The Progressives Love Lawfare...Payback Is A B*tch!

The NCAA is all in on trans lunacy, and even when the athletes themselves push back, citing absolutely reasonable objections like fear of being injured and the outrageousness of being forced to disrobe in front of men pretending to be women, the sleazy tools of the progressive movement that control the NCAA tell them to stuff it.

But sanity prevails in Texas! And the technique that Ken Paxton is using is delicious. It's false advertising!

Attorney General Ken Paxton Sues NCAA To Protect Women's Sports and Prevent Biological Men from Deceptively Competing in Sex-Specific Competitions

Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA” ) for engaging in false, deceptive, and misleading practices by marketing sporting events as “women’s” competitions only to then provide consumers with mixed sex competitions where biological males compete against biological females.

That only biological women will compete in the events is an important reason consumers choose to support women’s sports. By falsely marketing and selling competitions as “women’s” sports only to provide a mixed sex event, the NCAA violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act which exists to protect consumers from businesses attempting to mislead or trick them into purchasing goods or services that are not as advertised. The NCAA further misleads consumers by failing to disclose which participants in its “women’s” competitions are biological males.

Attorney General Paxton requested the court grant a permanent injunction prohibiting the NCAA from allowing biological males to compete in women’s sporting events in Texas or involving Texas teams, or alternatively requiring the NCAA to stop marketing events as “women’s” when in fact they are mixed sex competitions.

Good. Go after the NCAA's desire to destroy the primacy of women with every tool available. They are part of the war on our culture, and if Ken Paxton can expose them for the frauds they are, then there is hope for women's athletics, and hope for our society to return to a reality-based view of men and women.

Make no mistake...the trans movement has nothing to do with the vanishingly small number of psychiatric patients who want to be the opposite sex, and everything to do with destroying traditional culture.

If the post-modern progressive movement can destroy women's place at the top of our society, then they can destroy anything. Women play a unique and vital role; carrying children and raising them is the most important thing that humanity does. Diluting their uniqueness and creating a society in which women are no longer at its pinnacle dehumanizes all of us. We are not interchangeable cogs in a great machine, but breaking down the biological and religious lines between men and women is the goal of the left.

Feminism blurred the lines between wage earner and homemaker. Abortion shifted the biological and cultural imperative for child rearing. Homosexual Inc. made procreation a punchline. And now the battle is for the very definition of Man and Woman.

Ken Paxton is taking the fight to the progressives, and it is obviously part of the resurgence of traditional culture that Donald Trump and MAGA is driving. That culture was rocked back on its heels in the 1960s, and only now has it recovered. It remains to be seen whether we can continue to fight an offensive war, but people like Paxton deserve our support.

As I had hoped Musk clarified his position that I assumed he meant from the beginning and Bannon and his side has acknowledged the same. Trump also made a short statement that calmed the debate.

Again, the H1B program was supposed to be utilized to fill job positions that could not be filled by indigenous employees for truly exotic and peculiar positions not as a way for CEO's to improve their bottom line.

The number was also supposed to be very low in order to protect wages, but it's ballooned to a program where 100s of thousands of visas are being given out a year.

Some dude crunched the numbers for the last 5 years and the number of accountants, ACCOUNTANTS!!!! that are getting placed through H1B is astounding.

The UBI link was interesting, but they played down/were vague on the results. Probably because being poor may have to do with choices, also.

78 H1b visas have become a jobs program to place Indian workers in the U.S. market. That doesn’t only take jobs from U.S. citizens, it artificially depresses demand/wages for American born workers. Worse, it destroys the educational pipeline and incentives for students to enter that field. Don’t believe me, believe the data. These tech/financial companies and many on the Tech Index also offshore a shit ton of jobs. The incentives to do that should be eliminated. You want to talk about tariffs? How about tariffs on offshored jobs?

These tech and financial companies have also been the first with their diversity BS and are first to the plate to subvert our civil rights and undermine our constitutional freedoms. F these people. Why is this even a debate? This is ultimately about merit and fairness, neither of which these companies support. They’ve demonstrated as much.

