CIA Director Ratcliffe Releases Suppressed CIA Report: Yes, Covid Was Created in the Wuhan Lab

That was the news this weekend after new CIA director John Ratcliffe released an agency assessment that the Biden Administration had declined to make public. "I had the opportunity on my first day to make public an assessment that actually took place in the Biden Administration. So it can't be accused of being political," Mr. Ratcliffe told Fox News. He said the CIA "has assessed that the most likely cause of this pandemic that has wrought so much devastation around the world was because of a lab-related incident in Wuhan. And so we will continue to investigate that moving forward.'' The agency has "low confidence" in its judgment, but that's still a switch from its previous belief that Covid likely had natural causes. The Wuhan Institute of Virology origin was always the Occam's razor explanation given that the virus first appeared in, well, Wuhan.Regime comms like NBC are really pushing the "low confidence" of this finding, instead of the seismic revelation that Biden and the CIA (and NBC) have lied to us for five horrible years.

The agency said that it has "low confidence" in its judgment and that it would continue evaluating new intelligence reporting.
It was all a lie, and the CIA -- supposedly created to inform America about foreign threats -- lied to cover up China's complicity as well as the ultimate guilt of high-ranking US officials like Dr. Anthony Fauchenstein.
For years, scientists, government officials, and journalists called the idea that Covid-19 leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China a "conspiracy theory." The lab leak hypothesis, they claimed, was "xenophobic," "racist," "destructive," "prejudiced," and "thoroughly debunked." When Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton said in January 2020, "We still don't know where the coronavirus originated," the media swooped in to characterize his statements as "fringe." Cotton was "playing a dangerous game," said CNN. He was acting "Just like the Soviet propagandists who tried to convince the world that the CIA invented AIDS," tweeted Atlantic staff writer Anne Applebaum. But now the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has concluded that Covid-19 most likely emerged from a lab leak in Wuhan, an agency spokesman said in a statement on Saturday. While many Americans have long thought that the Covid virus escaped from a lab, the CIA's new assessment is significant since it confirms that it illegally withheld crucial information from the public. This admission should fuel demands for greater government transparency on a range of other issues, including the Russiagate hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop, and files on the deaths of JFK, RFK, and Jeffrey Epstein. The CIA's assessment was based on analysts' review of existing information, not new information, sources told NBC News and the Wall Street Journal. Former director William Burns directed the agency to take a position, reported the Wall Street Journal, and the analysis was published internally before Trump took office. By keeping this judgment classified, the CIA and the Biden administration violated the Covid-19 Origin Act of 2023, which mandated the declassification of all information related to potential links between the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and Covid origins. The CIA's newly released judgment lends further credence to our reporting on the cover-up of Covid origins. As most mainstream news outlets ignored or denied the evidence for a lab leak, Public and Racket were the first to report that, according to US government sources, the Covid patients zero worked at WIV and conducted gain-of-function experiments on SARS-like coronaviruses there. A months-long investigation by Public and Racket last year revealed that Dr. Anthony Fauci, then director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), visited CIA headquarters to influence its review of Covid origins. What's more, Public and Racket were first to obtain hundreds of Slack messages and emails from the authors of the highly influential "Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2" paper. The authors, who dismissed the lab leak theory in their paper, initially believed the virus had escaped from WIV. They abandoned the lab leak theory, our reporting found, under pressure from "higher ups." This is not the end of the controversy. Fauci claimed that when he heard about a new pneumonia in China, his mind went to the wet market. His email records, however, suggest that the opposite was true. In late January 2020, he and other scientists scrambled to address what they believed was a likely lab origin. According to a whistleblower, Fauci influenced the CIA to alter its conclusions. Six out of seven CIA analysts had determined that a lab leak was most likely. But after the intervention of senior agency personnel, the CIA changed its assessment to "unknown." After this, the whistleblower said, the agency gave the analysts "Exceptional Performance Awards," which came with cash bonuses. The CIA whistleblower claims that Fauci pushed the controversial "Proximal Origin" paper, which he had "prompted" and approved, at the CIA, as well as in meetings at the State Department and White House. This was particularly troubling given Fauci's conflicts of interest. He knew of ties between the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and WIV by January 27, 2020, and he was aware that NIAID had funded research at the Wuhan lab through the nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance. Fauci was likely not the only factor behind the CIA's cover-up. Sources told Public and Racket that the CIA may have been "conflicted" in its assessment of Covid origins because it did not want to compromise investigations into the Wuhan lab that predated Covid. This could explain why the FBI and the Department of Energy were willing to publicly conclude that a lab leak was likely, while the CIA manipulated, denied, and hid its own assessment.Every real reporter should be demanding to know why the CIA suppressed this report and whether it was Biden (or one of his "aides" actually running the country) who ordered this suppression. But of course it will just be the same three people.

