax was largely intended to stop Trump from putting an end to the building conflict in Ukraine. When Trump did start to look into what was going on in Ukraine after he beat the Russia garbage he was immediately attacked by the CIA in the form of Eric Ciaramella and his stooge Vindman. One of Zelensky's current advisor is Serhiy Leshchenko, the corrupt scumbag who helped push the fictional Black Ledger that took out Manafort and helped build the Russia collusion hysteria that also served to convince many people that Russia was our mortal enemy, a very dangerous position to put both countries in. It's beyond proven that we ran a color revolution in Ukraine in 2014 and took out an administration friendly to Russia and replaced it with a western puppet government. Putin responded by taking Crimea and Obama did nothing. It's been know for decades that bringing Ukraine into NATO would cross Putin's redline. Biden suggested it anyway. Putin is not a great guy. Murray probably have not realized that many people in the US don't need "propaganda" to know what happened in 2014 (or 2022). People who saw it, followed, and got information in real time. And who have pretty good insight into both sides. And who have not been polluted to the point of no return by "inside the beltway" brainwash. They don't need someone from 2025 to "Ukraine-splain". I think Murray will have a moment of clarity, he is a very clever man, especially post war when some things will be declassified, and when results of the investigations that are taking place now, will be released.

We’re gonna be here a long time if ethic cleansing becomes the subject. That goes way back in Russia’s history including the original genocide Russia performed in Ukraine. Irrespective of that the issue becomes about conquest. There’s only one country in that region who has demonstrably been bent on conquest, and they’ve been encouraged because nobody has stopped them. The NYT reports that ActBlue is in “turmoil.” Mysteriously, seven top executives have all left in the past three weeks, several of whom had all been there more than a decade. None of them will explain on the record why they left. The last remaining lawyer at ActBlue’s general counsel’s office has been locked out of his email and put on leave after sending internal messages that “we have Whistleblower Policies for a reason.” Two unions representing ActBlue employees are openly questioning the group’s stability and call the situation “alarming.” They’re demanding the hiring of an independent investigator. More than $16 billion has passed through ActBlue in the past 20 years. Many advisers on Ukraine-Russia, currently embedded around various military and intelligence structure, many books on the subject most likely have had one source, descendants (biological or ideological) of the hordes of Ukrainians who fought for the Wehrmacht that were saved by the allies (read : C I A). Position documents, the intel, strategy. And that went on for 40-50 years. Actually 80 years. Since it never went away. Plus the opportunists who saw a goldmine in prolonging the conflicts based on perceived enemies. What was the point of destroying Serbia, inviting hordes of Muslims to take over EUrope you might ask. What is the point of militarizing Ukraine a skip, and a jump from Russia you might ask.

Look at how we have been living for years culminating with the intel community effectively taking over social media until Musk stepped in and bought Twitter. I don't think it's a coincidence that we are seeing the breakdown of the media and the Democrat Party in the US at the same time. They have been basically one and the same for years. There’s only one country in that region who has demonstrably been bent on conquest, and they’ve been encouraged because nobody has stopped them.
How many times has Russia conquered territory since 2000? What were the circumstances surrounding those incidents? Both times Russia took territory it was in a country where NATO was looking to expand and where Russia had said that was a no-go. NATO was the aggressor. It may not have been armed aggression but it was aggression nonetheless. Both times Russia took territory in a country they took the ethic Russian areas and stopped when an agreement excluding NATO was reached. Russia offered to join NATO and was rebuffed by the defenders of peace in a "defensive" alliance which has expanded to more territory than any other political entity over the past 25 years. @charliekirk11 The NYT reports that ActBlue is in “turmoil.” Mysteriously, seven top executives have all left in the past three weeks, several of whom had all been there more than a decade. None of them will explain on the record why they left. The last remaining lawyer at ActBlue’s general counsel’s office has been locked out of his email and put on leave after sending internal messages that “we have Whistleblower Policies for a reason.” ... One can only assume that there is a grand jury investigating Act Blue for smurfing. Smurfing is a money-laundering technique that involves breaking down large sums of money into smaller, less conspicuous transactions to avoid detection by authorities. Smurfs often spread these small transactions over many different accounts, to keep them under regulatory reporting limits and avoid detection. Smurfing is also known as structuring or structuring transactions. Posted by: SMOD at March 07, 2025 09:15 AM (RHGPo) 341

That's basically what all the judges are saying, "fuck the taxpayer--they don't get to decide how to spend their money. Not even to prevent fraud. And they sure as shit don't get to elect a President to do that for them." Notice very well that all consideration is given in the orders to the Plaintiff. Georgia’s Senate passed a bill that would allow President Donald Trump and more than a dozen people to seek compensation for legal bills stemming from an attempt to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state. The bill passed unanimously by state legislators Thursday would enable compensation from counties for attorneys’ fees and other legal costs in criminal cases in which a prosecutor has been disqualified.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit five years ago, property values have fallen downtown, and that’s shifted a greater portion of Chicago’s tax burden away from the heart of the Loop and onto homeowners and business owners elsewhere in the city, a Chicago Sun-Times analysis has found.
The property taxes paid by the once-bustling but now-struggling Water Tower Place, for instance, have plunged from $16 million annually to $6.8 million last year. With Water Tower Place paying less, that means other homeowners and businesses have needed to make up the shortfall to cover the taxes that pay for police, firefighters, schools and other services. It’s an absolute disgrace: the Climate United Fund, a shady nonprofit slapped together in November 2022, somehow wangled a jaw-dropping $7 billion grant from the Biden administration’s climate slush fund in April 2024—the largest nonprofit grant in U.S. history. This money, ripped from taxpayers’ pockets, was supposed to fuel clean energy projects under the $27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) of the Inflation Reduction Act. Instead, it’s become a glaring symbol of political cronyism, grift, and utter mismanagement, leaving Americans furious and demanding answers.
This so-called “popup nonprofit shell” started with a paltry $547,000 in revenue in 2022. By 2023, it had burned through $451,000 in just two months, with a whopping $323,000 of that mysteriously unaccounted for in its tax returns. Where did it go? No one knows—because the fund’s filings are a black hole of transparency, offering no details on officer pay or project plans, which any legitimate nonprofit would be required to disclose. Yet, Kamala Harris and EPA Chief Michael Regan handed over $7 billion for vague solar projects in Idaho, Arkansas, and Oregon—totaling a measly $50 million, a drop in the bucket. There's also a Supporting Documents section and, for the specific search, it contained no documentation.
