NYT: The Biden "Immigration Boom" Is the Biggest In This Country's Almost 250-Year History; 60% of Recent "Newcomers" Entered Illegally

It's not just the story here that's relevant -- it's who's reporting it.

The NYT is basically providing what Obama used to call a "permission structure" for Democrats to abandon their quasi-religious open borders fanaticism and moderate on the issue.

And they're only doing that because the issue is destroying the Democrat Cult. This is an intervention, telling the cultists to back off before the entire cult collapses.

The immigration surge of the past few years has been the largest in U.S. history, surpassing the great immigration boom of the late 1800s and early 1900s, according to a New York Times analysis of government data.
Annual net migration -- the number of people coming to the country minus the number leaving -- averaged 2.4 million people from 2021 to 2023, according to the Congressional Budget Office. Total net migration during the Biden administration is likely to exceed eight million people.
That's a faster pace of arrivals than during any other period on record, including the peak years of Ellis Island traffic, when millions of Europeans came to the United States. Even after taking into account today's larger U.S. population, the recent surge is the most rapid since at least 1850:

The numbers in the Times analysis include both legal and illegal immigration. About 60 percent of immigrants who have entered the country since 2021 have done so without legal authorization, according to a Goldman Sachs report based on government data.
The combined increases of legal and illegal immigration have caused the share of the U.S. population born in another country to reach a new high, 15.2 percent in 2023, up from 13.6 percent in 2020. The previous high was 14.8 percent, in 1890.

Doing the jobs Americans just won't do.

The Biden-Harris administration's Department of Homeland Security freed an illegal alien who was wanted of child rape in his home country into the United States.
The illegal alien, a 25-year-old Ecuadorean national named Adrian Patricio Huerta-Nivelo, crossed the border into the United States on June 4th, 2021 before being apprehended by Border Patrol.
Huerta-Nivelo was given a notice to appear in front of an immigration judge before being released into the interior of the United States. Just days after his release, however, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) discovered that the illegal alien was wanted in Ecuador in connection to the rape of a child.

He was only later deported.

Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan says get ready for a "huge operation" to deport criminals.

Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan revealed that ridding the United States of violent criminal organizations like Tren de Aragua and MS-13 is going to be a "major priority" of the incoming Trump administration.
"So this is going to be a huge operation," Homan said in a Fox News interview. "I'm looking forward to getting it started. I haven't started the operation yet, but I have already worked with the Texas governor on the plans and the Texas border czar."
Homan also argued that sanctuary cities should allow immigration officials to enter jails and conduct removals of violent criminals already in captivity, rather than waiting until the criminal is released back onto the streets.
"So let us in the jail," he said. "It's safer for everybody and it's the right thing to do."
In addition to meeting with Texas officials, Homan said that he has discussed plans with New York Mayor Eric Adams as well as hundreds of sheriffs across the country.
"The National Sheriffs Association is ready to go to work with us. So, January 20, game on," he concluded.

Homan says that if the black Buster Pointdexter mayor of Chicago tries to block deportations, he'll arrest and prosecute him.

But HOW is $10 BILLION just sitting around in some way, shape, or form that can be transferred either electronically or in pallets of cash to an enemy entity without a care in the world or any sort of oversight at all? In what WAY do they accomplish this bullshit acts of evil?

Both were fact checked by the reality that most immigrants to these countries are on the dole even years after arriving. One thing I would not mind using my tax dollars for is to have jobs, even if just a make work program, for qualified released prisoners that provides a skill and a work history . If run right it could pay for itself and also reduce recidivism.

Step 2. They contact country (in this case Taliban, but Iran is a favorite.) And say they can free up the money for a percentage (5-30%)

Step 3. They talk to the people in power. Arrange knock-on deals with the pols. Hire their kids, bonuses for their side projects, arrangements for some money to be spent on a relatives business,....

Step 4. Profit.

