The most freedom they could possibly imagine, and as in-line with the Constitution as it's possible to get. If gun owners had a similar 10th Amendment ruling about Class III weapons (and guns in general) it would be viewed as the biggest victory for freedom in 100 years. Well, Ubisoft has managed to shoot itself in the dick. Again. It wasn't bad enough that the protagonist in their long awaited Samurai game is black in 17th century Japan nor that his Ninja sidekick is a lezbo nor that the architecture is more Chinese than Japanese. No, they have to release a commemorative statutette featuring a broken torii gate, like the famous one broken during the nuking of Nagasaki seeming to trivialize what was a disaster for the Japanese.
https://is.gd/t42KIP Now, apparently because of the aforementioned, they pulled put of the big Japanese Game Show originally intended to showcase this game. And they've lied repeatedly about all of this. Ubisoft desperately needs a win but this is looking like another highly public humiliating loss. Assassin's Creed is one of my favorite IPs but now I'm getting to be like a battered wife. It's my fault that their hitting me! If only I hadn't wanted a quality game. Even now I'm hoping that their pulling out of game may mean they're going back to the drawing board, delaying release (set in about two months), and revamping the game to ditch the black Samurai and the lezbo Ninja and fix the other problems. Bulg, I am loving the culture of an opera, but if we stuck with a musical, the dance numbers could be far more interesting and fun. We could have snapping fingers and clapping hands, and of course the part where I come out as a ballerina ducky in homage to my first ballet and Garret’s Princess Tutu story.
Maybe just a section of opera staring Werner? Posted by: Piper at September 24, 2024 07:59 PM (QzINz) 120

I have been on that rock in all seasons, the most memorable an October day when my B.I.L. and his friend Bob and I walked up wearing blue jeans, unaware we would be caught in a snowstorm. There are ladders up the upper rock faces on the trails up and down it, and it got dangerous. Almost chest deep on the top, fluff quickly turning to wet heavy snow. It is about five miles out via the club road, once you get down to the boathouse at the lake. We took turns leading, the one up front post-holing, the others following in the holes. We were dead tired after getting to the car. We laughed at how easy it would have been to get back if we had skis. But all we had was the birch sticks we had cut as hiking poles. The simple fact that the loudest and pushiest people about the importance of Ukraine are all the factions of Deep State DC, the EU and globalists automatically makes me know I am not for a "Ukrainian" win. The others supporting Ukraine seem to me to be people that are consciously or unconsciously viewing the world thru the USA vs USSR lens. It really makes no difference to our security, the only thing that would change there if Putin won would be that the Deep State puppets would be replaced by Putin puppets. The worst thing for the average Ukrainian is if this goes on and on.
