And body axis, component axis, air axis transformations which can get funky, Euler angle funky. Never just believe what the computer is telling you because it's not real. I try to hammer this into young engineers.

Why did the aircraft do that?
Maybe "it" didn't, there is no aircraft, just a computer programmed by the dummies you see around you.

They make small aircraft on the end of sticks that also help. You'll see them in training classes. zoomie zoom.

Most of the ground where I live has been covered in ice for the last week or so. And it has been so bitterly cold it hurts just walking out to your car.

In the summer you just don't go out at the hottest part of the afternoon and you are fine, in the winter whole days and sometimes weeks are lost just waiting for the weather to get to a point where you can leave your house.

In my local mountains, there are a pair of Eagles that I have tracked Shadow & Jackie. The last two years have been kinda tough as Jackie laid eggs that never hatched and last year 3 without an eaglet. I'm trying to remember something about the vantage point of a star system in the galactic halo, well out of the main disk.

The question was the visibility of the Milky Way as a whole. Could you see that spiral pinwheel in the night sky on such a planet, and what would would it look like.

It may be too dim to really see if you're far enough out.