I'm curious about this.
There are really 2-3 major themes of the EOs. There's immigration, there's the out of control admin state, and a third might be addressing general incompetence (like FEMA), though it that's different from the second I'm not sure.
Anyway, sure it's a mass of EOs, the details going all over the place, but it's really just on a couple of major issues. It seems easy to digest.
It's the stuff he campaigned on.
Feeling the need to break down each one individually to explain why they're bad feels like an ineffective way to counter that, but that's what they're relying on? "We need to discuss the proper process of letting IGs go from their employment"?
Why not distill it more simply as, "The admin state should be free from feedback from the American people"?

There is no legitimate reason to purposely try to force a virus to mutate to infect humans. A buddy of mine, who was working on PhD in virology at the time, told me his theory on the origins of Lyme's disease probably about a decade ago.
Frankly, I thought it sounded nuts. Nazi scientists on islands in the Long Island Sound experimenting on ticks and fleas, operation paperclip, seagulls flying to Old Lyme, CT and accidentally infecting locals... I mean, cmon. Sounded like the rantings of a schizophrenic person.

The "real" story?
After WWII, the OSS / CIA operated rat lines out of Europe, and recruited quite a few Nazi scientists. This was called Operation Paperclip. Von Braun is probably the most famous one, he ended up at NASA.
Anyways, one of those scientists was a guy who worked on biological weapons in Germany before and during the war. He worked in a lab on an island and studied creating flea and tick born illnesses to be used in war against the enemy.
He gets to the US and gets set up on an island in the long island sound, something like 7 nautical miles from the town of Old Lyme, CT. The official story is that he was NOT researching tick and flea borne biological weapons, but ya know, other stuff involving animals. They're vague on this point.
Anyways, eventually a doctor discovers a novel tick-borne disease in Old Lyme, CT. The official story is that it probably existed prior to that discovery, but uhh... seems like quite the coincidence.

I forget what year it was, back sometime in the '60s maybe, but one Flu outbreak was almost certainly due to lab leak, likely Soviet IIRC.
The Russians were messing around with an older flu strain. Turns out that older people, who had been exposed to it way back in the wild, were immune. But the younger generation, ever exposed to that strain, were not.
And there are other, proven, instances of lab leaks. Hell, I think the Brits let smallpox out a time or two.

The official story is it was likely spreading in the Congo region for a while, as early as the mid-1800's. The was spread to a huge chunk of that area by the Belgians reusing needles when they were inoculating locals against smallpox and possibly polio (ahem, very likely using the people as test subjects for as-of-yet-not-approved-vaccines).
That's the official story at least. I don't think they've offered any proof of it, but in that timeline, AIDS popped on to the scene in a big way in the years immediately after WWII, and was likely in the US by the '60s or '70s, if not earlier.

I'm still convinced that the Wuhan Flu was intentionally released. Where I differ from most is the motive, I think the intent was to use it as an excuse to shut down the Hong Kong protests, which were ongoing at the time. Those protests had scared the shit out of the Party leadership.
But the international spread of the virus was an unintended side effect, and they decided to take advantage of it. That's why their international response was so inept and ham-handed, compared to the domestic reaction.

I think people were willing to look the other way when things were going well and the Deep Staters were just skimming off the top and pulling their shenanigans worldwide, BUT at the very least, they were aligned with American Big Businesses, so money was flowing to the US.
The money is now flowing away from the US, and with a global economy, things have changed. And the Deep State has become much more powerful in the meantime. Plus we now have the internet (for better or for worse) and in theory have more visibility in to what these assholes are up to.

After watching videos of US Troops guarding opium farms in Afghanistan from the Taliban, I'd say it's incredibly likely that our intelligence agencies are and have long been balls deep in the international drug trade.
The US Army brought Afghanistan from a small part of the global heroin trade, to by far one of the biggest players in that industry (about 90% of heroin worldwide originates in Afghanistan)

It happens with the influenza virus because of the segmented nature of the influenza virus, which leads to reassortment, leading to some interesting linages with potentially (more) lethal properties https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reassortment
Now its rarer for an avian influenza virus to infect humans directly (without the pig intermediate), but when it happens, the case fatality rate can be near to 40%. So I understand the panic, but let's not overdo it.

I don't know what they did with the monkeys, but based on the Middle East and goats, anything is possible. It started in Africa. Became a homo disease in the early 80's. By 1981 it was known to be possible to obtain via transfusions. I had our first son at this age and after reading this I informed my GYN no transfusions unless I am really, really croaking at delivery.
