Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 6//26/24Good Morning Kids. On a somewhat positive note I suppose, Jamaal 5-Alarm Bowman, late of the so-called "Squad" has been shown the fire exit in the NY District 16 primary yesterday. Aside from being an anti-semite, he's as rabid an anti-American radical and racialist as you can imagine. And sadly because that is part and parcel of what the Democrat Party is, I don't think his ouster at least in terms of the party itself is going to make much difference, except that it will attempt to keep the Jew-baiting and racialism on the down-low insofar as it, and their allies in the media, are capable of doing that. The candidate who defeated him, or whom the constituency voted to replace him is not exactly a flag-waving, patriotic American to say the least. Latimer’s coalition of well-funded backers included the United Democracy Project, a super PAC affiliated with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) that spent a staggering $14 million in the race, and a cryptocurrency group called Fair Shake that bankrolled another $2 million worth of spots. It is a sad commentary that my co-religionists who still bitterly cling to the illusion and myth of the Democrat Party as a force for good without seeing the true evil of who and what they are and always have been, regardless of past injustices from the right, which are indeed a thing of the past. Leftism is evil. Forget the Squad, look at what the Biden Junta as well as liberals in Hollywood and elsewhere are doing and to still support this is madness. You really think replacing Bowman with George Latimer is going to make a damn bit of difference in changing the trajectory of this nation. the anti-semitism notwithstanding, what of every other issue, or do you still bitterly cling to the madness of global warming, transgenderism, DEI, open borders, and socialism? And that goes for all you libs, Jew and Gentile. It's not merely the politician, it's the policies. Maybe I'm pissing in the wind by hoping for a massive miraculous awakening of those who've been sleepwalking for decades.

Former Deputy Director Michael Morell and former CIA Inspector General David Buckley are the two signatories named in Tuesday's report as being on active contract at the time they signed the statement. Since the CIA "declined to declassify the entire universe of signatories who were on active contract," though, it's unknown how many signatories were both colluding with the Biden campaign and on the CIA payroll.

hey guys and other humans. remember the 16 nobel prize winners who endorsed biden? here's a statement from basically the same people endorsing 'build back better' in sept 2021:
Some, however, have invoked fears of inflation as a reason to not undertake these investments. This view is short-sighted. These are importantly supply side measures, increasing the ability of more Americans to participate productively in the economy, helping to improve our low employment-working age population ratio. Significantly reducing the fraction of children growing up in poverty and giving these children access to pre-K and college education will reap large dividends in years to come. We need safe school buildings and bridges, and affordable child and elder care, whether inflation is 2% or 5%. With the investments being financed by tax increases, the inflationary impacts will be at most negligible -- over the medium term outweighed by the supply side benefits; and their progressivity will help address one of the country’s critical problems, the growing economic divide. America had a Congress before it had a President, and we managed to defeat the pre-eminent power in the world at that time. The executive branch of the USGovt needs its wings clipped way back.

The Biden junta came in with a go for broke plan of completing Obama's goal of transforming the nation. While their top to bottom restructuring of the nation as a, what do we call this, a Marxist-Socialist nation (evil works too) is not quite dried to set what is certain, to undo the damage of the last four years, will take decades. I shudder at what will happen if the Biden junta gets a second round. Without a doubt in my mind what has occurred in the last four years is marginally different from the nation being invaded by hostile forces whose sole goal is the eradication of everything American. Funny how the women who screech the most about online harassment also engage in it the most: Taylor Lorenz is a scumbag.
Lorenz retweeted a post from Talia Jane, a New York-based writer, that claimed the synagogue, Adas Torah, "was hosting a sale of Palestinian land, a strange choice for a place of worship that seems intended to make protests against the land sales look like they're targeting a place of worship for no reason." Lorenz also reposted a complaint by Assaf Rad, who has worked as a research director at the National Iranian American Council and who said that "every major Western outlet frames this like an attack on a synagogue, while leaving out the part where the synagogue was hosting an event to sell illegally occupied Palestinian land." Rad has previously accused Israel of "genocide" and "apartheid." In addition, Lorenz reposted Alec Karakatsanis, who claimed that a New York Times article about the synagogue protest "omitted that the location was being protested because it was hosting a mega-event on the sale of Palestinian land." Karakatsanis is an anti-police activist who has accused Israel of "land theft, authoritarianism, and massacres of children." Posted by: Lizzy at June 26, 2024 07:35 AM (cCVOS) 59

