It's not like there is any official precedent to make her follow up. She just *changed her mind*. She *was* willing. Now, it just really gets in the way of what she needs to do as AG.
All she has to do is cite the victory lap Biden took, with the Dems and the whole media behind him, over "not pardoning his son", and then he pardoned him.

It definitely doesn't fall under "reasonable doubt", though.
If you're trying to prosecute somebody and you're using words they actually said to "prove" their culpability. Seems that reasonable doubt would cover simply demanding the most damning meaning, when the much more common words are quite exculpatory.
Now, I know that's ideal, and might not be how some cases have gone. But that's a problem with those cases, IMO, if we're serious about reasonable doubt."

Several hundred non citizens documented as voting in 2024 in Washington DC just recently.
My guess is something like 15 or more million fake/illegal votes in 2020, a lot in WA, CA, OR, CO where cheat by mail with no id is prevalent. Kamala probably got about half of that fake vote total in 2024 in urban areas and cheat by mail states.
I base that on Obama's 2008 (69 million), 2012 victory (66 million) and Killary's duplication of that in 2016 about 66 million. Those probably have the normal 5 percent margin of cheat in urban areas.
I doubt either Biden or Kamala are as popular as Obama and the increase in voters is not that much either as Trump increased his 2016 totals from 63 million that year, to 2020 to 74.2 million, and increased again in 2024 to 77.3 million.
Biden getting 81 million votes is ridiculous as is Kamala's 75 million. Ballots mebbe, but not living breathing legal votes from voters.
