Left's Newest NPC PsyOp: Trying to Get Trump to Turn on His Most Persuasive Ally Elon Musk by Claiming That Elon Musk is the President Now

Did you know that we had an election but Trump didn't win, MAGAts?

That's right, MAGAts -- Elon Musk is the real president, dummies!

Ha-ha! GOT YA!

Sounds like #ElectionDenialism to me, which I was told was the greatest disinformation threat to our precious Republic.

he corporate media and other Democrat advocacy groups have been desperately casting about for a way to create tension between President-elect Trump and Elon Musk. They know that much of the progressive agenda is in serious danger if the affinity that exists between these two men endures for very long. Beginning well before the election, numerous "news" stories alleged that Musk's support of Trump created horrendous conflicts of interest. No one outside the Beltway paid any attention. Then, the demise of the 1,547 page "continuing resolution" last week inspired a new narrative -- the senior partner in the alliance was Musk rather than Trump.

What actually happened here is that the Dems rolled Speaker Johnson on the CR and counted on the media to conceal its worst provisions.

Wednesday evening, after Musk and countless other critics had denounced the bill as a legislative abomination jam-packed with pork, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) took to X and thundered, "Are Republicans beholden to the American people? Or President Musk?" Likewise, when it became obvious that the original CR was a goner, Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) chimed in, "Welcome to the Elon Musk presidency." Not coincidentally, Democrat operative Julie Roginsky appeared on CNN and parroted the party line: "Elon Musk is puppeteering Donald Trump." Mike Allen at Axios absurdly claimed that Musk was "the most powerful person in politics" and that he had "single-handedly" put paid to the spending bill.

Never mind that Trump, J.D. Vance, Vivek Ramaswamy, and three dozen House Republicans collectively declared that a government shutdown was preferable to passing the monstrosity that House Speaker Mike Johnson presented for a vote. The legacy news media, however, was interested in only one facet of the CR story -- that Musk had the temerity to shine a spotlight on the scam and suggest that voters should contact their representatives in Congress and share their feelings about it. In other words, he did what a truly free press corps would have done itself had it not been co-opted by the Democratic National Committee. Thus, Bloomberg's Nia-Malika Henderson portrays Musk in the following portentous terms:

Musk, with his billions and his global reach via X, is unlike anyone else in Trumpworld. Casting off cabinet secretaries and the likes of "Sloppy Steve" Bannon was much easier. Those people didn't have Musk's reach or celebrity -- or his billions. They were sycophants who needed Trump more than he needed them. By contrast, Musk confers status on Trump by being by his side. He broadens Trump's reach and his power. Put simply, Musk makes Trump bigger. Some Republicans have suggested that Musk should be the next speaker of the House, yet this would be a major step down.

The obvious strategy of such claims is to get under Donald Trump's skin and this subtext has permeated the news coverage of the CR, even after the original monstrosity was replaced with a 118-page bill that passed both houses of Congress and was signed into law by alleged President Joe Biden. It's an article of faith among the denizens of the corporate media and their Democrat partners that Trump is unable to share the spotlight with anyone who might outshine him in the eyes of the public. They believe Trump's narcissism will eventually cause him to banish Musk to outer darkness once he is ensconced in the White House. But they don't really get how Trump will utilize Musk to achieve his second term goals.

The Financial Times is celebrating the memes showing Trump bowing to Pope Elon.

The media are very serious people, and also, memes are terrible and stupid and brainwashing, except when leftist crank them out in a joint NPC psychological warfare operation.

The left has all the braindead NPCs attempting this weak trolling, including, of course, credibly accused gay sexual assaulter Don LeMon.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 indicating no surprise and 10 indicating total cosmic befuddlement, how surprised would you be to learn that the grifters of the North American Man-Boy Lincoln Association began this psyop five days after the election?

What better way to eject Elon Musk from Mar-a-Lago than to congratulate Donald Trump on his new role as Vice President -- which is what the Lincoln Project does in its latest video.

"The Lincoln Project salutes Vice President Trump. As Vice President, Trump will finally have the time to do the things that make him happiest," the mocking voice-over says, listing some of the former president's favorite activities such as "talk about old movies" and "playing on his phone."

Meanwhile, President Musk -- who is "smarter, wealthier, more charismatic...is more successful with women" and even "a better dancer" -- can "get down to the business of running the country," says the narrator. Of course, Musk won't be going it alone -- he'll have his "assistant" JD Vance at his side. And the Lincoln Project "feels certain Trump will play his part," because, as the narrator says as if he's talking to a dog, "he's a good boy. A good boy."

They released this lame add five days ago.

Doesn't that upset you, MAGAts? Elon -- or "Elonia Musk," as one ugly old bag calls him -- wasn't on the ballot but he's the president now. Got you, MAGAts!

Cecil says that the left is getting mad that we're not getting mad about their newest stupid mentally-ill talking point. He says it's like black people getting mad that white people don't get upset when they call them "crackers."

Trump is not taking the trolling bait -- so far.

