We all know the establishment media narrative: whatever his faults, Old Joe Biden is an affable, decent, all-around good fellow, while Donald Trump is arrogant, mean, nasty, and corrupt. This is not true and was never true of either man, and on Sunday, their reactions to the death of their predecessor Jimmy Carter once again showed the truth about each of them.
Trump, displaying the genuine decency that won him the respect and affection of so many Americans over the last eight years, wrote gracious words about Carter and his disastrous presidency:

I just heard of the news about the passing of President Jimmy Carter. Those of us who have been fortunate to have served as President understand this is a very exclusive club, and only we can relate to the enormous responsibility of leading the Greatest Nation in History. Even when he praised Carter and echoed the general exaggerated praise for the late president's fundamental decency, Biden couldn't help but be self-aggrandizing and indulge his longstanding habit of putting himself in the center of every situation with yet another tall tale. Speaking from St. Croix, where he is (you guessed it) once again on vacation, Old Joe said: "I'll always be proud to say that -- he used to kid me about it -- that I was the first national figure to endorse him in 1976 when he ran for president. And there was an overwhelming reason for it: his character." Was Biden really the first national figure to endorse Carter for president? Maybe, but this story sounds suspiciously like so many others in which Old Joe puts himself in the middle of history: he has lied about getting arrested agitating for civil rights, getting arrested trying to visit Nelson Mandela in prison, and so very much more. And Biden wasn't finished. He couldn't resist the opportunity to take a jab at Trump, saying: "Decency, decency, decency... Can you imagine Jimmy Carter walking by someone who needed something and just keep [sic] walking? Can you imagine Jimmy Carter referring to someone by the way they look or the way they talk?" Coming from a man who used his son as a bag man in selling influence and access to foreign entities, and who weaponized the justice system against his opponent, calls for decency ring more than a little bit hollow.

This, I think, is my favorite part of the stupid piece.
You can tell it's written by the slimiest of lawyers, the glibly dishonest and utterly without shame.
They know damned good and well insurrection wasn't litigated in any actual court trial--that's why they use "forums" and "fully contested."
They want to deceive the reader into thinking it was a trial.
1) the hearing in CO specifically found there was no insurrection. But their supreme court said, "thar be insurrections in the emanations and penumbras of the ruling!"
2) the Chicago, Illinois one was a traffic court judge--where literally no rules of evidence apply
3) the Maine was the SoS ruling (citing the CO supreme court, no less), where Trump's only option was to file appeal.
4) not one, not one fucking one, was a criminal trail--for insurrection--with the higher standard of proof and rules of evidence.

Yes, and every election is different. Those suckers of cock will have a full campaign season to make whoever the Dems are running look like the "Kewl New Thang". They didn't have much time to do it this past election because Kumdump didn't become the nominee until the summer when all those shows were on hiatus for the summer. They only had a number of weeks to try to pivot from Cottonhead Joe to Kumdump, and she and Wallz weren't able to make the rounds of the shows like they would have in a normal campaign.

It's why Khruschev gave it to Ukraine in the first place. The other part is - Crimea is almost worthless without being attached to Ukraine. It has insufficient water - it needs water transfers from the Dnipro River to grow food.
You demilitarize it and give it to Ukraine. Best possible deal for Russia - they can't maintain it without a land bridge. And Ukraine isn't ever going to give them Kherson. So, give up what is essentially a liability.

In September of last year I bought a new Camry. There were none on the lot when I bought it, I had to wait a few weeks until the plant in KY built it. There was no surcharge on sticker but there wasn't any negotiation room either.
I bought it at sticker as the '22s and '23s were not significantly less.

Sure sure. Look, Russians don't have a clue how to operate their oil and gas fields. Can't even maintain them. And an oil field, once exploited, you can't just...turn it on or off. Some of that production is now lost forever. The Chinese can't even help.
They are also in a demographic death spiral - about 4 million Russians - guess which portion of the total Russian population? Yeah, the part with marketable skills. The guys who know how to fix shit and make oil fields work. NONE of them are going back, not voluntarily.
You are seeing a lot of pipelines, and tank farms in Russia blow up - not all of that is sabotage or drones. A fair chunk is deferred maintenance and people who don't know what the hell they are doing. Russian railroad is facing collapse. No bearings, and nobody knows how to replace the old bearings anyway. Those guys all left.

There is NO LONGER a pipeline to carry the gas. It's over. So is the excess production. Russia is going to be scrambling just to keep their own homes warm.
No one in the west is going to use MORE Russian gas again. Maybe 1 of the 4 old pipelines may be reactivated. Turkstream is the only safe pipeline left.
By the by - Turkstream is vulnerable to the same shit that happened to Nord stream. Which was maybe 5 ukie guys, privately funded, blowing that shit up.
