You cannot plead the 5th if there is no crime you might be incriminating yourself in, or if the crime you might be implicating yourself in has been pardoned.
Biden may have opened the door to Hunter being compelled to testify by pardoning him of ALL crimes. If Dank Brandon pardoned him for SOME crimes, Hunter could plead the 5th as regards unspecified other crimes he might incriminate himself about.
By pardoning ALL crimes, Hunter can't claim that. and if he refuses to testify, he can be prosecuted for obstruction of congress. If he lies further, he can also be prosecuted for that new crime.

True, but it was more like the rancid putang won 75% of black men ballots and 90% of black women ballots. Not the same thing as actual voters. I think as state voting continues to get cleaned up -- from my lips to god's ears -- these percentages will decline substantially. At the end of the day, most Democrap voters (primary or otherwise) do care more about high food prices and similar "real" concerns than racial identity.

In politics, yes. But in political campaigns? That's between the donor and the campaign. Caveat emptor all the way -- especially when this corruption seems to affect Democrap campaigns more than GOP. I see no reason to help Democrap donors realize more value for their money.

The pardon would have been a no-brainer, if Joe was making decisions. Of COURSE he's going to pardon his son.
But it wasn't. Whoever else makes decision like this for him, they needed to clear it through whatever channels they do, and decide a Hunter pardon will reduce their criminal exposure. Or whatever.

I disagree. Even given a decent candidate (an impossiblity for Democrats) it still would have been an unlawful and immoral usurpation and undemocratic. Obama, for all his faults was nominated by elections of the people. Any post-coup candidate would not be.

Yes, "S.O." I'm pretty sure it was Esso and other variants on SO that became Exxon; they chose it because, they said, it had no meaning in any language. Exxon has been around for, what, fifty years now, and Sinclair with its dinosaur logo was still strong in the late '90s in Colorado.

Problem for them was the Bernie Fixes alienated a lot of the honest leftists who broke away from the Dems these last 2 terms. Rogan, various members of the Young Turks, some decent alternate Journalists. These are pretty popular as a window into Dems in the alt media.
The end of the Biden term seems to have crashed the viewership of the MSM. The mainstream papers are already irrelevant in national discourse.
Sure the Dems will want a puppeteer President, but where will they find one? A Covid Governor? Shapiro will probably be eliminated for being Jewish.
Its gonna be hard to find some unknown and have the newspapers and MSM pull them over the line.

It was the *wrong* move to insist that the Vegetable In Chief was sharp as a tack even though everybody could see he was not, until you lost all credibility. It was the *wrong* move to put an incompetent candidate that nobody liked "on deck" as his heir apparent, as insurance against impeachment. It was the wrong move to anoint her as candidate without democratic process, and *demand* everybody vote for her because she was the correct color and gender. It was the wrong move to avoid interviews and substantive positions, thinking you could win by yammering about vibes and screeching about fascists.
So many wrong moves, it's hard to list them. It was wrong to go to the mat for illegal aliens, petty criminals, and the gender-confused while painting normal working families as oppressors. It was the wrong move to crank the open lawfare up to 11, to become cheerleaders for censorship, to print money with wild abandon.
But dumping Biden was the right move.
