Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Former CNN Thumb Chris Cillizza: I'm Totally Surprised That Trump Was Right About Covid Origins and Anthony Fauci Wrong; It Just Never Occurred to Me That the President of the United States Might Have Access to Secret Information I Didn't HaveActually, Fauci wasn't "wrong" about covid being created in a lab, dullard. He knew it was created at the Wuhan lab because he illegally funded the Wuhan lab to weaponize bat viruses. He lied. Baby steps, baby steps.Throughout Chris Cillizza's long career as a "journalist" and "political commentator," he has shown himself repeatedly to be a dutiful propagandist for the left, never daring to get even close to an independent thought, and instead faithfully reflecting whatever the political and media elites wanted him to think. And that is still largely the case, but these are unusual times, and even Cillizza has demonstrated a shocking level of independence for a leftist journo, even daring to say that Donald Trump, the veritable focus of evil in the modern world, may have been right about something. Et tu, Cillizza? Yes: for the left, it has come even to this. ... Cillizza noted a recent assessment from the CIA -- and they wouldn't lie to us, now, would they? "Here's a CIA spokesperson: 'CIA assesses with low confidence that a research-related origin of the COVID-19 pandemic is more likely than a natural origin based on the available body of reporting.'" Since this so sharply differs from what the CIA and the entire political and media establishment was telling us at the time, it is worth crediting, even though it does come from the CIA. And Cillizza was man enough to recognize its implications for his previous "reporting." Cillizza followed up the CIA assessment with this: "Which, if you're keeping track, is what Donald Trump and lots of prominent conservatives -- most notably Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton -- have been saying for a very long time now. And, candidly, they have taken a lot of s**t for it. Including from me." He even added: "My belief back then was that if this was a debate between Donald Trump and Anthony Fauci on the origins of a pandemic-level virus, I was going to go with the guy who spent his entire career studying this stuff, not the reality TV-star-turned-president." And: "Except, it now appears that the reality TV-star-turned-president was right. And Anthony Fauci was wrong."These are deeply stupid, ignorant, lazy, and most of all narcissistic people. They are the physical embodiment of Dunning-Krueger. They do not know what they do not know. They don't even suspect what they do not know. They are all stupid people who have, for good reason, a deep-seated intellectual insecurity, and they all parrot Democrat Talking Points -- and empty mottos like "I believe in The Science (TM)" -- because other stupid people have told them that repeating these cult creeds make them smart, and they desperately want to be accepted as smart and special. I had assumed that most of them knew, but were lying. Like with Benghazi.
I was wrong, now I agree that they are all incredibly stupid. Early on I would spend an hour or so on Twitter and all the PhD students and such were discussing how it seemed really impossible that it was natural and must have come from a lab. In a few weeks they all went silent though, and it was clear to me that they were given direction to not talk about it. Surely a reporter would see that happening and have sources that would explain it, no? No, not if they are dumb. And lazy. -------------- I still remember early on, Chi Nah claiming it might have come from American soldiers doing training there. It seemed weird to me that our soldiers would be war-gaming or whatever WITH Chi Nah, but then I thought "Hmmm, our military has its own bio-weapons research." So I figgered that was a half-truth from the slanty-eyed commies. They were perhaps saying American military SCIENTISTS brought the woohoo virus with them, and it somehow got out of the lab. I still think that's more likely true, that OUR scientists made the damn thing, and when it leaked, the Chinese were sorta left holding the bag, sorta unfairly. You have to laugh at the present state of things. The NPC portion of the Democrat party (which is most of them) have been extremely quiet of late, because there is no one around to tell them what to do, think or say.
It really is a perfect storm, because if someone does stick their head up to offer opposition, then that's the person who will end up taking a lot of the heat on what corruption is exposed going forward. No one wants that "Scarlet Letter" so they are all sitting around with their heads down, hoping this all blows over. And, Trump is taking full advantage of the situation. I still think that's more likely true, that OUR scientists made the damn thing, and when it leaked, the Chinese were sorta left holding the bag, sorta unfairly.