For the vocabulary challenged,
Fistula is a connection between channels. Like a path that water goes from one river to another.
An anal fistula is a path from the colon to the outside world that is not natural. Usually a sore on the back breaks through to the colon. Women can get fistula too (don't, DON'T, ask.) Also they can exist between heart and blood vessels, etc.

A pustule however is something else. JJ keeps calling people anal fistula (fistuli?) and it seems wrong, but maybe that is what he intends. IDK. Just seems odd to call someone a 2nd asshole.

I must vent a moment. Took husband for a nuclear stress test prior to his hip replacement. The parking for the heart/ortho area is small, and satellite parking requires a 1/2 mile walk up hills. Saw the parking garage at the hospital had a space left, and since it was 30 degrees outside, I was happy to take it. Except the parking garage is only for the women's hospital. Which doesn't go through to the rest of the hospital. You have to walk outside around the campus to get to that.

In the waiting area for the heart/pulmonary area were folks in wheelchairs, and their caregivers looked like they needed them too. But these folks were walking in with us. I was pretty frosty. It's a first world problem, I suppose, since we are blessed to have a really good hospital, but dang, why can't everyone have proper parking?

I wonder how widespread all that was. I followed a few handfuls of the actresses on IG and they all seemed fine. A lot of them grew into really nice adult women. You'd be surprised at how religious a lot of them are.

Schneider on Nick was creepy but nothing ever proven. But having non-disclosure agreements was creepy.

His shows were always 'edgier', they'd mention bras, boobs and have double-entendres. Disney was pretty tame before they went insane.

'Stuck in the Middle' was a beautiful family show. One of my favourites even with adult comedies. But they had a singer on their singing her hit song and she changed 'hell' to 'the fire.'

And there was a two part episode where the family went to a waterpark. Muslim women show more skin at the beach then any of the kids did. The costume designer did an amazing job.

224 Bif, somehow I'm skeptical of that. Even more impressive is that these guys are skating in Kabul, which can't have the best street surfaces. And rollerblades are very intolerant of anything but good surfaces. Slows you down and/or creates fall hazards.

In any case, just as happened in snow-free parts of North America, maybe we'll see our first NHL-level talent out of Afghanistan in a few years after the kids have picked up blading.

They made the 1850s and the 2020s look exactly the same in height. But if you look at the actual number posted, the 1850s had 190k extra a year, and the 2020s had an extra 2 million a year.

Last I checked, 190k is nowhere near equal to 2 million. They know if they posted this chart with an actual y axis that's accurate, the reality of the current illegal invasion would scare the normies. So they lie in the date and make them equal on the chart, without even a break in the 2020s chart to indicate it's really higher.

The idea that the US govt (think NORAD, NSA, and all that) don't know what these Jersey drones are is ridiculous.

Most likely is this some sort of classified testing program for some drone tech they're working on. For some reason, the testing has to be done over populated areas to do what they want to do, can't do it out in the desert, Area 51 and all that.

This is all some major test, hell the public reaction may be likely be part of the test.

Which is a shame.

I've loved her recent interviews. Apparently she kept Be Best up after leaving the WH by making it a big push for helping foster kids. It helps get them educated and find a new chance at life after leaving the system. Very laudable. And maybe her stint as FLOTUS, and having to decorate the WH rubbed off on her in a positive way. She has done a series of Christmas ornaments the past few years, which are sold on her site, and the money made from the ornaments goes to her foster program.

Between his bad legs and hip problems, I beat him to the clinic. Told them he was headed up. Because he was 15 minutes late, they wouldn't see him. I just looked up how to treat this online. Jeannette was on iCarly and she was on 'Sam and Cat' with Ariana.

Jeannette turned down $300,000 to keep quiet. She wrote a book called "I'm Glad My Mom is Dead" or something like that which sold crazy number of copies....I want to say 18 million.

Her mother was horrible. 'The Creator' as she referred to him offered her booze and was creepy, but no smoking gun.

Russia reportedly jams GPS frequencies to the point where the high precision arty Ukraine got from us don't work. There were reports of Russia have equipment that crashes drones, burning them out with EMP. I think both sides have drones that can shoot drones down