Mar-a-Lago and Roger Stone are two perfect examples. More firepower and equipment were used in arresting Roger Stone -- a sleeping, unarmed 71-year-old in his underwear -- than was used in the attack on Osama bin Laden. Somehow all magically captured on film by CNN.

NOTES from FLA court hearing on Trump's motion to suppress evidence from MAL. Judge Cannon was in a mood today lol. She pushed back hard at arguments by Emil Bove, Trump's lawyer, that the FBI affidavit seeking the warrant was misleading and the search warrant too broad. She appeared to indicate at the end of the hearing that she would not grant the motion to suppress MAL evidence saying she believed the affidavit was "particular enough." She did, however, confront David Harbach, Jack Smith's prosecutor, about FBI agents searching the bedrooms of Melania and Baron Trump. She asked if there was probable cause to believe "documents were in the bedroom of a child?" Harbach said DOJ had evidence boxes were moved. "Any direct or indirect evidence the boxes were to a child's room? Harbach: No He went on to insist it would have been "irresponsible" for agents not to search Melania's and Baron's room. "There was nothing egregious about it." Harbach again had a bit of a temper tantrum at the end of the hearing. He asked to give a brief rebuttal to Bove's closing comments--Cannon gave him "30 seconds." Posted by: andycanuck (ZdexC) at June 26, 2024 07:46 AM (ZdexC) 78
>>Most startling of all were comments from a black singer-songwriter named Macy Gray, who in 2021 in an address to Joe Biden, VP Kamala Harris and some members of Congress, stated that the American flag as we know it “has been hijacked as code for a specific belief.”
“God bless those believers, they can have it,” Gray declared, while going on to say that, “like the Confederate flag, the flag is tattered, dated, divisive, and incorrect” and that “it’s not fair to be forced to honor it. It’s time for a new flag.” How about "no?" Posted by: Lizzy at June 26, 2024 07:46 AM (cCVOS) 79
Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 Jun 25
One day after admitting the special counsel has a "permanent, indefinite" source of tax dollars to fund both prosecutions of Trump, Harbach complained the proceedings were "unfair." He accused the defense of "hijacking" the hearing with "repeated attempts to import" false allegations into the case about the MAL raid. Cannon cut him off, basically saying no one is hijacking the hearing because it is over. My guess is there will be a delay of at least a few weeks until the next hearing. Holiday week next week then Trump is set to be sentenced on 7/11 on NY case and the GOP convention is the following week. Cannon is very mindful of everyone's schedule and making sure defendants can fully participate in the proceedings. Looks like she'll deny this motion but 2 biggies are on the horizon: A rescheduled hearing on the scope of the prosecution team (collusion btw NARA, DOJ, and the Biden White House) and motion to dismiss due to spoliation of evidence siezed at MAL. Everyone knows it was a power move. They *wanted* the Trump family to feel violated and humiliated.
The Left: All policemen must wear body cams to protect the public!! Also the Left: No security cams when the FBI raids the regime's political enemies. And it's not an anomaly when it comes to Fed LEO raids:In the predawn hours of March 19, agents with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives attempted to search the home of Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Little Rock airport, who had allegedly sold guns illegally without a firearms dealer license. As ATF agents moved through Malinowski’s upscale home at 4 Durance Court in West Little Rock, he opened fire on them, shooting one agent in the foot. The agent shot back, fatally wounding Malinowski. The agents were not wearing body cameras as required by ATF policy, apparently because the bureau field office responsible for Little Rock had not yet bought the equipment. . . [ik]“We will continue to fight for a free Palestine, and God help us that we live in a better world where when we say ‘Free Palestine’ it is not antisemitic.”
JJ's post is radioactive today because there are many people here who when the letters "e", "j" and "w" are arranged in a particular order exhibit their Cluster B dysfunctions. Despite that, AIPAC has been quite successful in continuing to evolve the definition of "antisemitic" to the point where they demanded legislation to be passed where text on a foreign website would be the legal standing definition rather than codifying into law through the legislative process. Thomas Massey, among others pointed out, that this evolving definition would identify Christian pastors of antisemitism if they merely read certain passages out of the New Testament from the pulpit. While Bowman is a jackass, AIPAC couldn't care less about the US Constitution and Free Speech, only their approved speech and continued stream of money flowing to Israel. Both, in their own ways are toxic. Posted by: Unknown Drip Under Pressure at June 26, 2024 08:24 AM (rHxhM) 149