Sorry, I know there's no math on the blog, but...

College chicks + Title IX = I don't care

There are lots of aspects of the trans agenda and cultural conflict about it that matter a great deal - but I just can't bring myself to care about the college ladygames part.

Title IX is ridiculous federal overreach to begin with. Just making taxpayers fund shit nobody wants to see. Most ladygames programs wouldn't exist without it. I'm sure some rich lesbos or their henpecked male family members would fund some of them, but not many.

Ladygames in HS are just an expensive, pointless annoyance. But college ladygames are played by college chicks - adults who overwhelmingly vote for the trans agenda to be carried out... Their dissatisfaction with the outcome is just something I can't find any sympathy for in my black little heart.

That 70's Show was pretty good, but the last couple seasons were, to quote Krusty the Clown, "What the hell was that?!"

The first season generally stays faithful to the pilot.
The second season they want to be edgier than the first
The third season the Leftist propaganda is placed in center stage because all good shows must be corrupted and transformed into messengers of depravity.

Any remaining seasons are due to momentum of the first two seasons.

You can see where I’m going with this. A casual perusal of the data shows that this isn’t a program for the top 0.1% of talent, as it’s been described. This is simply a way to recruit hundreds of thousands of relatively lower-wage IT and financial services professionals.
America needs to be a destination for the world’s most elite talent. But the H-1B program isn’t the way to do that.

It's a good analysis, but I wish he'd told us what he thinks is preferable to the H-1B program.

H-1B started out alright, and should be reformed. It's been very abused. As for Mar-a-Lago hiring H1Bs, it doesn't, it hires seasonal workers so make sure they have enough maids and waitresses who go back home. Any number of seasonal resorts do that, to make sure the help is young, cute, and prepared to go home.

But the H1b program along with offshoring is destroying the financial incentives and opportunities for Americans to enter those verticals. I’ve seen it first hand and actually know a few unemployed people in those fields. These tech companies have operated in reckless ways and almost always with the blessing of Democrats and the GOPe. A nation that pollutes, hates us, uses slaves, oppresses Christians .... should be at least tariffed, perhaps embargoed. If we bring in guest workers for life, they are not guests. But the left is all about polluting/destroying our heritage.

Perform the tests before they get to our shores which is logical anyway since if they fail you don't want them here at all. If you apply for immigration into the USA you have to undergo a pretty stringent medical exam which includes chest X-rays, since any trace of TB is the death knell to getting in. Also STDs were a no-no. All the tests are done by doctors on contract with the USA in the country of residence, so no friendly quacks.
Do the same for work visas.

Working in tech for two decades, this is widely known. H1Bs mostly suck. They’re not sending their best. The program exists to bring in millions of low-skilled mediocrities to fill out staffing.

There is a shortage of genuinely skilled native tech workers, but H1B doesn’t address that. When I’ve supervised H1B workers, it’s taken twelve guys six months to do what I could do in two weeks alone. And their product is buggy and barely functional.

You sound deeply insulted, to be affected so much by a "small man" and a nerd who is beneath you.

These guys are not politicians and what they say is what they are thinking at the time not some homogenized, quotable quote. What they are doing is working on a problem and sharing their thoughts with the public. The reactions we are witnessing are exactly why politician lie.

228 Don’t let them “whaddabout” intersexed /a> individuals. There’s a trend to include conditions which most clinicians do not recognize as intersex, such as Klinefelter syndrome, Turner syndrome, and late-onset adrenal hyperplasia. The real prevalence of intersex is seen to be about 0.018%, or 18 in 10,000 not 1.7%.

Sorry man, but my brother was top of his class at GA Tech and joined the DOT. Over his 30 year career he moved up the ladder and stopped just short of the level where politics comes into play level. He made well over $120K/yr and retired making %80 pay and gold plated benefits at 51. He can reasonably expect to have worked 30 years and then live retired for 30 years and be able to take on part time consulting jobs for $100K/yr based on his training, experience, and knowing the insiders who make the decisions on gov. contracts.

The beauracracy 100% protects it's own and nobody went broke by being on their team.
