According to investigative journalist Andy Ngo, she posted a purported "sneak peek" of the manifesto to her Discord account, "@brainedout." In the earlier version, Rupnow allegedly discussed a desire to "exterminate" all males, including infants and the elderly, in a rant apparently inspired by extremist culture among fringe social media circles. "[W]omen are the only hope for this wretched world," the declaration read, saying some women have also been "brainwashed" to "worship these f**king parasites." The writing further lamented these women who have "internalized the patriarchy" and are "always begging for male approval and validation." "Its disgusting," the preview continued. "I realize the truth men are irredeemable [...] They cant be reformed or redeemed. Theyre a f**king scourge upon the earth. The only solution is to total exterminate them [...] Every single male must be wiped out, from babies to the elderly. Only then can women be free to create a new world." "ill be a pioneer," the post's author declared. "ill be the first to take the first step. i dont care if theyr fathers, brothers, husbands, sons, teachers, police, and especially n--ers or politicians. ive been craving to kill them all." "This is my mission," the writer went on. "[O]nly when their parasitic sludge has been expunged from this earth is when then the world will be clean and women can start over. It's the only way." .... The manifesto revealed that she had planned to fatally shoot herself a long time ago but felt that carrying out a mass shooting "maybe better for evolution than just one stupid boring suicide."
Wisconsin school shooter Natalie Samantha Rupnow was moved from home to home throughout her childhood as she suffered through her parents' turbulent marriage, court records have revealed. Rupnow, 15, had a troubled home life that included long bouts in therapy, while her parents Jeff and Melissa divorced and remarried multiple times, according to the Washington Post. Following three divorces by July 2022, the parents then agreed they would share legal custody of Natalie but that she would now live mostly with Jeff. Records showed her therapy at this time was to help her decide which parent to spent weekends with. According to the court documents, Rupnow's parents first married two years after she was born, in 2011. Mellissa had been previously married and divorced, and she had another daughter, 20, with a different man to whom she was never married. Court records indicated that Rupnow's half-sister had other permanent legal guardians. Jeff and Mellissa divorced for the first time in 2014, where they agreed to have joint legal custody of Rupnow, but specified that she would primarily live with her mother. The couple then remarried in 2017 and divorced for a second time in 2020, where they once again agreed to share custody of their daughter. Rupnow then spent a more even amount of time between her two parents - two days with her father, two days with her mother, then three more with her father, before flipping the schedule the following week. Not long after Rupnow's parents split up for the second time, the couple remarried once more - but by April 2021 they were petitioning for a third divorce. A judge granted it a month later but noted that 'parties [were] admonished concerning remarriage,' according to court records. Over a year later, in July 2022, the parents agreed they would share legal custody of the young girl but that she would now live mostly with Jeff. By this time, Rupnow was enrolled in therapy, which was supposed to help her make decisions about which parent she would spend her weekends with, records show.

The rationalization you usually hear from folks who choose to divorce is that it's better for the kids if they're not in a household where the parents fight all the time, but emerging evidence suggests even that is not true. Kids do better in an intact family raised by their two biological parents, even if those parents don't get along.
The problem is that we are living in an age of indulgent self-actualization. No one thinks of sacrifice or obligations, only rights and freedoms. Maybe the new ciivilization that will rise from the ashes of the West will learn from our mistakes. But I doubt it.

Breaking: I can report that the deceased mass shooter at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisc. is a 15-year-old girl named Natalie Lynn Rupnow.
She carried out the mass shooting in the school library, according to a source. She did not identify as trans.
The teen girl used the name "Sam" online and the username "crossixir." She had an extensive online obsession with school shooters and death, particularly the 1999 Columbine High School shooting. Rupnow was a big fan of the KMFDM rock band, which was also referenced by one of the Columbine shooters. (She often wore the shirt of the band.)
Rupnow's online friends identified the X account, which purported to belong to the shooter, soon after news broke of the shooting. The account's last post is of an "okay" hand symbol in the school's bathroom by the library minutes before the shooting. [more at link]

