Calls for "Black Vigilantes" to Even the Score and (Get This) Riots After the Daniel Penny Verdict

havingadrink.jpg
Jury-Certified Hero Daniel Penny shares a victory drink with his lawyers

Alvin Bragg issued a statement attacking the "hate" his filthy degenerate Soros prosecutors faced.

Meaning, people called them leftist pro-criminal scum and we're not allowed to ever criticize the left in America.

Well f*ck you, monster.

Regarding the petulant whine that Jordan Neely was "unarmed" and therefore presented no threat to anyone:

danielpennyunarmed.jpg

Wilfred Reilly
@wil_da_beast630

Best line from the Daniel Penny trial.

A: "So, what did Mr. Neely say, to make you think he might be a threat?"

B: "I'll hurt everyone here! I'll KILL you!!! I don't care if I go to prison!!!"

Mostly Peaceful Memes
@MostlyPeacefull

Interesting contrast of how the left view's violence.

Gun down a CEO on the street = Hero

Stop a lunatic from hurting women & kids = Satan

Update: An AI Cheapfake of Penny celebrating.

Update: Gregg Jarrett said the judge's reversal in his jury instructions was a reversible error, and was "coercive" towards the jury.

So he was trying his best to hang Penny, changing the rules as he went.

The stolen base problem is their own fault. If you pitched to contact you wouldn't need these 20 pitch at bats that wear your ass out and means you need 10 pitchers every game.

There was the time a switch pitcher met a switch hitter and they flipped back and forth a bit unitl the ump made the hitter stay put and the pitcher alternate sides every pitch.

That makes absolutely no sense.

If a state can legally stop and frisk you and command your ID based only upon a cop's reasonable suspicion and not probably cause, then it's a stop-and-ID state, too.

For decades I'd wanted to see it, since so many of my favorite authors lived and wrote there, and set things there (Rex Stout's Nero Wolfe, Ellery Queen, Lawrence Block, Man From U.N.C.L.E., etc. It was horrifyingly busy and crowded, and people were very much involved in their own lives. But they'd help you if it didn't cost them anything.

I got to see the outside of the Dakota, Central Park, the lobby of the Algonquin Hotel, walked through midtown past the Empire State Building, all the usual Manhattan things. Now, when I read a story set there, I have a pretty good idea of what the actual buildings and streets look like.

Nowadays? I wouldn't dare go near the place.

Locals love them even more than tourists do, especially when they do Michael's trade-mark moonwalk while creeping on some little white boy.... Until one day some crazy ginger cracker chokes out one of the beloved impersonators for no reason at all.

351 Sorry, Chuck M, I meant Chuck C.

And I found the distinction between stop-and-frisk and stop-and-ID.

Under Pennsylvania's stop-and-frisk policing policies, those detained are required to submit to a brief pat down (for weapons) and are further required to give their name (verbally) to the officer conducting the stop. Those being subjected to a stop-and-frisk are NOT required to produce an ID such as a DL, state ID card, et al.

So, you can give the cop a fake name and there's no way for the cop to know it's fake.

370 Our Canal Street used to be THE shopping district when I was a kid; everybody walked or rode the bus/streetcar to come see the Christmas windows and decorations. Now you get panhandled every other block, and every other classic store, if it isn't a hotel, it's an "urban" clothing shop. Meaning, sneakers and jeans and bling. The department stores are all gone. The colorful neon signs for Walgreens and the hotels still light up the night. But there's only one theatre left, formerly a movie palace and now a musical theatre, while the others stand vacant.
