Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Vance: Biden Knew The Names and Locations of Violent Criminal Alien Murderers and Rapists and Chose to Leave Them in Place to Kill and Rape AmericansIt's that stark, and it's completely true. Vice President JD Vance claimed Wednesday that the Biden administration was aware of the names and addresses of violent criminals in the country illegally but took no action. Vance, 40, described it as "one of the craziest things of the last week" to learn the previous administration knew the whereabouts of some of the criminal migrants recently taken into federal custody as part of President Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration. "What is shocking to me is that many of these violent criminals -- we knew their addresses, we knew their names. We just needed to send somebody to go to their house and get them the hell out of the country," the vice president told Fox News host Sean Hannity Wednesday night. Vance fumed that federal officials "haven't done anything until about eight days ago, when Donald Trump became the president of the United States" to apprehend known gang leaders and other violent offenders -- many of whom illegally came into the country under former President Joe Biden's watch. "It really should shock the conscience of the American people," the vice president argued. Vance noted that on the campaign trail, critics of Trump's pledge to deport criminal migrants often noted that one major hurdle would be that "we don't know where they are." "It turns out we actually do know where a lot of them are. We just haven't had immigration enforcement. And that's what's changed," he said. Vance touted Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration, and his flurry of executive actions, as signs that the new administration has accomplished "more in eight days than the entire Biden administration accomplished in four years." "And of course, the things that we're accomplishing are actually good things," he argued.Indeed. In just, what, ten days, Trump/Vance/Homan have rounded up five thousand five hundred dangerous criminal aliens. Noted Chinese Spyf*cker Eric Swallowell is now pretending Oceana has always been in favor of deporting criminal aliens. I mean, as long as Republicans agree to amnesty all the rest of the criminal aliens and give them voting cards. Rep. Eric SwalwellBut you've literally defended not deporting them your entire career. Make no mistake about why they did this: they wanted to pressure Republicans into giving them amnesty for all illegals by refusing to 1, protect the border at all, and 2, deport the known predator criminal aliens. They wanted to trade these things for amnesty -- they weren't willing to protect American citizens from thieves, murderers, rapists, and pedophiles unless they got something in exchange for it. They literally extorted Americans by threatening them with murder by the criminal aliens they had imported just to pressure citizens into welcoming these millions of Undocumented Democrats. And they're still refusing to deport criminal aliens unless they get some sweet amnesty in return: Julie Kelly Matt Finn

I grew up in San Jose, CA. Hearing that radio show yesterday where the mayor (?) -- some state official -- was broadcasting where ICE was active and what vehicles they were driving was galling. The street names were ones I knew as chronic high-crime/gang territory. That some paid "public servant" thought he was doing the city a favor by giving assistance to illegal immigrant criminals is absolutely mind-boggling.

If there is political will, we could find, identify, catch, and deport 90%+ of illegals with very little effort (other than the logistical challenges of transporting so many people).
Hopefully for the first time in my life, there is now the political will. We shall see. But, yes, of course the government knows where the overwhelming majority of illegals are. We live in a surveillance state. The illegals aren't making any attempt to hide. Their kids are enrolled in schools, they get welfare, the whole family goes to the doctor, etc. etc. Posted by: Harry Paratestes at January 30, 2025 05:24 PM (uCjyK) 16

Yes, let's all the rapists, pedos, hidden terror cells, gangs, and drug peddlers stay. A friend of mine's kid married a dreamer, and she turned super pro illegal immigration. The girl is by all accounts a sweet kid, and they are a happy couple. But it doesn't change the fact thar what her parents did was wrong. And that for every illegal or dreamer that are net positives, we can't afford them, and we can't always sift the good from the evil until it's too late. The speech had been proceeding for perhaps
twenty minutes when a messenger hurried on to the platform and a scrap of paper was slipped into the speaker's hand. He unrolled and read it without pausing in his speech. Nothing altered in his voice or manner, or in the content of what he was saying, but suddenly the names were different. Without words said, a wave of understanding rippled through the crowd. Oceania was at war with Eastasia! The next moment there was a tremendous commotion. The banners and posters with which the square was decorated were all wrong! Quite half of them had the wrong faces on them. It was sabotage! The agents of Goldstein had been at work! There was a riotous interlude while posters were ripped from the walls, banners torn to shreds and trampled underfoot. Posted by: George O. at January 30, 2025 05:32 PM (D0HYP) 70

This is more than simply expediting demographic change to alter voting patterns since the electorate, as it awakens, learns to oppose and reject progressive platforms. None of this surprises me. The catch and release, which is not just for fish anymore. The massive herds of aliens from all over the world just walking in. When I read that Arizona ranchers were trying to get anyone's attention at the border problem in 1999, a lot was ignored. To find islamic prayer rugs with the garbage...welp, diversity litter bugs have arrived. To add to those more current from the ME, we have them from chy na and Africa. All were welcomed. All are here. It is very simple, both with this issue and in DEI hiring: the Dims do not care if people die. They don't. I pray every day for the health and safety of President Trump, VP Vance, their families and his cabinet. It is now that we take back our country, and it is not going to be easy due to the mess the Dims had in place. Four long years without anyone in charge is playing out today in real time. Amnesty is always on the table; reform never is. That was always the deal going all the way back to Reagan including Reagan. Reform is the unreachable carrot used to string the country along that led to endless failure theater, and no amount of amnesty was ever going to be enough to reach the point of "this far and no farther". MAGA movement has been the ONLY tangible force to push honest, citizen-first action. The DNC never wanted reform. The GOPe never wanted reform. The Quasi-GOP with new, Trump/MAGA legislators actually do want reform and they're in sufficient numbers - finally - to at least get something. And all it took was allowing millions of foreign nationals to invade, plunder, and steal from enough people in enough protective bubbles to get a transformation. He is right, too. The 14th is part of a packet of amendments that were put through in response to slaves being set free. Perhaps maybe something prevents them from having a voice, but I knew a very smart girl, deaf from birth, in the late 60's, who lip read and sounded sort of Scandinavian vs Southern. She was in school at age 2yrs. There's also this thing called "closed captioning" on tv now. So I have been confused for decades as to why they use them at all. I also know a tiny bit about ASL (a deaf track team taught us the alphabet and cuss words in HS) and it makes no sense when I bother to look at these grimacing people. Indian Reservations are still under US jurisdiction. They are established by federal laws that Congress passed. They aren’t separate countries.
Posted by: sniffybigtoe at January 30, 2025 06:16 PM (t7yOI) 258
I've never understood that phrase. If an illegal alien commits a crime in the US, they can be prosecuted by the legal authority of that jurisdiction. They can't just say, "Sorry, I'm not American, your laws don't apply." It seems to me, that makes them "subject to the jurisdiction." It must be some term of art that I don't understand.

He is right, too. The 14th is part of a packet of amendments that were put through in response to slaves being set free. They were trying to work out how to legally deal with this body of new people in the USA. That's why the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was put in.
