The Morning Rant: Minimalist Edition

Hubris is a behavior that insults the natural order and oversteps the limitations of our knowledge. That definition is spot-on when it comes to the vile, cruel, insane, and, frankly evil behavior of the trans-industrial complex. They believe they are gods who can remake humanity...how else can one interpret the belief that they can turn a woman into a man or a man into a woman? Those characteristics are elemental and immutable, and the arrogance that suggests that they can be manipulated with a scalpel and some hormones is lunacy.

And shockingly it is even worse, because their targets are not adults whose psychiatric illness manifests as body dysmorphia.

No...they want our children.

Biden admin official pressured medical experts to nix age limit guidelines for transgender surgery: court doc

Adm. Rachel Levine, the assistant secretary for health at the Department of Health and Human Services, feared that the World Professional Association for Transgender Health's late 2021 draft guidelines would make it difficult for American transgender youth to obtain access to the procedures, according to email excerpts between WPATH members included in an Alabama court filing.
WPATH guidance recommended age minimums of 14 for hormone treatment, 15 for mastectomies, 16 for breast augmentation and 17 for genital surgeries.

That guidance is awful enough. The typical 14-year-old is a mushy-brained collection of competing emotions, driven by a rapidly changing physical body coupled with the profound changes in the unimaginably complex biological systems creating adult behavior. To assume that a child in the midst of this is capable of coherent and logical analysis of his place in the world reveals an absolute ignorance of biology, normal human emotion, and to top it off...the law! No 14-year-old child has the legal capacity to enter into contracts or legal agreements, so the idea that he can agree to life-destroying medical treatment is an affront to Western jurisprudence.

But that's not enough for the Devil's imps who have wrested control of America's sanity. They want no age restriction. What is their goal...the mutilation of toddlers? Because that is the arc of their thinking, and it is a terrifying glimpse into their evil, sociopathic world.

That goes for a whole lot of things in regards to democrats. They want no age restrictions on voting, they have been constantly trying to get the voting age reduced to 16 claiming that 16 year olds are function adults while simultaneously raising the age a "child" can remain on their parents health insurance policy. All the while will pushing for the age to buy a firearm higher and higher because children brains aren't capable of rational thought until they are in their mid 20s..

It is also worth noting that many democrats have been pushing states to either remove the age restriction to consent to sex or at the very least lower it to 10 or 12 years old.

62 @27 blaho. Lawyer here. I think they literally ignored the actual damage to the The Gateway Pundit (Hoft was a plaintiff). The states bringing the case makes it easy to dismiss the on standing because they hadn't been damaged. Alito in his dissent put it well saying there was mountains of evidence of damage to citizens. As I noted earlier the "no standing" is an easy way to avoid a decision and hope the politicians fix everything.

What the court implies is that the plaintiffs which are the states and individuals have not successfully indicated through evidence that a preliminary injunction is warranted. He is accused of spending campaign money on things not campaigny and now the big ruckus is he has been wearing a Combat Infantry Badge that he was given for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan. A reporter at CBS complained about it and the Army has agreed he was in a different unit when he served and he should have been awarded a different badge.
The local dems are making a huge deal about this so I did a little digging. Turns out Admiral Richard Lavine (HHS asst. general) and Vivek Murthy (surgeon general) also have that in the cabbage they wear on their chests.
I will bet they never saw duty in the infantry anywhere.

I would argue that the court is ignoring past precedent on first amendment issues and am unclear about States acting on behalf of their citizens against the federal government I would need to research those precedents.

The proper place to introduce evidence is at the district court level but by issuing a preliminary injunction based on a couple of Court hearings and submissions by the plaintiff is being rejected by the supreme Court as insufficient to warrant a sweeping ban on government communications with social media. Again I think it is unwarranted by the court and cowardly but this is also the cost of appointing those with judicial restraint as their primary influence on their Court opinions. Judicial restraint becomes a ratchet where the left wins and consolidates its opinion and the right is hamstrung by inaction. Essentially Kavanaugh Roberts and Barrett believe "don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow."

A way around the scotus decision is to rely upon state law and Sue the companies based on state constitution and state law and the companies will attempt to deflect arguing that the federal government told them to do it. That eliminates the standing issue and allows the trial record to be developed in state courts rather than Federal which means a much quicker result.

The social media companies are vulnerable in court and making them argue the feds made them do it and establishing that in the record makes it much more difficult for scotus to punt the decision like they did today a full record would be developed and and the social media companies do have standing to challenge illegal Federal actions. It forces them to take a stance or lose their money and risk injunctions against company and its officials.

For the plastic surgeons perhaps, but for the Adolescent Medicine specialists like Levine I think it is much darker. I think the mindset goes something like this: "Oh I struggled for 30 or 40 years with my gender identity, if only there had been a kindly mentor who had affirmed my delusion when I was younger."

They are actually projecting their own mental illness onto confused teens and younger as some type of sick atonement or pseudo-religious zealotry.
