This is a no-brainer to me. These aren't "judges" in the sense of Article III judges that are appointed for life. They are Administrative Law Judges or "ALJs." They are basically glorified federal executive employees under the supervision and control of the President. Of course they can be fired if they're not doing the job the President wants.

This is pre-Marbury v Madison behavior from the executive.
Gotta love it. Posted by: TheJamesMadison, watching B-movies with Roger Corman at February 21, 2025 01:06 PM (GBKbO) I am sure Whig will be along to put us some knowledge more eloquently and completely than I could (I believe he did yesterday, too). But there are numerous administrative law judges in functions other than just immigration. You need an adjudication on some sort of process mismanagement that some fat, layabout federal screw up on your SS, VA, etc. claim? It is first heard by an administrative law type before you can get to the point of a proper Article III court. It is purely or at least primarily an exercise of executive decision-making. Most small ball claims never get to the point of Article III, except where there are large sums of money involved such as NGOs paying for immigration cases, or more normally where there are valuable commercial interests involved. Jake Sullivan caused the Ukraine war. I am also thrilled with Vance's tweet, for the simple reason that I was saying the same thing, vis a vis Ukraine's chances against Russia for three years. Since it started. That there were at 0 or less chance for Ukraine to stop Russia. That any talk of Uke vicories is blatant GLOBALIST propaganda And for 3 years I heard on these pages quotes from us aid inspired pages that any moment now ukraine will beat russia, about great advances of the UKE army, while even the most stupid , naiive people could have looked a a frigging map and devise that Russia has been take over chunk, by chunk, by chunk various regions of the concept that is Ukraine.

Posted by: J. Random Moron at February 21, 2025 01:39 PM (a3Q+t) When I was in nuclear power school we had a 22/23 yo ensign math instructor. Redhead. Super-cute. She did this thing to demonstrate some concept where she bounced up-and-down while spinning across the from of the room. Mesmerizing. She also led a Saturday morning lap running class where she would wear the tightest little shorts. It was wildly successful. Read VP Vance's (Ole Blue Eyes) x about the you craine.
I almost had to lie down on my fainting couch because he ran over that guy, backed up, ran over him again, and then put him through a wood chipper. Good. I can't wait to see the NRO crease-pinchers like Andy McCarthy, Brit Hume, and Bill Barr bleed from their ears in apoplexy over it.

Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at February 21, 2025 01:48 PM (g5EaP) I know he was smart and all that, but the sight of him made me quickly look away as freak out! GROSS Hil and Bill must be making their way to Canada about now. Disguised as truck drivers from fly over country. I am sure the old cabbage/pee smell gives her away at the border from 50 yards before the semi rig gets there. Then they'll fly to somewhere they can't be extradited. You KNOW they all have bug out plans. I mean, if the Bush family has 100k acres in Paraguay they all have plans. I hope Michael Moore is also on the Epstein list, just for laughs. I hate him, too. I appear to hate a lot of people. I will no longer watch movies with a huge list of stars that I hope get caught up in the net. Like that scrawny Nic Kidman. I would rather die vs watch her "act." Nic's father in Australia was supposedly a pedo farmer. So I read when he croaked. I just don't like to look at her. I lead a sheltered life to to some sort of hate ism of Hollywood. JFK, RFK, MLK, Epstien and the owner of the bag of cocaine found at the White House can wait. Sorry if I’ve mislabeled Ferguson, the point is he took on one of the MSMs favorite forms of analysis/critique where they bring on a historian such as Ferguson, Beschloss, Brinkley, Kearns-Goodwin, and that person likens the current thing to something that some other president has dealt with blah blah blah.
I am all for looking back in history to learn from past successes and failures, but a lot of the time this analysis is silly. Ferguson’s tweet was a silly comparison , and felt a lot like he was saying “Bush handled it better.” I'm just saying that we need to be a bit less eager to cast our allies out into the eternal darkness for one disagreement. Unless they disagree with me, of course. Screw those people. Posted by: Archimedes at February 21, 2025 01:36 PM (xCA6C) Is Ferguson really an ally? I read his 'Pity of War' about WWI and between some essay length interesting essays it diverts into some wish fulfillment nonsense that everything would have been fine if England had not joined the war. It is some very bad alt history, and impossible to imagine the UK doing givein their 400 year goal of not letting one nation dominate Europe. Seemed like wishcasting to the max.
