Catherine Herridge: I Had the Support of CBS's Owner, Shari Redstone, To Pursue the Hunter Biden Laptop/Corruption Story.
But Liberal Executives at CBS Told Me They "Weren't Interested" in the Story

She notes that CBS "News" knew full well the laptop was real and contained emails in which Hunter Biden involved his father in his "business." She also told them that Hunter liked to let rip with the "n-word."

CBS "News" said no, we don't want that news. That's not the kind of news CBS "News" publishes. We only publish "news" that bolsters the Democrat Party. (Okay, she doesn't say that, but that is the clear implication.)

She also said that she worked to secure a live interview with the very-newsworthy Elon Musk, but CBS "News" kept putting limitations on the interview, insisting that the interview must be taped and edited, not live, because "we don't know what he's going to say."

Catherine Herridge laughs and says "That's the whole point of an interview!" And news itself.

She said she let the effort to interview him die, because she was too embarrassed to go back to him to tell him that CBS "News" was imposing limits on the interview. It's usually the subject who demands limits, not the "news" organization.

When CBS "News" fired her for reporting too much actual news, they took the unprecedented step of seizing all of her personal notes to make sure no one could ever see what she was working on.

Only under pressure did CBS "News" relinquish those.

"If you just look at the fact pattern here, you can see that there was a lot of internal resistance with the Hunter Biden reporting, also special counsel Robert Hur and his findings related to Joe Biden and I was let go. But more importantly, my reporting records were seized and that is just a red line that no corporation should ever cross in the future. And because my union stepped in and there was a lot of public outrage, CBS News did the right thing and they returned those files. But even seizing those files has a chilling effect on investigative reporting."

Meanwhile, Fetterman tells Joy Behar that the Trump prosecutions were political in nature, and that Democrats used them for the political purpose of attempting to disqualify Trump. He notes the "hypocrisy" of Democrats, unaware, probably, that he's talking the biggest hypocrite of all.

He also claimed, of course, that the Hunter Biden prosecution was also political, and called for pardons for both Hunter and Trump. That's just typical leftwing bullshit and I don't find it interesting, but you can see that here.

He went on to defend Israel and insist that whatever the outcome of the war is, Hamas must have no place as a political force going forward.

He also suggested that idiots like Sonny Hostin who are "freaking out" over the election must accept the results of the election.

DEI lawyer Sonny Hostin isn't hearing that. She insists that the Republicans -- the party that won the election -- must be the one to do a post-mortem to examine all of its flaws, not the Democrat Party, which lost.

One of the big appeals of Rogan's podcasts, or similar ones like Williamson's, is that they bring on guests and let those guests talk about whether their big thing is.

If you watch an FNM interview it is mostly about the reporter letting you know where zer stands on whatever the political issues of the day are...but with these podcasts they actually...interview...the interviewee.

58 I’m kind of sick of Fetterman and the moral equivalency game he plays. Some on our side seem to find this guy fascinating for some reason. He’s not, and he’s not even very smart. He also voted for every piece of garbage legislation that enabled a lot of the destruction and the behavior he now apparently find repulsive because it gets his face on tv.

The political prosecution of Trump was carried out by Democrat and their prosecutors, one of whom was from DoJ. The charges against Hunter, and the convictions were in direct violation of federal law and for which many other regular people have gone to prison. Hunter laundered money from foreign governments to enrich his family and was clearly on the record as engaging in shakedowns. Joe pardoned him to mostly save his own ass. The two could not be more different and for anyone to somehow lend credence to the equivalency Fetterman is engaged in doesn’t pass the lightest intellectual scrutiny. One has actual material charges with evidence and is punishable by federal and state laws. The other has no evidence of any damage, no complainant other than NY State, any many charges that actually exceeded the statute of limitations.

No, the government is not being run by one person. There are quite a few contending factions inside of state, CIA, FBI and DoD. Jill used to rent access and agreement to them to get the final seal of approval, but likely that's over now.

There are lots of cues to that - such as planes being promised to Ukraine, then being delayed, then not getting there as other factions delay or block internally something particularly stupid done by a faction

Quake was shallow but mostly strike-slip, so tsunami potential was small. Thrust/Mega-thrust quakes, where on plate subducts and the other is pushed up, have huge potential for tsunamis.