I hope he maintains his cool, because Elon Musk actually has a cult-like following among young men almost as strong as Taylor Swift's with young women. He doesn't just bring billions of dollars but also millions of otherwise-disengaged voters.

93 It's kinda neat how this has played out.
Our conventions dictate that certain high ranking elected officials still be addressed by their titles even after they leave office, such as ambassadors, cabinet secretaries and, of course, presidents.
So in these interim weeks between the election and the inauguration he's naturally referred to as "President Trump" even though he's not actually in the White House yet.
But since he's constantly being addressed that way it just naturally feels like he is indeed the head of state and commander in chief.

112 LMAO...didn't these people watch "The Apprentice"? The whole concept of the show was Trump identifying potential talents to offer positions in his enterprises to make them more effective, efficient and profitable and his goals more achievable.

You can get the wrong impression of Trump based on his Type A personality. But, that's just how he communicates. It's not how he thinks. If you ever read "The Art of the Deal" you would see this truth spelled out in spades. Trump and Musk are an effective team because the "ego" portion of both is a bit of a facade in building their brand. Trump is driven by success. Musk is driven by the same, but he seems to truly have a passion for the process as well.

I'd kill to hear the conversations between those two because I bet it's hilarious and brutal towards what every they are targeting.

Posted by: Orson at December 24, 2024 01:51 PM (dIske)

113 Trump won't take the bait. Even if he had that thought, the people around him would discourage it.

Trump fired Bannon because he was dumb enough to get ahead of his skis and talk to Josh Gerstein from Bloomberg and allow himself to be out on the cover of the magazine as 'Trump's Brain'. Elon has been a celebrity for a couple of decades, for very good reasons. Besides, he did more than anyone other than Trump to get the guy elected. He's Trump's enforcer, and happy to take that role.

The media is still living in 1.0 mode. This is a new world order now.

The farming "regulations" that riled up the Amish and Mennonites was very much a State driven thing. In Pennsylvania, for example, the regulatory folks went after unpasteurized milk sales using an single incident that occurred in Florida as a basis. Interestingly, most of the Amish in PA live in the district of a State Congressman by the name of Zucker. He is the guy that got Scott Pressler in the door and took him around to individual farms. Zucker has family who is Amish.

I spoke to some Mennonites myself who showed up in horse and buggy and bicycles to vote when I did. They confirmed for me that the milk issue was the catalyst, but they, also, strongly support pacifism and Trump's "No new wars" pledge pushed them over the edge into voting.

250 I was subjected to that crap in a car pool. The "late night jazz DJ" voice.

Grrrr.

Late night DJs, or alternative stations, didn't really do the vocal fry or uptalking, they just sounded like they'd OD'd on valium.

253 36 I wonder how much of this is projection, since in fact most Democratic politicians (or any of the old guard/establishment, really) don't make there own decisions, but are controlled by a cabal of fantasy elites who tell them what to say/think/vote.

Are they honest about believing Musk is pulling strings because that is business as usual for them?

Posted by: GuardianB at December 24, 2024 01:36 PM (EOY3X)

Yes, projection. Just because Joey is PINO (President in Name Only)...

256 An hour ago I saw a brutal take down of FJB's death sentence commutations, by a former DoJ attorney who prosecuted one of the worst of those scumbags. He asked why FJB believes his conscience is better or more important than the consciences of the jurors in the trials, the trial judges who gave the death sentence to the scumbags, and the Representatives and Senators who voted to re-establish the death penalty option for some Federal crimes. He also asked why FJB did not ask the families of the murdered persons for their comments about a possible death sentence commutation. Excellent questions that will never be answered.

259 Yosemite National Park’s Bracebridge Dinner has become a true American tradition since its inception in 1927 in the magnificent Yosemite Valley. This spectacular Christmas pageant takes place in the grand Dining Room, which is transformed into the majestic manor hall of American author Washington Irving’s legendary “Squire Bracebridge.”

261 I'm watching my neighbor as he tries to get all his inflatable decorations going. The 10 foot Santa is having problems. He fills with air, then deflates. Fills...deflates.
I told him Santa has erectile dysfunction.

264 not a Musk fanboy. Appreciate what he's done for Twiitter/X/free-speech. But a lot of his business ventures are crazy, but it's his money. Funny, though, that his former fanboys, all libtards, have now turned on him.

265 A lot of people on the left have Musk Envy, it causes them to be crazy and angry. I know President Trump does not suffer from Musk Envy, even though Elon Musk has more money. They'll make a great team and drive the left crazier, I mean like whoppy gildberg crazy.

269 I was up late one night on YouTube, when the algorithms get weird. I saw a video purporting to be an interview with Musk where he revealed some nefarious plans. It was AI, but it wasn't so obvious that people would catch it unless the content set off their BS meter and they took a closer look.

I really wish YouTube would label AI-enhanced content as scrupulously as they do anything that suggests there was something hinky about the 2020 election or the Covid narrative.