Posted by: BurtTC ---------- I don't think so. They way I have is sussed is that China was going ahead with this technology and our grifters wanted to profit so they justified working with them in order to keep an eye on them. In truth, they were assisting and advancing their technology. This was an extension of the grifts done in Eastern Europe after the Soviets fell, with the US spending billions to support their labs and researchers to keep the tech from "leaking" or being sold to terrorists. So these grifters saw the potential for lots of grift, and justified it by us working with China (and paying) to know what they were doing and keep their papers and science open. That evolved into us helping them do the thing we didn't want them to do and were only involved in to keep it from going dark. But at the core it was the CCP developing military technology. Remember, (the idiot son) Bush wanted to assist China in military tech thinking they would be partners. Regardless, China covered it up. China spread it. Your Daily Atlantic, glad to know they now care when the Executive Branch oversteps, even if it's to stop the leg branch from stealing OUR money:
‘It’s an Illegal Executive Order. And It’s Stealing.’ BY RUSSELL BERMAN In one sentence, Trump appears to have cut off hundreds of billions of dollars in spending that Congress has already approved, torching Joe Biden’s two most significant legislative accomplishments. The order stunned even some Republicans, many of whom supported the infrastructure law and have taken credit for its investments. And Trump didn’t stop there. Yesterday, the White House ordered a pause on all federal grants and loans—a move that could put on hold an additional tens of billions of dollars already approved by Congress, touching many corners of American life. Democrats and government watchdogs see the directives as an opening salvo in a fight over the separation of powers, launched by a president bent on defying Congress’s will. During WWII, the SoE asked Lloyd's of London's insurance evaluators how best to sabotage industrial processes to pass on to the underground. There were various means to plant evidence and stories across the globe to misinform and mislead Germans about planned invasions even to the point of using Patton as a decoy and using body doubles to make Germans believe key personnel were elsewhere. That's NOT why they do it. Every now and then some leftist from the outer party will think for himself...and get cancelled as a result. They have all seen it happen and have learned the lesson... Trump knows he's never going to call Bolton in, so therefore Bolton doesn't need his clearance, and Trump doesn't need him to keep one. Jonathan Turley threw cold water on my hopes about getting Fauci and the other pardoned poltroons on state criminal charges. Well, not all of them, but Fauci. There's a principle the courts have created than federal officers cannot be prosecuted by a state for actions while carrying out their official duties. Only the federal govt has jurisdiction over that. He cited an example of how far that goes. Two judges, one a CA state judge and the other federal, and both pretty high up, hated each other's guts. It was a feud. They ran into each other somewhere in CA. The state judge attacked the federal judge. The federal judge's bodyguard pulled his gun and shot the CA judge dead. You mean only in the sense that using your homeland as a disease vector would give rise to the argument you just made as cover. China doesn’t care about its people. They knew pretty early on how to beat COVID and what the vulnerable population would look like. But they delayed any mass curing and tried to contain the disease with isolation until they felt the trail would be cold. This tracks to how china handled the virus. They sacrifice their own people as an alibi. Posted by: Marcus T at January 28, 2025 04:12 PM (ERcy3) 391

It was on the Watergate tapes and thus made him guilty of obstruction of justice, not the ordering the breakin. It was underling Dean that did that apparently without authorization from either the campaign (Mitchell disclaimed any knowledge of it) or the WH (Erlichman nor Haldeman knew anything about it apparently). The Plumber's Unit was set up for nat sec investigations of leaks rather than political opposition. Some suspect that the leader of the op (ex CIA) to break into the Watergate designed the op to fail by using shoddy tradecraft. One theory was it was done in part because Dean married an escort that had worked for someone at the DNC and the op was to get those records. Fauci is an Italian surname.
It is believed to be a metonymic occupational name for a sickle maker or someone who used a sickle from Sicilian fauci ‘sickle’. The surname was first found in Genoa, a port on the Gulf of Genoa, capital of the province of Genoa. Posted by: SMOD at January 28, 2025 04:45 PM (RHGPo) 436

What a dolt. It takes a Lefturd to believe the bs that a slow 8th grader knew was bs. Masks? 6 foot distancing? WalMart open but local stores closed? Fauci needs to be drawn and quartered.
