Tourists go home! Just a couple of guys doin' man-stuff. Sound on. Funny clip of doggos with funny added audio. Landscape baking. She makes several edible landscapes. Fast bike ride through really nice scenery. A seal sleeping and snoring underwater. Adorable polar bear just wants to say "hi" (kicks rock) and maybe eat your leg off. Bears are evolving. When the Blanco River flooded in 2015, my brother and his wife went down to the Wimberley town park to help with cleanup. They found a hawk tangled in a fishing line. They threw a blanket over the hawk and drove it to a vet in Kyle where the vet cut the line off and sent it on to a bird rescue for a few weeks. My brother said that even with the blanket over him, picking up that bird was the scariest thing he'd ever done.

>>> On the other hand, this looks real, but I know it can't be real.
I actually have first hand experience at this. It is real. At Sea World you can pay money for a "dolphin experience" sans dolphin rape which I guess would be extra. But looking at the surrounding in that video, that looks like exactly where I was. This was during Covid and all their prices were dramatically less. I think it cost about 40 bucks each, me, my wife, and my kid to "ride the dolphin". And it looked just like that, you hold on to the fin and they take you around once and they take a picture. They made us wear masks alone with the dolphin. The dolphin looked at me with my mask on and we bonded spiritually and he communicated to me this message, high level mammal to mammal, "you stupid fuck". I liked the Sea World trip. It was a nice break from the craziness during Covid down in Florida. They have a big cove area where you can rent a cabana and just lay out all day while your kid swims with dolphins and stuff. I think there were rays too. It seemed pretty safe and there were life guards everywhere. The prices were really low because of covid so maybe I couldn't afford it now but I remember the trip fondly.

What's interesting about that car and plane video is that both of them are generating negative lift. Cars should always be generating negative lift, but the plane flying upside down was too.
I think aerobatic planes may have closer to neutral camber in their wing design making that easier. I'm not certain but I think that would probably help if you were flying upside down a lot and wanted snappy control rather than a conventionally cambered wing. Posted by: polynikes The proper viewing of the series is to watch the first one, then let the rest play out in the background while you do chores and cook several meals. Connaught Lake Park was always on the docket
It's gone too. Parts of the roller coaster there fell down due to a fire. Happened a year or two ago. Just a few years ago, I went there and some of the rides were still up and a few of them used. There was a waterpark too. I drove right up to the lake and parked. Walked around. Looked like a combination of a museum and the set of The Walking Dead. Nice memories from there. Loved the huge arcade room they used to have. Posted by: Puddleglum at work at May 16, 2024 09:30 PM (K861k) 128
Mom and Dad didn't have the resources to take us to Cedar Point so, we'd go to Meyer's Lake in Canton or Adora Park in Youngstown.
We loved both of them as kids. Old, rickety wooden roller coasters and tawdry, rundown rides like "Laff in the Dark" and such. Posted by: Tonypete at May 16, 2024 09:31 PM (yqPYG) 129

That was an exceptionally satisfying café, Ace. Nice work. (I still skip the Instagrams, but, no great loss.)
(Does Ace even read comments after posting the café? Maybe not after the first few?) Polar bear -- man, I wouldn't just hang there like that! Similarly, the guy freeing the hawk was daring, and the hawk was a true classic of human-trusting critters. Evolving bear -- great one. Are we sure that wasn't a Chucky Cheese's animatronic? Grieving dog -- about the most moving critter vid ever. Cat games was cool, too. I know the ONT must be up by now, but I just wanted to say.
