They conferred, and believe that he may be a singer from the remote past, and that Werner should constantly reassure him that he is the only important person on the stage. Has snyone here tried tracking down an Amazon.com order that you did not make yourself, but no one you know has been forthcoming about it? It's my $100-plus mystery as I wrestle with the society's books ahead of getting ready to ship stuff off to our accountants.

What I do have is three lines on my bank statement that look something like this one

date. Withdrawal POS #469098 -9.99. AMAZON.COM*335MV0E63 SEATTLE WA

I'm guessing that the number after POS and/or the alphanumeric string after COM* uniquely identify an order and its contents, but short of calling amazon, is there any way to pursue this? Our society does NOT have an amazon.com account, to my knowledge.

In fact, tomorrow, the Earth is the closest it gets to the sun during its path around the primary. Which may be part, I suspect, of why the Southern Hemisphere tends to be so warm during their summer, along with having lots of water and less land than the Northern.

It's also my last day off after a long vacation. Tonight I have to pack my lunch for Thursday and go to bed earlier than I have been -- like going back to school.

I don't know how he reacted to the main noise around midnight; I drifted up out of sleep at one point to hear a lot of it. Maybe he's outgrowing his run-under-the-bed fears.

67 Morning Hadrian. Sorry you had such a miserable night. Need some advice. The beagle on Monday ate artificial holly berries that were strung on thin wire. We thought she ate only the berries since on Tuesday morning she threw up the undigested fake berries and nothing else. It couldn't be that easy. This morning she threw up a wad of wire and there was blood in the vomit. Right now she seems ok, that said I'm tempted to take her to the emergency vet due to the blood and not knowing if there's more wire in her stomach. Your thoughts.

The poor kennel dogs got put up around 7:30 last night instead of the usual 10:00. No messes when I went out this morning, God love them.

The floor fans running out there make noise and we have a radio on all the time anyway, so I doubt they heard much untoward.

Years and years ago one of little mini dachshunds ate the top off a plant with a big fat bur. Blocked his intestinal tract. Poor baby had to have surgery to remove it. And yes, he wasn't the sharpest tack in the drawer.

128 First sandwich is done, made it open face, the egg was a double yolker so more cheese was needed. Just a nice sloppy delight, the corned venison works extremely well with the 4 cheese blend. There's a huge cinnamon sticky bun I didn't see so there's dessert. Nothing like gorging oneself for the years first meal, I say.
