BREAKING: MSNBC's Joe Scarborough: "What's going on behind the scenes is the Biden campaign and many Democratic officials do believe that Barack Obama is quietly working behind the scenes to orchestrate this."Video below the fold. Is it true? Probably. Obama's been running this whole thing since the start. Meanwhile, Biden's staff is calling up DNC delegates, pretending to just want to talk about "logistics," and then seguing abruptly to the real purpose of the call: grilling them about their intentions at the convention and asking them to pledge their loyalty to Doctor President Jill Biden.
Jonathan Martin updates: A fourth and fifth sixth delegate reached out to him saying that Biden's campaign had called them with the same script. And then a "half dozen more" told him the same story.
Fearing a floor revolt against his nomination, President Biden's aides are telephoning individual delegates to next month's Democratic convention to gauge their loyalty to the president, according to three delegates who received a call this week. After a round of introductory questions confirming each delegate was still planning on going to Chicago and asking if they had served as delegate before, the Biden aide making the calls got to the point, the Democratic activists recalled to me in separate interviews. One of the delegates said the line of questioning turned with an inquiry along the lines of, "Do you understand what being a pledged delegate means?" before the aide asked: "Do you have any potential disagreements with the president?" Another delegate said the bottom-line question was even more direct. "'Is there any reason you couldn't or wouldn't support the president at the convention?'" the delegate recalled the aide asking. The third delegate said the version he received was more open-ended: "'Do you have any concerns?'" The delegates were thunderstruck at the calls. One of them initially wondered if it was some sort of prank until double-checking the caller ID and seeing Delaware's area code, 302. After hanging up, each of them reached out to other convention delegates they knew and found these individuals also received the calls. The three delegates I spoke to, all long-standing veterans of Democratic campaigns, said they had the same initial reaction after hanging up with the Biden aide: Was this an attempt by the president's campaign to potentially block or replace disloyal pledged delegates? .... The delegates I spoke to said they'd like to choose a new nominee. "We're so scared of disunity or chaos, but we need a game changer because we're behind," said one of the delegates. "Why not have a weeklong reality show people watch because there's real drama and not just a coronation, multiple prime-time slots featuring our best young talent?" The delegate added: "The whole problem with Biden is he can't prosecute the case against Trump, well, we have a dozen people who can, so let's show them." None of the delegates I spoke to want to break their commitment -- although one of them has considered potential election lawyers to consult if necessary -- and prefer Biden to release them from their commitment. Each of them was veering between sadness and anger, the same emotions most Democrats are struggling with in this moment of crisis for the party. "I'm struggling with words to come up with words about how frustrating this is," one of them said.

I don't believe this. Delegates are hard-liner die-hard Biden dicksmokers who wouldn't vote any other way, even if they could (which I don't think they can). Unless Biden releases them -- which he won't -- they are dead-solid locks to vote for him.
How else could it be? Imagine a system where the delegates weren't locked in for the candidate who won their state, and could vote for whoever they wanted. That would be total chaos.
When I read stories like this, the red flags go up that this is just oppo plant bullshit. But anything that causes agita for Biden is fine with me!

Willowed in past but essentially what people do not get is that the donations to Biden/Kamala are THEIRS, not the party, not the donors, etc. and the other candidates. If Jill and presumably Kamala want, they can simply sit on those funds already donated and let the Dems try to raise mega bucks in very short order to replace Bitem and Kamala Ding Dong.
It addition, donor limits kick in regarding donations of hard money for general election run and donors that have already maxxed out to the Biden Harris probably cannot then turn around and donate to Big Mike and Buttplug ticket.
Plus the chaos over DNC soft money funds, etc.
Super pacs are rapidly proving to be simply grifter platforms taht run a lot of ads but are not themselves very effective.

How does one do that? Actors appropriately get a lot of shit for stepping out of their lane, but good acting doesn't seem very easy. Ask any random person to act surprised or jealous or sad and they'll do a very over the top caricature with no subtlety or nuance. The only type of people I know of that can reliably fake emotions have emotional or mental problems. Eg: Psychopaths who feel motivation to try and fit in.

YouTube just tightened up a bunch of gun rules. You can't show a full auto gun being fired (unless it's news footage or a movie.) You can't show a 3D printed gun being fired. If you do, your content gets age restricted. Then the viewer has to have an account to watch it. That means SIGNIFICANTLY fewer viewers, and I think no ad revenue.

The scene where he rattles off -- to the boss, yet! -- all the reasons why the case is clearly an accident and they will have to pay off on the insurance, and then his final scene with Walter, are both classics.
Robinson was pleased to be a featured player instead of the star he had been in the '30s and early '40s. He ws getting older, and working fewer hours every day was a positive to him.

If I remember the story correctly, even though the Caine officers were all acquitted, the Navy still fucked them all by putting them into dead-end assignments. Basically made it clear that they weren't wanted, and that it was in their best interests to leave the service.

There is an interview with Larry Sinclair by Tucker Carlson on YouTube.
It was done about 10 months ago.
Larry and Barack Obama did Crack cocaine together in 1999 (twice) and both times Larry orally serviced Obama. Larry, at the time, had NO idea who this guy was. Larry is a lifetime, admitted homosexual.
It seems so weird, but Larry actually does seem honest.
He was later contact by Don Young (in late 2007) as Young wanted to protect Obama. Young was the choir director at Jeremiah Wright's church, and apparently also had a homosexual relationship with Obama. Young was shot to death in January of 2008 in his apartment in Chicago. His family believed that someone associated with Obama was the one who shot him.

(The connection is an anonymous accusation from 2016 that was dropped as soon as Trump became president.)
