Whether it's Single Malt or Bourbon there is one thing to know about whiskey. The dominant tasting note for both these spirits comes from the oak barrels they are aged in. If at first glance, our toothpicks taste a lot like wood don't be surprised - that's the oak barrel leading the charge.
- 2 oz. rum
- 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
- Lemon-lime soda
- Orange Juice
- A splash of deep state tears
Pour in rum and Schnapps.
Fill with equal amounts of soda and orange juice.
Stir and serve (garnish optional).

Unfortunately, there are limits and guardrails that even Trump won't cross.
That's why he's moving as quickly as he is, he knows a lot of what he's attempting is going to end up in the courts, so he needs that process to happen as quickly as possible.

I'm no lawyer, but I read that the Hawaiian judge issued this ruling under an ex parte order, which is supposed to be for urgent, time-critical matters. Also, the Dem client groups were there to make their case but the Executive Branch was not allowed representation in that proceeding.
Wonder what could possibly be so urgent that they can't allow the literal Secretary of the Treasury to have read access to the Treasury DB? That's totally normal, right?

How is the number of abortions actually monitored? When someone takes abortion pills, do they have to account for a dead fetus?
I'm wondering if the supposed rise in abortions was just a rise in women obtaining abortion pills. Remember how they said they were stocking up in preparation for losing their abortion rights? If the distribution of pills increased due to panicky abortion supporters but the pills haven't been used yet, has that stockpiling of pills been counted as abortions even if those pills are still in the medicine cabinet? Maybe I should check for a corresponding dip in the live birth rate.

Not even co-equal. The judiciary was mostly created by Congress, not by the Constitution. Its jurisdiction is defined by Congress. Congress can strip the ability of courts to hear cases.
The only court created in the Constitution is SCOTUS, whose actual definition is left up to an act of Congress. SCOTUS’ original jurisdiction is quite limited.
Congress controls SCOTUS’ appellate jurisdiction and can strip it of its ability to hear cases.

The *rate* of abortion has been in steep decline for decades. It peaked in the late 70s. It’s possible it has seen a slight uptick, but I doubt it’s a serious change in trends.
The number of abortions per-100k births in the late 70s was in the high 20s. Today it’s 11-14. More than 50% decline. More babies than ever are being saved from abortion.

Moot point as I'll never be in a place to do so...

At most a simply statement that Judge 'X' decree is unconstitutional and the Executive Branch will not comply, and the Circuit Court may choose to take the matter, or not, or SCROTUS, is up to them. The Executive will at best disregard the unconstitutional ruling.*

We are far too close to an Imperial Presidency already. It may seem fun when our side is on top, but we’ll regret abandoning constitutional order. The proper constitutional (and need I say conservative) position is to allow the higher courts to overrule and discipline the lower courts.
Of course there’s a possibility that won’t happen, and we would be forced to move into a de facto dictatorship. But I’d rather that be a last resort, not a first.

Material (info) is 'classified' because of the potential degree of harm to national security. In what possible way would Letitia James or Alvin Bragg need to access information that was critical to US National Security?
More likely they are 'over-classifying' information to keep it from prying eyes or to avoid embarrassment or to conceal a crime - which potentially is a crime in itself and which the annual training specifically says not to do.

Trump is taking away too much free money and exposing massive corruption, and he may have an actual insurrection on his hands. He is exposing people who have no compunction of running a revolution on allies of the US. He has to have full legitimacy to face it down. Ignoring the courts doesn't support his legitimacy.
Fortunately, he is hitting in so many areas that this judge's actions isn't stopping anything except in one area, and it looks like the stay is based on feelz, and not actual case law. So we have that going for us.

First thing would be to record the location, x,y,and z axis, and state of every atom in the body, and if you recorded that on old floppy disks the stack would reach 2/3 the way across or galaxy. Then you need to rip the atoms apart with temperatures found in the core of our sun, and which would take more energy than is currently being used on the entire planet. It was mind numbing.

I think there was an article a couple of years ago of an experiment getting more power out than put in--for about 100 ms. Of course, this didn't account for the energy to create the deuterium pellets or, as you pointed out, the energy loss of getting electricity from a heat engine. Up until Barack Obama became president leaders of the Neo-NAZIs/KKK members were generally identifiable. You could go read about their histories either from previous case files or the work of investigative journalists.
Somehow since then though they've all become ghosts. They show up for rallies where the FNM snaps up pictures, while they are all masked up, and somehow no one actually ever gets an identifying picture of one...they are like space aliens - our phone cameras and internet keep getting better but the pictures never get less blurry...

Sadly this vision of the future is failed. There just are not enough "young coders" out there that can operate at this level. No way.

Elon is on "no non-duplication" in the SS payment system. The same SS numbers can get multiple payments without being flagged.
Also, the system is sending out wads of entitlements to people who don't have SS numbers or even any taxpayer ID number or anything like that.
Also, the treasury payment system basically pays anything that comes into it. There are not entries or notes to "sign off" on the payment, with what it's supposedly for, etc.

Girldfriend and I liked the cold and dog liked to run. There was an Army Reserve Reservation, that was really a forest, not too far.
We bought some Army Surplus long wool coats. It was a beautiful walk, dog got to run, run run and we had fun. But there was no ice water lapping up on a beach.
