Anti-immigrant Laws? No...We Have Anti-criminal Laws

An "illegal immigrant" is not an immigrant. He is a criminal, and should be treated as a lawbreaker and dealt with by the criminal justice system. The conflation of immigration into America, which used to be of tremendous benefit to us as a nation, with criminals crashing the open border as part of the deeply evil "Great Replacement," is part and parcel of the progressive destruction of our language.

We don't call bank robbers "undocumented withdrawers." We don't call rape "pre-permission intercourse." So calling these wetback criminals anything other than lawbreakers is a manipulation of the truth and an obvious attempt to create acceptance and sympathy for people who broke into our country for only a few reasons, none of which are legal, and all of which are tremendously damaging to our future as a republic.

Illegal immigrants in NYC protest Trump victory, proposed mass deportation plans

Among the marchers were illegal migrants from Ecuador and Peru, who held a sign declaring, “No to the anti-immigrant laws, no to deportations,” video from TPUSA’s Frontlines showed. This comes as Trump has repeatedly said that if elected he would carry out a mass deportation program to remove individuals who are in the US illegally.

Of course these criminals are the useful idiots of the hard left, as the signs held by many in that protest signal. "End Fossil Fuels?" "Socialism Beats Fascism?" Oh, that IMA sign? That's the International Migrants Alliance. Here's a quotation from their website:

Migrants refuse to shoulder the economic crisis brought on by imperialism and its neoliberal schemes so we call on migrants to take action, Migrants, PUEDE!

It is nothing more than world socialism's subterfuge to destroy America. Does that sound histrionic? Tough.

If Donald Trump is serious about deportation of these criminals, the process must be multi-faceted...criminalizing the employers who turn a blind eye (meat packing anyone?), and the cities and states that actively interfere with federal law enforcement. If New York state doesn't want to participate in upholding immigration law, that's fine. The federal government can cut funding for all policing in NY. I wonder how much money the various state and city law enforcement agencies get from the federal government?

And a simple law passed by Congress will go a long way toward self-deportation: A $1,000/day/worker fine levied against any business that employs illegals. There are systems in place to verify employment status. If they don't work well, then improve them! I'll bet Elon Musk might be able to help!

Driver's licenses for criminal trespassers in America? I don't think so. Take away highway funds from every state that gives licenses to illegals. Remember how the federal government strong-armed the states over the 55mph speed limit and the drinking age? What goes around comes around!

The point is that forced deportation is not the only way to accomplish the goal. In fact, I'll bet that deportation will be a small part of the effort, and these criminals will rapidly get the message that their free lunch is no longer available.

But all of this is predicated on Donald Trump and his administration forcing the issue. Half measures, like the window dressing of the Obama/Biden junta, is easily avoided, and in fact there are government-funded NGOs that assist in evading the current lax enforcement. If his commitment to border security and the rule of law is not backed up by constant surveillance and political push, then it will fail.

TBH this doesn't go far enough. Any dollar spent on an illegal, except to round them up, is a crime.

Yes take away funding but more importantly issue an arrest warrant for whoever heads up the DoT in that state. And the Welfare Department. And down the list.

And you have multiple grounds to arrest them on. Are any of those DoT or Welfare dollars federal originally? Of course they are! Well that's embezzlement. Did any of the illegals they helped commit a crime? That's conspiracy. Did the bureaucrats work with other bureaucrats? That's RICO. And so on.

this sort of winnowing is stupidly easy, and can be done by hand, or be done by an expert system that just flags bad matches or repeat data, just needing verification by a breathing human.

Media polls are done for that media outlet for narrative purposes, that makes the immediately suspect. Same with college polls that sign up with media, because they are simpatico with the media (aka the left) in the first place.

Independent polling like by Gallup, etc. are generally done to sell that poll's services to business, etc. as a loss leader.

Note that Atlas Interactive and Rasmussen can use their 2024 polling accuracy to sell their polling services to business.

For Atlas, Gallup, and Rasmussen, polling is a business and that is why they may not be as accurate in state polling than national. They don't want to spend money that cannot be recouped by selling their services. They focus on the nat pop vote instead. Cheaper.

TANF--temporary aid to needy familes but then every state and fedgov started issuing waivers for everything--9/11 and so on. That allows limits in time to be extended unto the sky. They never release the whole thing. Most of the private political pollsters squirrel away useful information for other paying clients. Occasionally, you will see strategic leaks but never the whole thing.

FWIW, former Obama aide and Biden campaign aide leaked a day or so ago that Biden's private campaign polling post debate had Trump winning 400 EVs and that is why they pushed to can him.

Exactly that. The ones that are for one or two-year sentences for relatively minor crimes? Deport immediately, and tattoo them with a bar code, or take a DNA sample so they cannot sneak in again. The ones who are in violent crimes like rape, murder, and armed robbery; make them serve out their sentences, and then deport them with the same conditions. If their home countries agree to jail them at home for the remainder of their sentence, then ship them to their home country.

REFORGER 77 was done in a part of Germany that hadn't hosted one before. We pulled into a small village and not a soul in sight. Nobody. It was weird. My track is the second in line and we all stop. I see some people looking of a window and wave. Pretty soon a door opens and a guy comes out waving a German flag. He asks when the war started? He said that village hadn't seen American forces since 1945. We set them straight and damn, the whole village turned out.

Public assistance amount varies by state, but I went to look up SNAP in Alabama just as a level set. The average amount is $129 per person per month. You can’t earn more than poverty level to qualify. This really isn’t a lot of money for groceries. To get an actual welfare check in Alabama, you can’t earn more than $325 a month for a family of 3 and the average check is $225. I suppose if you factor in section 8 to cover rent and various utility programs, you could have manicure money. Alabama requires that you look for a job while on assistance, but not all states do. They stopped the payments for a cell phone nationwide because it wasn’t funded anymore. All that to say, I think the people who are getting all these benefits and having money for luxury items are double dipping - working under the table and collecting benefits.

Now contrast those amounts with the insane amount of money given to illegals. They are not on par and that is incredibly frustrating. No matter the motivation, this angers many who are collecting benefits as a citizen. Interesting times

I had to renew my driver's license back in February. I was getting a "Real ID" version. In the line were several dozen illegals with all the proper paperwork already filled out, printed by computer, so they too could get a "Real ID." The DMV had special, Spanish speaking staff for them as well.

A Real ID will get you on any domestic flight without needing a passport. It will get you into any state or federal facility that the public is permitted in or on. Real ID's can also be used instead of birth certificates and other forms of personal identifying documentation for certain things. Buying a firearm comes to mind.
