Leftwing Media "Experts" Spin Hunter Biden's Pardon By Inventing Previous Pardons That Never Happened

The excruciating Ana Navaro, who is an employee in good standing at ABC "News," said that we shouldn't blame Biden for pardoning Hunter because other presidents had pardoned people.

First of all, people are complaining the largest about the remorseless lying, not the pardon itself, which everyone outside the media propaganda bubble said would happen.

Biden lied and lied and promised to never pardon Hunter, because he wanted to claim that the DOJ was categorically above criticism in its Trump persecutions, so he lied about his own willingness to accept its decisions.

As we now know, thanks to NBC "News's" reporting (this is the story Scott Jennings mentioned the other day), Biden frequently discussed the possibility of pardoning Hunter, including in June of this past summer, while publicly lying and claiming this was an impossibility:

The president has discussed pardoning his son with some of his closest aides at least since Hunter Biden's conviction in June, said two people with direct knowledge of the discussions about the matter. They said it was decided at the time that he would publicly say he would not pardon his son even though doing so remained on the table.

Secondly, one of the examples of Famous Presidential Pardons that Noted Journalist Ana Navarro promoted as a fact was that of "Woodrow Wilson's brother-in-law."

A man with the unlikely name of, get this, "Hunter deButts."

I'm pretty sure that was my old CinemaJuggs sign-in.

Hunter deButts is a made-up name like Heywood Jablowmie. This man never existed. Apparently she used ChatGTP for her "research" for The View and ChatGTP is known to sometimes "hallucinate" fictions.

I saw someone remark that the creme de la media creme take stupid "research" shortcuts that even the laziest high school burnout would scoff at.

T. Becket Adams
@BecketAdams

The funniest thing isn't that ChapGPT hallucinated a Woodrow Wilson pardon. It's that a robot spat out the name "Hunter deButts" and none of this sounded out of place to Ana Navarro, a supposed political insider and commentator. Not even a curious follow-up Google search.

I like to think that if Siri told me Calvin Coolidge once pardoned "Amanda Hugginkiss," I'd do a quick follow-up because I have never heard this before.

A leftist who claims to be an "author" claimed that Jimmy Carter pardoned his brother Billy for... being a Libyan agent.

This is just made-up.

Then a repeat-offender Fake News Artist at Real Media Outlet Esquire hallucinated a George H.W. Bush pardon of his son Neil Bush:

A simple fact-check -- which we now know for a fact Esquire doesn't bother with -- reveals that Neil Bush was never criminally charged with anything, so no pardon would be needed. Rather, he was sued civilly for doing phantom work for a savings and loan bank, and settled the suit. George H.W. Bush did not pardon anything.

But apart from that -- Aces!

Esquire appended an "editor's note" which basically said, "The entire claim made in this article is 100% false."

charlespiercerealmedia1.jpg

Then they just deleted the fake news entirely, leaving behind no notice of their error.

Joe Duarte
@ValidScience

Charles Pierce (@CharlesPPierce) is an extremely malevolent maniac, and @esquire has published over 20 articles by him that refer to Republicans as having a "prion brain disease". (Republicans as such, all Republicans.)

I'm serious about the over 20 number. I stopped counting. And this was as of 2022 or so. Esquire ignored pleas to stop doing this, even from doctors.

Pierce also falsely said that Trump had committed the "crime" of rape, among other "crimes". I don't think that's been corrected. Esquire is not a men's magazine anymore – they're an extremely trashy leftist crackpot rag.

If I recall correctly, prions are mis-folded proteins. I think they may be what causes mad cow disease.

And this particular Nobel Prize Laureate has, according to this source, written 20 articles claiming all Republicans have "prions" in their brains.

And Esquire -- a "real media" organization, per Jim VanDerHeie -- keeps letting him post his lunatic blog posts under their banner, with no fact-checking whatsoever.

Well done, Real Media. You continue to perform precisely to expectations.

Why do I get the feeling that all of these Real Media Men are often found on Reddit's "Hunter deButts" forums?

It's been noted elsewhere, but just pardoning the principals allows attorneys to force them to testify against the little guys, and either way, the truth will come out that they are scum.

Other countries could also go after them and I'm sure the Trump administration will have no problem honoring extradition requests.

The dumb thing is, Hunter should have just pled guilty and then his dad could offer clemency and let him out.

98 In all these cases, the pardon was for a crime that was prosecuted, judged, found guilty, and sentenced.

Hunter Biden was pardoned for crimes that we know about, and don't know about and that he was never been charged with or found guilty of.

If Trump pardoned Ace for any crimes he might have committed over the last 10 years, I'd be equally outraged. It's horribly wrong, and a gross abuse of power to declare unilaterally that any and all crimes are forgiven.

