I assume that's fake -- of course it must be -- but it sure looks real. I would guess it's animatronic but no one would make such a realistic animatronic which looks good from every angle, with all of its mechanisms hidden inside of it.

They are more common than crows.
Every tree had 5 or 6 in it when I was there.
In Sitka there is a place called the Raptor Center where they rehabilitate injured birds. They will bring out an eagle and let you pet it, but I didn't because those things are dam scary looking...

Cool story...a couple weeks ago I took a visiting coworker from China to Devil's Lake State Park in Wisconsin. It's a cool, easy hike up to the bluffs with some great scenery. We are standing around enjoying the view, and then TWO bald eagles came into view and were lazily circling on the thermals.

For living in a commie country, she was pretty based. She said if she was an American citizen, she would vote Trump!

I might get to an SC MoMe. I haven't gone to a NoVaMoMe so far. It's about two states too far from Houston. PNW MoMes are about three (Western) states too far for me. I don't fly nowadays unless I absolutely have to. I haven't been on an airliner since 2017, and am proud of it!

2 person coupes both times - very comfy, I thought, and the food wasn't too bad. I enjoyed watching the countryside roll by until dark... slept well except for waking up at stops, when everything stopped moving and it got quiet. Too quiet...

I was notified in advance about the lavatory, so was sort of prepared.
