Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | NOLA Terorist's Mosque Teaches That Jews Take Over Countries, and that European Countries Only Support Israel Because They Don't Want the Evil Jews Coming BackFrom Ed Driscoll at Instapundit, The Free Beacon reports that the mosque attended by the NOLA Jihadist taught fairly standard Democrat progressive doctrine. Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the Islamic terrorist who killed 14 people in the New Year's Eve attack on New Orleans, lived near a Houston mosque led by a radical imam who once preached that Hitler massacred Jews because "they like to take control of the economy," video footage shows. The Jewish people "have many problems, but that's one of the main problems--they like to take control of the economy," Imam Eiad Soudan of Houston's Masjid Bilal mosque said in November 2023, according to footage released by the Middle East Media Research Institute. "Everywhere they go, whatever is the rule, as long as they get to the goal, the means don't matter." "They seek corruption in the land," Soudan continued. "Hitler hated the Israelites so bad because of the economy thing, they were in control of the economy." He referred to Hitler as "this guy ... with the nice moustache."Also at Instapundit: Mosque Near Home Of New Orleans Attacker Reportedly Tells Locals Not To Speak Directly To Feds Or Media. Hit the link for that. At PJ Media, Robert Spencer notes that the mosque is referring all inquiries to... Hamas-connected terror front group CAIR. Only their own community's safety is important. Douglas Murray states the obvious truth, which is no minor thing in the Empire of Lies. This statement was as notable for what it didn't say as for what it did. The mosque expressed no shock, horror, or even disapproval of Jabbar's jihad attack. It offered no condolences to the families of the victims. It offered nothing regarding what it planned to do to ensure that other members of the congregation didn't misunderstand Islam in the way that Shamsud-Din Jabbar supposedly did. It didn't include a word about cooperating with law enforcement efforts, or affirming the mosque members' patriotism and renunciation of jihad violence. [I]t is obvious that a considerable campaign of recruitment inside the United States is still ongoing. The New Orleans terrorist appears to have been radicalized while in the United States. Whether that was online or via a network within the US will soon be learned. But we should hope that the full force of the law -- and law enforcement agencies -- comes down on any and all such groupings. Many in the intelligence community and the police are indeed working hard on such cases. But there is a societal torpor about this work. If the New Yea's Eve attack had not been jihadist, but had -- for instance -- been some far-right white supremacist, every corner of our media and politics would be rightly lining up to demand answers. We would be asking who the people were who had put such a person up to such an attack. Who had helped him? Who had encouraged him? Who had said it was all right -- in fact good -- to do such a thing? Even after almost a quarter of a century, it is still different with jihadists. There are too many people who think that there are "cultural sensitivities" that have to be respected. People talk about making sure that whole communities are -- rightly -- not smeared by association. Yet if people are worried about guilt by association, why not cut that out by being very clear indeed about the sort of people, including Muslims, who do in fact encourage terrorism? Take the most prominent Muslim group in the United States -- the Council on American Islamic Relations. As well as being an unindicted co-conspirator in past terrorism cases, CAIR's leadership is still full of people who are not anti-terror, but actually pro-terror. It is quite an achievement if you think about it. To lead a Muslim American organization and praise terrorism, only to then complain that too many people conflate Muslims and terrorism. Ever think you're part of the problem, guys? ... The fact that there isn't more outrage about groups like CAIR and people like Awad is because they are not as rare as we might wish. And there is too little wider societal courage to call these people out. That is a very incisive point. If this really were just a few rogue Muslims, there would be no "cultural sensitivities" about denouncing Islamist terrorism. The trouble is that there is a widespread and popular support for terrorism in the Muslim community -- that's why there are "cultural sensitivities." If this really were "just some extremists," no one, Christian Jewish or Muslim, would have any problem condemning jiahdism. But it's not "just some extremists." Support for terrorism is common among Muslims, and thus the "sensitivities." In happier news: Israel vaporized one of the perpetrators of the October 7th terror-rape attack. The Israel Defense Force (IDF) announced Tuesday it launched a drone strike that killed a top Hamas commander who was behind last year's Oct. 7 attack on the Kibbutz Nir Oz. The IDF identified Hamas commander Abd al-Hadi Sabah as the perpetrator behind the kibbutz attack, which resulted in the deaths or capture of nearly half of the community's 400 residents, per Fox News. The kibbutz is located in southern Israel, near the Gaza border. Sabah was discovered hiding in a shelter in a designated humanitarian area of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, the IDF said.Of course. Of course. Cowardly savages. Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1

Trump definitely has his work cut out for him.
On the one hand, we absolutely need the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the linchpin for the Abraham Accords, and having their help there will do a lot to calm down tensions in the Mideast. On the other hand, the Bin Laden and most of the 9/11 terrorists came from KSA. Any efforts on our part to tamp down terrorism here should be probably done in coordination with KSA. MBS wants to modernize the country, and Biden had terrible relations with him. Trump will definitely do better, and to have a unified Islamic modernization effort with the country that has both Mecca and Medina in its territory will go a long way to solving this problem relatively peacefully. That's a big lift, however. Posted by: Darrell Harris at January 03, 2025 01:19 PM (D1KLZ) 20