I have made contact with the alleged boyfriend of the Wisconsin shooter.
He has very graciously provided me the full manifesto, which I verified by having him screen record himself opening it from a direct link the shooter sent to him via WhatsApp.
I told him I would do my best to dispel some of the misinformation and present things as truthfully as I was given them, and I will hold myself to that.
- Her boyfriend knew her as Samantha Rupnow.
- She also went by a different name (one which was also feminine), but adopted the name "Samantha" and this was the name her boyfriend says she had on her school identification card.
- She was a student at Abundant Life.
- She was born on November 7, 2009.
- She was born female and was not transgender. Her boyfriend was born male and is not transgender.
- Her manifesto was titled "War Against Humanity."
- Her manifesto is 6 pages long.
- In her manifesto, she spoke about having extremely difficult relationship with her parents, who she referred to as "scum."

- She expresses deep admiration for Pekka Eric Auvinen, Arda Küçükyetim, and Vladislav Roslyakov.
- She offered particular praise for Küçükyetim, who was a Turkish neo-nazi who committed a mass attack in Eskişehir earlier this year, and stated he was an inspiration to her. She calls him “an ultimate saint.”
- She expressed that she got the weapons to commit the attack through "lies, manipulation, and my father's stupidity.”

Her boyfriend says the photo that is making the rounds is not how he remembers her, and believes it was somewhat edited “to make her look worse.”

We visited my dad this weekend. He is a now former professor at Virginia Tech.
There is nothing to do in Blacksburg, and he announced that he was going to give us a tour of the Virginia Tech campus (I mean...I did go there, but there were others around).
Dolley told my mother the plan, and my mother joked, "So, he's going to take you to see death places?"
That's pretty much exactly what he did. Well, mostly, he took us to see the memorial in front of Burress Hall. Touching, really. Each victim's name in Hokie Stone in a semi-circle and no mention of the killer.

Since I don't drink, TJM, I don't know what the $$$ eggnog that comes with liquor already added is like. Most groceries carry the cartons of the non-alcoholic stuff. It's sort of like melted vanilla ice cream, but much thicker. A dollop of it in coffee is pretty good.
If you already have some brandy, you can pop some of it into a cup of the eggnog.

This is my number one question. Given the highly volatile family history, that she was seeing a psychologist/psychiatrist the adults in her life had to have had a clear understanding that she was prone to suicide and or murder/suicide. Once again the pattern here is of a teen with severe mental illnesses that has access to firearms. Given the negative feedback from social media about teen mass shootings - this all makes it seem like the glamorous thing to these psychopaths. Odds on everybody around had her pegged as a school shooter and that she popped off is of exactly zero surprise. Mom and Dad have some serious explaining to do here and if they can't, which they won't be able to do, prosecute them.
In other news, killing all men so women can form a utopian global society is going to be one short utopia.

It makes one question the actual usefulness of mental health professionals when it comes to predicting deranged violent acts of their customers in advance.

I thought my parents were wonderful people, and my younger sister thought they were meh, at best. A year and a half apart, and we grew up together (folks stayed married until my father's untimely death).
I could never figure it out.

That is the reason that M'Naughton rule basically required a step beyond mental illness for culpability for actions. I think most states have eliminated diminished capacity leniency via the Model Code and/or Durham rule or irresistible impulse substitutions for the M'Naughton rule.

It can help people that want to be helped by providing them someone to talk to and be objective about their situation. If a person is committed to doing evil actions (which is a choice) then probably not.
Same as the confessionals and pastoral counseling, it works for those individuals that want it to work. Resistant or hateful individuals,
has little effect.
Lots of people are lonely, confused, and suffer trauma, qualified therapists or spritual guidance can help.

I've had therapy for severe anxiety attacks. The only part that held was an exercise I could do to bring one down to nothing when it started - or if I felt one coming. Besides the exercise, the practice and Q&A about it helped set it in my mind.

There's actually a great deal of legal precedent on this very topic (see "Buck v Bell), and the general consensus is that as of 2024 "involuntary sterilization" would be illegal in every state, despite there being no Supreme Court ruling specifically banning it. This is not a road you wan to go down -- once you allow stuff like involuntary sterilizations etc., then it can become a tool for a totalitarian state to punish undesirables -- and do you really want Deep State bureaucrats of the future deciding on who counts as "undesirable"?
