Good evening everyone. Here's something related to the "bird feeder":
I've been getting tons of bird poop on my car in two widely separated places. Front driver and front passenger doors. No way a single bird could do this from one spot in a tree above. Happens every weekend when my car is parked in the drive. My wife finally caught what was happening, seeing it all go down. One little bird flies over to look at one side mirror and gets so worked up looking at themself that they start excitedly pooping, as one often does. Then flies over to the other side and repeats. This can go on for an hour. A case of prideful perched pooping. Posted by: banana Dream at January 03, 2025 10:27 PM (Y6IkP) 86

The shop quoted me $100 to fix it, and the other saw shop said it would be about the same, but HE gave me a parts list and said if it was fixable I could do it myself.
turns out the worm drive for the oiler and the clutch bearing were smoked, and I had melted a bit of the casing, which I had to smooth out with a wood chisel. It is right as rain. according to G.M.C. Wagemans (who thinks in Dutch but writes in English) the dodecahedrons do not show wear like they were used for knitting socks or gloves, but the knobs have wear congruent with being feet and were most likely made and modified to be used as a form of astrolabe. He feels that each one has a slightly different attitude, and that each was tuned to the area it was found in.
There were a couple found that did not have holes wide enough to be used as a knitter, and a few that had triple knobbed feet as well which would not have been useful for knitting. "the dodecahedron was an astronomic measuring instrument with which the angle of the sunlight can be measured and thereby one specific date in springtime, and one date in the autumn can be determined with accuracy. OnlyFans is theoretically easy money I guess.
But my understanding is few of the women on it actually make much money though, and generally you have to have a good business mindset and a business idea to actually make decent money. So amusingly I would guess that most of the women that do make money on OF could also have made money doing something else. Of course there is some dark irony here that in 4th generation feminist America one of the hottest careers *selected by women* is pron. A beloved Washington restaurant has been forced to close due to the effects of a new minimum wage law.
Bepop Waffle Shop in West Seattle closed its doors for the final time on Monday. The business' owner, Corina Luckenbach, blamed the closure on the city's new minimum wage law that hiked minimum pay up to $20.76 an hour. Leftist ideas are really starting to run into reality pretty hard. The people demanding restaurant staff be paid that much are NOT willing to pay $30 for a plate of eggs. The empty space was obviously where the shrine to the household gods was kept. Most likely, the fertility goddess Only Fan was prominently featured, but the god of war, Ennefel, may have also been present.
The worship of Ennefel was characterized by the viewing of ritual combat between two teams on a large open field. The combat was seasonal, starting in late Summer and concluding in early winter. The most intriguing, however, is the email he sent to Shoemate - in which he warns that the "drones" seen around the United States over the last month are using "gravatic propulsion systems," which only China and the United States possess.
Assuming this is supposed to mean what it sounds like - something use gravitons or anti-gravitons as propulsion...its silly talk. If you read the physics of where we are in this area we are no where near being able to harness gravitons like we are say photons or electrons. So what are they upset about? There is a claim that one of the women injured in the attack was not allowed to take time off by Amazon. It is codified into law and corporate policy. Struggle sessions. Self-denunciation. Critical Theory, applied to Race. It is illegal as hell, however nobody seems willing to try and stop it. We studied the Frankurt Schule a little bit in passing at University a long time ago, and it really opened my eyes as to the working assumptions on the left. It is of no use to try and use facts, logic, or reason. If you are “white” you are a “racist”. The End. This has been going on a long, long time. There was a period in the late 50's when the New York Giants had Tom Landry as offensive coordinator and Vince Lombardi as defensive coordinator. The head coach said his job was to make sure the balls had air in them.
They used to occasionally play an old tape of Tom Landry intercepting a pass, running downfield, and right before he got tackled lateraling the ball blind to Pat Summerall running next to him, who ran it down for the TD. Coach Howell had Lombardi as Offense and Landry as D as a player-coach. https://tinyurl.com/Lombardi-and-Landry Both men were almost as good on the other side of the ball as the one that got them their head coaching gigs. Landry normalized the 4-3-4 alignment and then came up with the multiple offense using formation shifts to thwart zone reads. Lombardi took his sweep based athletic running game and added a very able base 4-3 philosophy to the Packers. I have always wondered what Landry's private thoughts on Lombardi's passing was. NFL Coaches and the decline of America:I think most or all NFL teams currently require coaching staff to wear team clothes as part of their contract. I do think Ditka's Bears sweater vests were great, and i wish there was a Saints one like that. I also think bill belichick looked liked he raided the Pats souvenir stand before that was required
Stairs:leave as is, rotate some bit of classy artwork there. Fish tank? Will a Hammond organ fit? How about a jukebox? Modern problems:I have a wireless doorbell with it's own wireless security camera. Press the button, the TV rings with picture of who's at the door. Battery powered, of course, but it's rechargeable. Sofa's got an outlet in it for end table lamps, heating pads, foot massagers, etc. so i just plug it in there. Setting goals:Wear a mask, and use that to pay for books. Phil Corso was a decorated WWII officer who ended up working at the Eisenhower White House.
His book is available online for no cost if you dig, it is a fun read. He claimed to have seen alien bodies, White Sands had a then-new powerful radar system, this was what caused the Roswell crash. If his claims can believed (I do not) he said most of the craft components were completely out of their league. No flight controls as we understand them. Supposedly there are several crashed UFO vehicles, and one discovered at an archaeological dig. Fun reading, but it sounds like bullshit.
