#Sweetdicked!: Perjurious Town Pump Fani Willis Disqualified from Trump Case

The Georgia Appeals Court #Sweetdicked Fani Willis.

Her ravening sexmaw tainted the office so much that the entire DA's office was disqualified as well.

A Georgia court of appeals disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her team from prosecuting President-elect Donald Trump in his election interference case on Thursday.

The court did not toss Trump's indictment entirely, but Willis and the assistant DAs working in her office now have "no authority to proceed."

"After carefully considering the trial court's findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. "The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring."

The court said while it recognizes that "an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings."

Well, she and her Sweetdick outrageously and overtly perjured themselves on the stand for multiple days. That's disqualifiable right there.

"Accordingly, we reverse the trial court's denial of the appellants' motion to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. "As we conclude that the elected district attorney is wholly disqualified from this case, 'the assistant district attorneys -- whose only power to prosecute a case is derived from the constitutional authority of the district attorney who appointed them -- have no authority to proceed,'" the filing states.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Trump said the "whole case has been a disgrace to justice."

...

Trump told Fox News Digital that the case "should not be allowed to go any further."

...

"The case has to be thrown out because it was started corruptly by an incompetent prosecutor who received millions of dollars through her boyfriend--who received it from her--and then they went on cruises all the time," Trump said, referring to Willis' relationship with a former prosecutor on her team, Nathan Wade.

"Therefore, the case is entirely dead," Trump said. "Everybody should receive an apology, including those wonderful patriots who have been caught up in this for years."

Trump had more to say:

Not luck, just white. All you have to be is unapologetically white in America and you get to do what Trump get's to do.

When the American public elected Trump again, knowing who he was, it was a green light for everyone in the GOP nationwide that it is acceptable to do anything they please

There has NEVER been a confirmed FBI Director who was a Democrat.

There is something seriously wrong with a "legal system" that can't get cases to trial for years. It's a scam.

Trump has Epstein's book of names now. No one dare open their mouths. And I’m certain there’s video of these people.

Political suicide for any DA to even touch this case now. can't have a black women showing up the dolt, known as TFG.

Could be literal suicide since the Supreme Court says Trump can legally assassinate political opponents now.

73 BTW, Georgia law dictates that when the head DA is disqualified, that no one else in that DA office can prosecute. Goes to the Georgia Association of Prosecutors, they have a special committee that submits the case to a new DA.

The problem with the Appellate decision is that they recognize serious ethical violations by Wade and Fani but refuse to toss the grand jury indictment which was brought by those reprobates.

The indictment should have been tossed in the case along with Fani and thus given to another prosecutor to decide whether to call a new untainted grand jury or not.

The GA appellate court presumed the grand jury indictment was untainted by Fani and Wade's clown show which is an unreasonable conclusion based on law. And one heroic judge argued that Fani should be kept on the case (2-1 decision).

Real profiles in courage from Georgia judges.

I believe they were trying to deflect from charges of "taking sides" (which the libtards were going to do regardless) by asserting it couldn't be prosecuted in Fulton county with the implication being that it would have to be refiled and started from scratch elsewhere, which seems like a low probability play.

They're right that the long legal process has been a real issue in America for a while. The protection for a speedy trial is in the Constitution for a reason.

But these people are really just complaining because they wanted Trump in jail on a specific timeline which was not speedy. It would have taken about 2 years had their timeline gone right.

That speedy trial thing works both ways. The doj ignored it to punish defendants like the people who sat in jail for over a year awaiting trial for alleged crimes they committed on january 6th. Their lawyers demanded their speedy trial right but doj denied it because the cases were in DC and they could get away with it there.

Yes, the Georgia appellate panel had the power to rule on both disqualification and throwing out the indictment as the trial judge McAfee had ruled on both of those issues. Both dismissal motion and disqualification motions were appealed to the appellate court.

The question before the court was the remedy for the misconduct of Fani and Wade among others and the GA appellate court split the difference claiming deference to a tainted grand jury process run by illegitimate and corrupt clowns was due.

That simply prolongs the injustice when the court could have stopped the whole thing immediately costing the defendants more money.

FDR started his affair with Lucy Mercer, Eleanor Roosevelt’s social secretary, more than a decade before he became president. When Eleanor discovered some of their love letters in September 1918, she confronted her husband about them.