I, and many many other people, have been saying since the morning of September 11, 2001:
Islam is the problem. Not "radical" Islam, but Islam-Islam. All islam is by its nature radical. If someone is described as a s"moderate": Muslim, that only means he is a backsliding non-observant Muslim-in-name-only. Islam is not a religion. It is a political ideology and an all-encompasseing social order -- a social order that is antithetical to "Western values" and sane morality. "Suspected terrorist Shamsud-Din Jabbar was living in a squalid home where sheep and goats roamed the yard before he allegedly killing 15 people in a New Year’s Day massacre. New pictures published by the New York Post, reveal how Jabbar, 42, who served in the military, lived in a trailer park in Houston, Texas, before he was accused of plowing into partygoers in New Orleans on Wednesday, injuring at least 35. Police chiefs previously said he had been ‘hellbent’ on causing ‘carnage’. Rehgarding the FBIO leaving the Quran just lying around the giy's apartment and not deeming it tp be relevant evidence:
Every single little thing that happens these days is in fact a MASSIVE scandal. Like the FBI letting the mask drop and INTENTIONALLY ignoring CRITICICAL OBVIOUS evidence of a MAJOR terror attack. Are there contacts with other terrorists on that guy's laptop? Probably. Could we stop future attacks if we identify and round up those terrorists? Probably. Is every last agent of the FBI compromised? Hw can random Internet bozos look at the video of his apartment and say, Ooooh, evidence -- there there, there, there," -- but no one in the FBI is competent enough to notice what is evidence and what is not? Of COURSE the FBI agents klnew the laptop and the Quran etc were evidence. But they a. Must have been ordered to leave it alone, and b. They must be themselves compromised anti-American activists to follow those orders. We are in BIG trouble. Posted by: zombie at January 03, 2025 01:25 PM (pMi6S) 51

While I'm far from a religious scholar, as far as I know, Christianity is the only major cluster of religions that draws a clear distinction between religion and the day to day governance of the land. ("give unto Caesar what is Caesar's due" etc). The vast majority of religions don't separate the secular from the religious. And so what these people are saying in these polls is that they think it's acceptable to use violence to protect / expand their culture and way of life. Which is much more easy to understand than fighting wars over religion, which seems bizarre to us. (yes, yes, I know the history of the Catholic church prior to the Protestant reformation.) Unrelated, but why is Massie (plus a few other Republicans) voting against Johnson for Speaker? What are they hoping to achieve? Do they have an alternative that they expect will receive unanimous support? I doubt it. So hamstringing the House and Trump's agenda seems like the only predictable outcome, and therefore the objective. I really didn't care when Gaetz and crew pulled their stunt. Nothing was going to happen with a Democrat Senate and White House, so have your little symbolic vote and revolution. But now? I don't get it.

Of course every single observant Muslim must inescapably support what we would call "terrorism."
Mohammed was (by modern standards) a terrorist. And Muslims consider hm the Perfect Being, who must be emulated in every way. The Koran and the Suras advocate violence and genocide and sneaky tactics. All infidels must be killed or converted. Period. What we deem "terrorism" they deem "jihad" (holy war) -- and in their belief system, jihad is the HIGHEST and MOST PRAISEWORTHY form of human behavior. Being surprised that Muslims support terrorism is like being surprised that football players support scoring touchdowns. Posted by: zombie at January 03, 2025 01:32 PM (pMi6S) 86
Islam is not a religion. It is a political ideology and an all-encompasseing social order -- a social order that is antithetical to "Western values" and sane morality.

When the interviewer asked him why, the Muslim guy responded, "Because he brought peace" to the Middle East. Posted by: Bulg at January 03, 2025 01:28 PM (77rzZ) Well, sure. At the end of the day, Muslims are people just like you and me. Of course they want to live their normal lives and see their kids succeed and all of that. But also, they have a strong ideology that says that the way to live the best life possible is by following the practices of the Quran. So ideally, everyone would convert and the world would be perfect. But unfortunately, that hasn't happened, and well, here we are. Put another way -- someone may be staunchly pro-American and may say they would use violence to protect American culture or whatever, but at the same time they of course would prefer to live in peace. If he can't get his own Speakership secured, then he's not ramming anything through because he's a weak speaker who won't fight the administrative state for stealing 17 House seats from red states (the Census admitted it regarding 2020). 3. The purported emergency is that American agriculture, or certain segments of it, are in “recession.” As with all good myths, the story begins with a couple of facts. According to government data, U.S. net farm income fell almost 20% from 2022 to 2023 adjusted for inflation and then fell again last year.
In 2021, net farm income shot up to an all-time high and then shot up again in 2022 to $199 billion. The 2022 record was 74% above the previous 10-year average. It was big-time good times on the farm. Such once-in-a-lifetime results couldn’t continue, and so net farm income fell in 2023 and again in 2024 as claimed.