BREAKING: Kash Patel just sent a legal notice to Mike Pence's advisor, Olivia Troye, to immediately retract the defamatory statements she made about him or face massive legal action.

On Joyles Reid's segment, Troye said, "Kash Patel is a delusional liar. And he would lie about intelligence. He would lie about making things up on operations. I think Mark Esper has talked about that as well. Where he put the lives of Navy SEALs at risk in an operation when it came to Nigeria."

In their letter, Patel's lawyers said, "Litigation will be filed against you if you fail to publicly retract defamatory statements you made about Mr. Patel on MSNBC on December 2, 2024... These comments include that Mr. Patel would "lie about intelligence" and would "lie about making things up on operations" to the point where Mr. Patel "put the lives of Navy Seals at risk when it came to Nigeria," and that Mr. Patel was even misinforming Vice President Mike Pence.

There is a lot I guess that I don't understand about pardons. How do you issue blanket pardons to people that have not been charged/convicted of any crime? Such as 'pardoned for any crime that they may have committed during a certain time period' but have not yet been charged with? Hopelessly confused.

117 Speaking of idiots relying on AI to own the cons, a Stanford "misinformation expert" submitted a court statement that included citations to two fictitious academic journals.

The case has to do with a Minnesota law that criminalizes using AI generated video to influence an election.

He was paid $600 per hour and signed the submission under penalty of perjury and he most likely used AI to create the submission without checking sources. Fraud and perjury and irony!

118 From Wiki:
"Barack Obama 1927
Donald Trump 237
(Pardoned his political allies under investigation for crimes related to the charges against himself, protecting himself from charges)
Joe Biden 27
(Pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, in December 2024. Excludes 6,500 pardoned for simple possession of marijuana.)"

Once Joe's pardons get over 1000, like Barack, they will have to copy the explanation about Trump's pardons and paste it in Biden's slot as well. (This entry is exactly why Wiki will never get a dime from me. Liberal hacks.)

Also, there is ample precedence for blanket pardoning the J6ers, if the media squeals. Presidents previously have pardoned terrorosts, draft dodgers in WW3 and Vietnam, confederate soldiers, and Biden pardoned petty weed charges.

I didn't know until a few days ago that presidents have done posthumus pardons. Carter pardoned Jefferson Davis, Trump pardoned Susan B. Anthony. If a liberal president ever pardons the Rosenbergs, I WILL lose it. They were as guilty as sin, no matter how the play Angels in America tries to lie and whitewash the truth.

idk, maybe they hold some kompromat on Trump's daughters. Or just a loyalty thang.

Also idk how much Jared had to do with making Abraham Accords work, and how much it was mostly handed to him on a silver/gold platter for personal credit? Jarvanka are both out (allegedly?) because they were (rightly) perceived as limousine Manhattan liberals.

176 The Bidens didn't create "Ukraine" but Joe made damn sure the Bidens were cut in. That made them the very public face for some of the shenanigans that went on, with Hunter as the bagman, which is why they now have exposure, hence the Hunter pardon backdated to 2014. But there's a lot more to "Ukraine" than the Bidens. I'm looking at you Deep State.

Joe had to issue the pardon because Hunter might otherwise have gone to jail. But recall that the charges were water-downed and focused solely on Hunter. With all the evidence of Hunter's drug use and gun carrying they couldn't ignore it completely. Keeping the charges narrow, and personal to Hunter, with the excuse that he was drug-addled, was intended to be the fix, but then a federal judge rejected Hunter's cozy plea bargain. Which brought us to where we are: The story is now being spun focused on only Hunter as a Bright Shiny Object to distract us from the enormity of "Ukraine."

It wouldn't surprise me if Hunter demanded the pardon from Joe by saying that he wouldn't be the only Fall Guy. What Joe would have done, if roles were reversed, no?

Not an unreasonable thing to want, and if one can access them through diplomacy and free trade practices, fine and dandy.

But the U.S. government has been trying to cut it off.

Why? No reason. Except the fact we're the baddies

The bigger problem for them is there are thousands of people in and out of government who played a part in various parts of what we have been living through for the last decade and it all sprang from what they did in Ukraine. Hunter, while high profile, probably isn't even one of the most knowledgable of all of the facets of the web.

I hope Trump brings Mike Benz into the administration. The man is a walking encyclopedia of the deep state and who has done what. Biden would have to pardon thousands not just a handful at the top.

You can paint a straight line from the Afghans we funded to hound the Soviets in the 80s, to the terrorists who hassled everyone in the 90s, to Al Queda (who did some things in NY and DC on Sept. 01) to Chechnya, to Georgia to the Stans to Ukraine to Syria and Libya and Egypt and on and on and on.
