C'mon -- out with them!

My sister may have forgiven me for sending her a CD of cats "singing" Christmas carols about a dozen years ago.

It was HER negligence that let her nieces get hold of it and then play it ceaselessly at the family gathering to which she and my BiL went.

I LOLed.

Someone mentioned cat videos. Here's 74 seconds or so of 'our' cat Snowflake as snowflakes come down.

She's such a fluffy, beautiful cat.

I sometimes wonder what it would take to get me to put a bullet in someone's head, or slice their throats open.

This would just about do it.

100 range days and it really makes a difference. The porter beer helps too.

BEER? AT A GUN RANGE? WITH GUNS? AND BOOLITS? CAN I SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER?

101 Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah to the Ace, the CoBs, the Horde, and the lurkers.

To the lurkers, who might be thinking about posting: Please do. We don't bite, just choose a nic (avoiding other posters), and post a greeting. It gets easier to join in.

103 Never heard of the guy, had to look him up...

Was a band member for Iron Maiden. Ok.

I'm sure there was no hanky panky in the metal part of the music industrial complex.

105 I've been seeing people saying something along the lines of merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. Or happy holidays to those who celebrate it.
When I say merry Christmas I am freely extending my desire for your happiness regardless of your beliefs.
Posted by: Northernlurker

I say Merry Christmas, because I'm Christian.

If someone wishes me a Happy Hanukkah, I take that in the spirit it's given. I don't need to correct them, and Jewish people don't need to censor themselves for me.

Why would that be offensive?
Posted by: Northernlurker

Offense can be given, and offense can be taken.

Those situations are often completely unrelated.

There's nothing you can do about the perennial offense-takers offense-seekers.
