1. He's not unhealthy enough to be a "wellness influencer." He is not a paragon of physical perfection by any means, but he isn't morbidly obese. He doesn't have open wounds on his body. He isn't covered with low-quality tattoos or piercings. He is at least 75% too healthy to be an effective "wellness influencer."
2. He is not ugly enough to be "beauty influencer." He isn't a carved Adonis or anything, but he looks pretty ... ordinary. He is not a bridge troll cosplaying as a human *and* he isn't wearing enough makeup that he had to apply it with a garden trowel. He also doesn't appear to be using any automatic filters on his video app. He just looks like a normal person. He is utterly failing at being a "beauty influencer."
3. He stated a case before providing his advice. It wasn't a good case, mind you, but it was *a* case and a reason to listen to him. This is *very* bad "influencer" behavior. "Influencers" make flat assertions while ignoring their track records of failure.

The bottom button hole on most men's shirts is horizontal instead of vertical because that design makes the button less likely to come undone. The hip/waist area sees more movement than the upper part of the torso, and the horizontal bottom button is likely to come undone during normal movement. It is also usually double-stitched and is mechanically stronger, for the same reasons.

The reason the superior horizontal layout is not used for other buttons is because it doesn't look as good. Buttons wander in the opening, and will be misaligned more easily. it looks sloppy. The bottom button is usually tucked in, so it doesn't matter.