The couple considered a divorce, but stayed together in order to protect their social standing and FDR’s career. Even though the episode had deeply hurt Eleanor, historian Doris Kearns Goodwin writes in No Ordinary Time that it ultimately made her “free to define a new and different partnership with her husband, free to seek new avenues of fulfillment.”

True, the trial judge was responsible for injustice to the accused just as Pilate was millennia ago.

Simply put, the justice system has nothing to do with actual justice. It may occur, sometimes by accident, but the primary justification for the system is to process cases. That means all involved (except defense attorneys sometimes) are a little circle in which no one sees evil, no one speaks evil, and no one hears evil about the others.

There is a reason that good defense attorneys at trial are often mavericks and disdained by the local legal establishment.

178 A Maryland woman dubbed the "Black Widow" for murdering two husbands and a boyfriend for insurance money is now free after President Joe Biden commuted her 40-year prison sentence, undercutting the White House's claim that Biden released only "non-violent" offenders in a clemency bonanza last week.

Among the 1,500 federal convicts granted clemency was Josephine Virginia Gray, who was sentenced to 40 years in prison in 2002 for insurance fraud schemes connected to the murders of three men between 1974 and 1996. Gray was resentenced to the same amount of time again in 2006 following a series of appeals.

Gray, who collected $165,000 from the three insurance settlements, was charged with murder by Maryland state authorities but ultimately convicted in federal court in 2002 for insurance fraud for violating what’s known as the "slayers rule," which prohibits killers from receiving inheritance and insurance proceeds from their victims' death. Witnesses at Gray’s various trials accused her of using intimidation tactics—including threats of voodoo—to c

184 Franklin D. Roosevelt had a long-time mistress (and possibly others) that the public didn’t know about until after his death.

215 OT:

The Left in Portland came up with a clever new way to raise taxes - have them only apply to "rich people" (you are only taxed on your income over $125,000 a year). Most people aren't subject to the tax, and so overwhelmingly vote for it.

Portland's county now has a rich people's tax, allegedly to pay for "Preschool For All", and Portland's county, along with the two suburban counties in Oregon, passed a rich people's tax to solve the homeless problem.

The marginal state and local income tax rate in Portland is now as high as New York City, but the highest tax rate in New York kicks in if you make $25 million a year, and the highest tax rate in Portland kicks in at $125,000 a year.

Portland is unique inasmuch as Washington, right across the river, has no state or local income taxes (although you still pay Oregon taxes if you physically work in Oregon).

You'll Never Guess What Happened Next!

Between last year and next year, revenues from the preschool income tax are forecast to fall by sixteen percent - affluent people are fleeing Portland for the suburbs, particularly the Washington suburbs.

Who could have predicted such a thing?

It was a catch all for Irish nationalists, so it included some socialists - but from the Rising through the Civil War and then the Free State to Republic period, its various factions were largely concerned with killing Brits and then each other in the effort for statehood.

Only much later did the Marxists (with a lot of help from Moscow) take over the IRA. Both remaining factions - Official and Provisional, eventually became nests of commies.

The President is not chargeable by actions he took as President. What must be causing a bit of fear is that ruling does not touch the people under the President who carry out the illegal acts, or don't have the written orders to do things.

DU apparently fears that a President could shoot someone down by the Smithsonian, and walk away free. I doubt that the staffer in the White House who was told to go shoot someone down in front of the Smithsonian would get the same treatment, even if the President asked him to do it officially

Not only The Establishment. A significant portion of the general public. It cuts both ways, and as always it was more popular with the older - more aggressively trusting - generations.

There is actually a very old (as in Founding of Republic) motion called quo warranto.

"Quo warranto is a special form of legal action used to resolve a dispute over whether a specific person has the legal right to hold the public office that he or she occupies."

Arguably an incompetent person could not be generating legitimate executive decisions on matters such as executive clemency which means someone not elected is actually making those decisions illegitimately.

Voters, on the other hand, want someone charismatic that will claim to want to tear down the system. It doesn't seem to matter what they promise to replace it with. AOC noted a LOT of voters in her district voted for her AND Trump, and when she asked why, many responded saying they thought she and Trump both sounded authentic, both wanted to tear down the establishment, and both sounded like they cared about normal people.
