Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who was also a trained archer and knew how to box. In 1960, she had a remarkable encounter with the paparazzi. After warning them to leave her alone repeatedly, she beat one up. Undeterred, they continued to follow her. She retrieved a bow and arrow from her car. Warned them one last time. And she… shot one of them with an arrow. Anita Ekberg wasn’t bothered by paparazzi again. The La Dolce Vita star eventually lived to be 83, dying in 2015 in Rome. https://tinyurl.com/3akbdstb Posted by: andycanuck (ZdexC) at June 18, 2024 08:20 PM (ZdexC) 46

The breeding of puffins is encouraged in the island of Prestholme, North Wales, and other parts of the British dominions, as a source of profit. The birds, which, in some places, are numerous beyond all calculation, form their nests in holes in the ground, each nest containing only a single white egg. The young ones are seized before they are quite fledged; and, after the bones are taken out, the skin is closed round the flesh, and they are pickled in vinegar impregnated with spices. In this state they are sold as a delicacy for the table.

"Mark Felt was so angry at not getting the permanent Director appointment that he became a confidential source on the Nixon administration for Bob Woodward, the infamous "Deep Throat." Posted by: John Drake
Likely true, BUT imo the plot was deeper. Others aligned to fabricate the conspiracy to frame Nixon. Felt was perhaps a useful idiot, or at least a tool others used to take out Landslide Winner, People's Choice Nixon. At least they didn't assassinate him, but that would have been "too on the nose". Great interview, and it seems the anti uncontrolled immigration, anti culture changing surrender candidates are winning big in Europe. Change may came there first? idk ... we have moderately "safer" third worlders coming here (not quite as many Jihadists) ... but it seems The People are truly revolting over there. Here they have "the greatest voting cheat machine in history (or whatever Biden bragged, about their ability to steal elections) so we shall see. "The West" is not ready to surrender to the globalists and oligarchs, but maybe The Machines will win, idk. Posted by: illiniwek at June 18, 2024 10:02 PM (Cus5s) 263