I think it was another decision last year that actually did it, but Raimondo is more of a final shot to the body to make sure it won't get back up. The actual implications will be determinative based on the scope of the ruling. "Every regulation not built off of statute is now dead," would be my favored outcome, but the more likely best case scenario will be a guiding principle leaning towards anti-administrative biases for decisions of lower courts going forward (which many courts will ignore like Bruen). I think it's actually what animated the money men of the left. They know that Chevron is how they rule in American now. Getting rid of it would be a huge blow, but the true believers don't give a shit, so they amp up other things instead. “God bless those believers, they can have it,” Gray declared, while going on to say that, “like the Confederate flag, the flag is tattered, dated, divisive, and incorrect” and that “it’s not fair to be forced to honor it. It’s time for a new flag.” How about go fuck your self you ignorant cunt? If it wasn't for that flag, you'd still be in chains. I'm sorry. The corporations that design, install, and maintain the self-ordering tools also make more and more money.
You have ruled out third party. The big fast food chains know all about managing real-estate and supply chain. Smaller places discovered leasing and Sysco/White Swan/Ben E Keith. The core abilities of McDonalds is not writing top-notch kiosk software. If they did do write their own, they will suffer under Conway's Law and the result will be sub-optimal. Amazon lobbied hard to have local sales taxes enforced on out-of-state eCommerce so that they could corner the market on the highly complex sales tax collection business and offer that to small time operators. Until third parties came to the rescue and built a better product that companies use. I imagine that the kiosk to food-tray mechanics will likewise be a third-party partner to the smaller operations. But instead of going into the "rigged trial" bit right away, Trump needs to immediately launch into the crime wave rocking NYC-- something like "women are getting raped, people are getting murdered and robbed all over the city, migrants are beating cops, but the DA won't indict anyone but me. They are wasting millions of dollars on a political witch hunt designed to influence the election - you know it, I know it, and your viewers know it. CNN thinks their viewers are stupid, but I don't. The problem isn't that election fraud isn't illegal enough. It's already illegal everywhere. It's that the people in charge break laws.
Back in the 2000 election a local Democrat (Irv Slosberg) who did not work for the state/local government was found to have an official state voting machine - so either he stole it, or was illegally given it by the local election officials. A reporter found the guy that led the election board in the area (Democrat of course) the vot-a-matic was taken from and asked how Irv had gotten it. He smiled and said "oh I don't know". And guess what? Theft of equipment fell under infamous Theresa LePore's authority and you'll be shocked to find out she refused to investigate. Now why did Irv have the vot-a-matic? Almost certainly to make it easier to punch a stack of ballots for Al Gore all at once. But no one investigated because Democrats will not police election fraud or each other... He used his position as an "expert" in Adolescent health to encourage, groom and recruit young teens to join the cult of transgenderism at a stage in their lives when their evolving psyches are at their most vulnerable 5.
